I had ordered a White Board from Amazon from the seller HAKIM on 4th of Feb. It hasn't been delivered as yet and all I got was a call from Speed Post (the courier service) saying that they cannot deliver the product as it would not fit in a cycle.

Fit in a cycle? I paid Rs.214 just for shipping charges and they give me this reason.

I contacted the seller on email as well but he tells me lies that the courier service came to my house. They have a very negative rating (check the screenshot) The COURIER SERVICE NEVER CAME AND DID NOT DELIVER.

I am forced to make this complaint and hope Amazon takes some action.

    I purchased Mi4i Mobile Phone as part of the Amazon Festive Sale from 13th to 17th Oct 2015 which was entitled with the HDFC cashback of 1500 INR. It supposed to come on 17 Jan 2016. I just got mail of "Cashback Successfully Processed" but its still not been reflected in my bank account statement.

      Even after 35 days and several reminders, telephone calls and mails, the badminton racket (Rs. 3, 550/- paid online) has not been delivered. All executives, available on phone and email suggest only one thing to claim a-z guarantee and provide link (Https://www.amazon.in/gp/a-z-guarantee/submit-claim.Html). I have tried at least 25 times, but the website shows "there was an internal error in our system. We logged the problem and will investigate it later. Our apologies for the inconvenience.".

      Please resolve the issue or refund my money with appropriate compensation.

        Dear Sir I have been cheated by Amazon India for providing me Nokia XL Black colour in the year 2014. The mobile is not working at all. It is under 3 year Warranty. I have received email from Ms.Sandhya that this mobile has 3 year Manufacturer Warranty. Please help me Sir.           The bundle offer (smartphone + VR Glass), was incorrectly configured at Rs. 13, 297 instead of Rs. 12, 499. so i have selcted COD. so if i am selcting COD so why should i pay 13, 297 instead of 12, 499. once i will pay they will give me gift card which is not applicable on( Kindle eBooks & Apps). i just want invoice of 12, 499 & payble amount 12, 499 .

            Amazon is very pethic in customers centricity.

            I have ordered an mobile flip cover from Amazon and I think it was the biggest mistake.

            1. Your courier delivery boy had updated the status "delivery failure as the addressee is not available."
            My response: He didn't attempt for delivery. Nor he made me any single call. How could a simple courier delivery boy can fool the entire Amazon.

            2. After repeated escallation and complaints no buddy had addressed the concern.

            Do Amazon want to deliver the product or just sitting on my it. Had it be Flipkart, I would have got resolution imediately.

            Kindly revert with proper resolution. And improve in your grievance address system.

            Waiting.

                Its been almost a month I am trying to get in touch with Amazon customer support for return which was raised on 15th Jan. I spoke to different leads which keep on giving me assurance that it'll be taken care within 24-48hrs. Till date nothing has been done.
                I even marked mail to Amazon head Amit but all in vain. At last I am getting in touch with you kindly help me in getting my refund of 46799/- which I paid to this company. I am not sure why aren't they bothered to take any action on my complaints I am sure there is some fishy . In case I don't get resolution at last I have to file consumer suite in court. order #[protected]

                  I have ordered Samesh Women's Woolen Blazer Cardigan (1050 Grey Mix, Grey
                  Mix, Medium Size) through Amazon under order id#[protected] on the
                  middle of December, 2016. But I didn’t receive it till now, I have raised a
                  complaint immediately with Amazon they said request has been taken will
                  take 5 days, after that no flow up from them, after 5 days when I asked the
                  status they said there is no complaint been taken regarding my issue, OMG I
                  was shocked and later I have been following since Jan 20, after 20th I told
                  the representatives(More than 7/8times) to cancel the order and refund my
                  money, and no body given me the resolution, every time they will say
                  request has been (but not) to finish the conversation. When I question them
                  why like this happening they coolly say don't know. What is this nonsense
                  Amazon is so careless with the customers; Amazon is such a standard online
                  company but now only coming to know the truth of Amazon you are not
                  different than other companies. More over customer service very very very
                  worst. What ever I have all the records regarding my issue which I raised
                  complaints, the mails u all sent, as a frustrated customer I wanted to take
                  legal action against them. Why they all earning money like this by cheating
                  from poor people like us... Anyway thank you Amazon for the very wonderful
                  service and experience u all given...

                      I have ordered Lenovo k4 note on 20th jan with order id[protected].It was expected to be delivered on 25th jan they told me due to some reason it is delayed so it will be delivered on 27th jan.i again contacted with amazon help through phone calls, emails(even to M.D of amazon), and chat.One day while contacting with them they told that ur order is misplaced so u order another till 8th i didnt got the product so i told them to cancel the order so that i can reorder it.

                      While in the mean time (from different id) i have ordered another lenovo k4 note on 3rd feb with order id[protected] which is expected to be delivered till 8th but till now(9/02/16) i didnt got the product.

                      So for my first order[protected] i told them to cancel it so i can order for the 3rd time lenovo k4 note.when they cancel the product on 8th i suddenly flew from jalandhar to jabalpur.When today(9/02/16) i placed order with id[protected] it was canceled as the product is limited to only one per user i again called them and told to them that the order was canceled from ur side not mine.

                      Till now i have ordered 3 times out of which 2 are canceled and one is still(order id[protected] pending.

                          I had ordered a red lehenga choli. I recieved it also at the earliest. But the dress was not upto my expectation. So i made a request of pick up the next day. I had opted for 8th feb 2016 between 10 to 1. But then i get a message saying your pick up is reschedule d. I have not changed d pickup date or timing. And i have not got a cal yet from d pickup person. Please dont delay this. I am a regular customer. And this stuff is annoying me a lot.

                            Dear sir my name Ashwani and and I hv but moto 360 watch 23999 of Amazon.in 5feb . and return my item 6feb I cl customer care to conform about my refund . then 6frb 11:30 pm I hv tok and she told me me picke up successfully done then next day I got mail they close my account when since m asking them about my refund 23999 they are giving me mail pick ws cancel in our system .. I hv pickup slip .. many time m sending them but they are not respond Me... and they are not refunfing my amount 23999, my pickup was done 6feb 1:30 pm .. I just hv totally pissoff .. no [protected]

                              The amazon is fraud and makes fool of people, as i ordered an item (ORDER #[protected] on 24th jan and they didn't deliver it till 8 feb. Every Time i contacted them, they made fake promises to deliver the product on the same day and sometime they misbehave. But now this is 8th feb and at last they refund my money which i not need. . And i chat with them daily. Don't buy any product from amazon.in otherwise you will waste your time and money because they delever the product very late.
                              They put you on hold and never transfer you to any supervisor.

                                I purchased on 10.12.15 and failed to return the mobile within the return period offered by the company as the phone started giving display problems. During second week of January 2016 the phone entirely stopped functioning.One plus support tried online and informed me to contact their service centre. I approached one plus service centre at Chennai and they informed that the warranty is not applicable as the iem no and serial no of the mobile is not mentioned in the invoice. I approached Amazon last week for issuance of invoice with IEM no and serial no. They are not issuing fresh invoice. Now I want to return the mobile to Amazon for sending defective phone and issuing Invoice without Sl No. and IEM no and proper warranty card.

                                  Order ID[protected]. I had ordered a pair of Nike shoes from Amazon and find that it is a duplicate product which I have received. This is not expected at all from a retailer like Amazon. I have habit of making a video when i open any package and I am going to make sure to upload this video online. I need a quick response from Amazon. Thanks.

                                    This is to inform that I have talk with the delivery person related to order #[protected]-4 times. When he calls me & told about the parcel on 4th feb'16 I told him that I am in office if possible come by 5.30 pm he replied with "not possible". When I requested him for drop to my office address he replied with yes. But very next day (5th Feb'16) there is a official holiday for everyone due to south Asian national games so I call him & told to deliver the parcel on Monday i.e 8th Feb'2016 in my office address as for the rest of the days I was having a plan go out (out of station). The reply he gave me is OK I will do that but now when I saw the mail from your end I call him up again that person was very rude & abused me which is totally unaccepted. So please look into the matter & provide me the solution ASAP. I shop a lot from online from different website but this is the worst experience I have ever had with any of the website.

                                    Note:- If want to talk with me then call after 4.40 pm but I a available in email.

                                      1. When place my order i check all details for delivery by using my area pin code, and it shown item will be deliver with in 7-10 days.
                                      2. No order tracking system and cancellation status with reasons.
                                      3. Fake information provided by cc.
                                      4.Amazon its home site not displaying cancel details.
                                      5.As per cc my order canceled on 05.02.16 but no one inform me.
                                      6.My money hold for 10 days.
                                      7. Wrong information shown in tv and official site to misguide the consumer.

                                        I purchased the above item under Order #[protected] on 13.01.2016. The item supplied was defective so i asked for replacement . They gave the replacement under Order #[protected] .The item supplied again was defective and working at all. I tried to contact manufaturer as it was mention in the item that there is 1 year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, For any Queries please contact customer care no.[protected]/46051516. Both nos are not responding . They are not refunding also . I tried to do refund but the refund has become 0.
