    Dear Sir, I have purchased above product on 06/12/2015 "Mitashi Game In MT 17 Champ" When I have received with defect, I have chatted on amazon web site in the same day, and I have got a call and informed that this will be replaced with new item, I waited one week, no one came ...again I have did the same thing. Again same story repeated. I frustrated with this. God knows what happening, I am feeling shame to complaining it, What happening at their end I don't know.

      Hi there, i purchased a mobile on amazon worth rs.10000 but on the date of dec 14 i returned it and amazon.in also initiated a refund but till now i dint got the credit to my bank account. today amazon providesme an refernce number and said to contact SBI. when i called to customer service of sbi they said contact you home branch, i dont know why we have to face such nonsense things for their faults. so, i have to travel more then 1000 kms and post a complaint over there. i dont know why i have to face this? im afraid about refund whether i will get or not???

      just now got the refund, i think there is a problem with sbi online banking from past 4 days that what it caused it delayed. thank god i got them back, its hell like feel when you got doubt about refund, whether it is gonna credit or not. its a one hell experience with amazon.in. called 5 times, mailed 8 time and calling sbi customer is is extra count here

        Sir, i had ordered 3 products from amazon.in on 3rd December.I had paid money online Rs 16, 479 thorough my SBT net banking.one product which costs Rs 138 had received by me but he the other two products has not received by the time they told.and because of that they issued refund for my order which is of Rs 16, 314 on 11th of December but the refund is not received in my bank account till now.when contacting the amazon customer care they are not taking any actions and updating the details.i am much worried about the money i had spend online for the product.please take further actions regard my complaint and want my money back as soon as possible..ORDER #[protected]

          I've placed the order for the One Plus X(Onyx Version) on November 23, 2015 and I received empty package which I conveyed same to Amazon.in customer service. But they said the package was decent when it left package center and also in same condition when delivered by courier. I've tried everything to make them understand that it's empty but they are not answering to me and closing the chat and call themselves. My order id is[protected]. I need a solution and that's why am here.
          I haven't received any solution regarding this still.

              Dear Support, This is regarding the Order ID[protected] Enter USB 8GB Flash Drive Shri Krishna which I ordered on 14th dec 2015 and same was delivered on 17th Dec 2015. I am very much sorry and frustrated to inform you that the ordered item is missing! Today when I opened the order, there was no Krishna Pendant in that and only the ring of pendant was there. I am seriously disappointed with the packaging from your end. I have no idea what went wrong with the packaging or delivering the item. Such a big brand but such a poor service. I have been ordering from Amazon from quite a long time only because deliveries were always quick and good. But till now never got so frustrated in my life from this brand. I need the item at the earliest. I always trusted Amazon with the authenticity of deliveries. I feel I can no longer trust this brand. Prove me wrong.                   I have booked an order on 12th August 2015 which was delivered on 18th August 2015. I was suppose to get a cash back of 15% on HDFC Card till 12th November 2015. It has been a surprising and annoying issue for me that company like Amazon is not releasing a cash back amount. I have been contacting your executives since long time but the result is NIL. They are giving me satisfaction that my request is been forwarded to the bank on 4th December 2015. Now they are asking me my account statement, this is horrible. I received an escalation that youre unable to locate your refund of Rs.35, 090.00. Im so sorry to hear that your refund isnt reflecting in your account yet. Ive checked with the available resources and confirm that refund for Rs.35, 090.00 has been successfully processed to your Net Banking account on 9 December 2015. This refund should have been reflecting in your account by now. The reference number for the refund is IG0AZOBIJ9. Please contact your banks customer service with this reference number for more information.                           dear sir, i had purchased a mobile phone blackberry z10 from amazon.in .it has some problem regarding software . but the blackberry customer service provider saying that the phone is of out of India it doest have any warranty.
                          I am also facing the same issue its been more than two weeks now I haven't got my refund yet. I have been playing tennis games with Amazon n my bank. it's tiring.
                          I hope, like others I will also get it at some point of time.
                          Same here no refund not credit to my bank from last 13days they r just providing same email with a reference number

                            I am Mandeep kaur, resident of Chandigarh ordered IPHONE 6 S from Amazon (Order #[protected] when today i received the package, phone was missing and box was filled with thermacol and plastic. Now if i am asking company for refund they are giving me excuses that already refund is issued to you many times in past. Whereas this is the 1st time i ordered something from Amazon. At my current address overall 6 different families are staying might someone had bad record, but why i am being penalised and identify and my previous history can be verified. Now i am just requesting for my money or product for which i paid

I have done exactly the same, but have not received the cash back. I understand that you have placed the order with Amazon and it is our responsibility to provide you with all the customs with your cash back but since the banks were the ones which provided you with this offer, we are limited to help you other than to just tell you to contact your bank. I see that your issue was escalated to the billing department and i know that it has already taken a lot of time to get resolved. I apologise for this issue.                                 First they delivered wrong product and of less price than the one i ordered and return of the product is done with in 3 days i.e., first week of OCT 2015. but they are not giving my refund and saying it is already issued long back. when ever i raise a mail they will tell me to share the details and it is same again and again but no use playing games with out refunding. and lot of mental pressure every day checking for the things and waste of time for me.

It is very shocking to see me that the hands of the bag are broken only after a months usage. Now, the bag is of no use. After paying a decent amount Rs.706/- I would expect the bag to work for atleast six months. i have bought the bag through Amazon for the first time and the first experience is itself is very bad.i want to return the bag which is of very poor quality. please exchange the bag with another or else return my money back...
