      I have order 24k gold coin from amazon and I got the parcel and I opened it and I saw that there is no gold coin in it it was usb pendrive
      And I called amazon customer care and the executive register my complaint and he said to wait for 24hrs I waited then again I called they told me to wait 48hrs I waited then again I called and they transfer my call to escalation department and from there Rachel talk to me I told her file A TO Z claim she told me that its alredy been more time if I claim A to Z you have to wait again for 2 weeks and she told me that I forwarding this case to concern team and this problem will resolve in 2 to 4 bussiness days and I waited again and I called today another escalation executive told me that we have to file A TO Z claim.
      AND NOW IAM FRUSTRATED FROM AMAZON AND THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE AND IF I WILL NOT GET MY REFUND BY TOMMOROW I WILL MARK A MAIL TO CEO OF AMAZON AND I WILL POST IMAGE TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND AND CEO JEFF ASWEL

        Dear Amazon Team,

        This is to let you know that i've used Amazon to buy some products few days ago. Out of the orders that i made, i got a broken kid's helmet., which after few requests, was resolved by sending us a new one. Im thankful about it.
        But im still sad that the order, foldable push bike, bycycle[protected] also was delivered but its of a very under quality product. My 5 year old son used it just twice and its broken . But such a disgrace for a company like amazon that they deal with sellers who sell underquality products.
        I request you again to please do the needful or else the trust on online shopping will be gone completely.

          I ordered iPhone 6s in last week of December 2015 for my mother on her birthday and birthday morning when she got her gift from Amazon and when she opened parcel, we got a piece of brick wrapped in papers inside the box, I sudden called logistic boy, he asked me to launch complaint in Amazon customer care, I called customer care and registered my complaint and asked them to refund my money paid by me to Amazon of Rs 60749/- . Now after multiple emails n calls follow up they reverted that they investigated with their internal team that they delivered the product successfully and they are not ready to refund my money.

          Amazon ...Don't do such frauds with customers.

            Totally Fake Offers...

            I add my lenovo K4 Note Mobile into my cart but there is no option for add VR set to add into cart. Even no information regarding VR set which one is bundle with this handset. After that i search manually and add said VR Set into my cart based on process as per offers page... because VR set must be in cart and delivery time VR set amount will be deduct. After that there are no any email for avail bundle offers so call to service center... call center person reply on 2:00pm all VR Set sold out.

            Very disappointed with my 1st purchase from Amazon.

            It's look like totally FAKE offers from AMAZON India

              I am very much surprised that on 17.01.2016 I had recd one mail from Amaxon India informing me that my a/c is deactivated due to some illegal/duplicate a/c maintain... pls se below message recd from Amazon India

              We closed this account because our records show that we closed another account of yours for not meeting the terms of our Conditions o[censored]se agreement. When we close your account for violating the terms of an
              agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place
              orders with our site.

              I am unable to understand reason...

For example, if customer has registered for a exclusive K4 smartphone sale, they'll not be able to place order on the bundle offer sale day. However if customer has registered for the bundle offer sale, they'll be able to place an order on exclusive K4 smartphone sale day.

                ROHIT : I would like to inform you that only customers who subscribe to the product will get an option to order the product that is the reason I would not be able to provide the link.
                Me: I have already sunscribed to the product for today and I received an email notification for thiss
                But there is no buy option
                ROHIT : I would like to inform you taht once you receive an email here is a link that you are required to use within when sale is in process and once you add the product to the cart, you are required to place an order within 15 minutes.
                You might have not followed this process of the sale, that is the reason you are not able to use the link now.
                Me: You are wrong. I am trying to use the email notification but it takes me to a webpage where THERE IS NO option to add the product to the cart.
                ROHIT : The option is not showing because the sale for today for which you have recieved this email is closed now.
                Me: Why? You mentioned January 20. You never mentioned what time zone the sale begins which is unfortunate for customers outside India. You don't even mention that the sale is closed while it is still the 20th. I am a regular Amozon customer but this is malpractise. Unless you provide a link I will have to report it to the trade commitee as a scam offer
                ROHIT : I can understand your concern. We will be working on your feedback. I would like to inform you that sale for any product is available till stock lasts. The sale for this product will again start on Jan 27th. Please be assured.
                I do not intend to rush you. Are we still connected?
                Me: No, I am not interested in registering again because the process is not transparent. I will have to post our conversation as a proof of your inabilty to provide a service

The product was good, well packed. the problem is that i can't able to register the product in nikon website for warrenty. i tried several time from pass 3-4 months it is showing the serial number is wrong. i want to return the product beacause it is not genuine. my order ID:[protected].

                      On 14th january i ordered two books how to prepare for logical reasoning for CAT & how to prepare for verbal ability & Comprehension for CAT together order id:[protected]
                      on saturday 16th january i received how to prepare for verbal ability & reading comprehension. but yesterday on 19th january i received message & mail for the delivery of another book how to prepare for logical reasoning for CAT but i didn't received any book yesterday.
                      kindly go through my complaint. either complete my order or please refund my money. i paid rs 984/- for the same. first book cost rs 384/- & latter one cost rs 600/-

                        Amazon request me to cancel my previous order (no.[protected] Dated 15.01.2016) and upon their request i cancel my order and place new order( no.[protected] Dated: 20.01.2016) for the same item wasting my 5 days. Now again they are requesting me to cancel my order. I am not getting what the service they are providing to customers. Amazon is making the customers as fools.

                        I feel Amazon is the biggest cheater in online marketing.

                        Please help me in this regard.

                              The order mentioned above when delivered as faulty. On calling the customer care the resolution provided was they cannot raise a return request and want me to courier it back to the seller at my own expense and I will get reimbursed for the same in the form of gift vouchers.

                              The kind of service is completely unacceptable as its Amazon's responsibility that when they deliver the product it should be good shape and if it’s not they are supposed to replace it on their own why should i as a customer take the pain of couriering the product to the seller that too at my own expense. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers?

                                I ordered a Philips earphone 4 months back. It stopped working now. I kept asking about the details of Philips service centre and every time it is a wrong number. I got this product from Amazon, at least you should provide me a solution what to do instead of giving stupid excuses. I am very disappointed.. If this z d way electronic products stop working and u guyz don't have any answer for this. Then I am done with shopping with you.

                                  This to inform the HTC mobile was supposed to be delivered on 18th jan 2016 but the product sms delivered on sunday as to the mobile will be delivered . The vendor named SAMRAT [protected], who came to deliver the product didn't carry a swipe machine with him and went way but he promised to come on 18th mon .After calling him more ten times he kept on saying he would come but he ignored the calls.The amazon order no[protected] .It very disgusting to accept a behaviour of this kind from you guys.I would never like to get back to your site being a regular customer this type of behaviour can't be appreciated. If local vendor are not efficient to do their job please throw them out .You guys are forcing us with this type behaviour to stop shopping with amazon.

                                      Items ordered : wellberg primium electric tandoor client no : [protected] amazon.In order no :[protected] complain : when we used electric tandoor for the first time, it created short circuit in our house but due to mcb fitted with meter, all electric domestic aplliances were not affected, after this incident we called electrician and in his presence we operate electric tandoor, same incident was repeated. Our electrician opined that tandoor is defective . We complained and we got infermation to run tandoor with aircondisoner plug, so we did it in my bedroom ac plug of 20 amps, and it worked .There after we called our electrician and replaced our 15 amps plug of our kitchen to 20 amps plug.But after that when we operate in our kitchen again the whtrippedole electric supply of our house was tripped. So my expert electrician informed me that the pconsideringroduct is defective and having no earthing system. The above all facts we request for a refund. Even after several phone calls since 27 th september 2015 but amount is not yet refunded, i am sorry to inform you that when my daughter in law ask for sellers contact no she got an answer from your representative thatsorry madam we are unable to give seller no. Now i would like to draw your attention that i already spent rs.1500/- towards changes in 20 amps plug & visits of electrician. Finally i would like to request you to refund my full amount with expenses done by me within 7 days otherwise i willbe compelled to approach director of consumer affairs gujarat state as it is very convinient for me as i am a senior govt. Officer simultaneously my case & experiance will share with media.

                                        BAD EXPERIENCE with AMAZON. It confirms my shoes order, takes money and delivers some other shoes. Then they promise that they will refund and give Rs 500/- gift voucher to compensate for inconvenience. Refund happens after a week and no gift voucher. They do not care the loss and inconvenience of the customer as I lost the opportunity of sale/ discount and for 10 days was on net resolving this issue, all for FAULT of AMAZON. In return they write comments and forget.

                                        Be happy that you got back the refund after 10 days from Amazon. See my plight with on line dealer Askme bazaar.com. I got a defective Air Sofa from Askmebazaar.com on[protected], i.e. a month back no refund done has been done till date: ON[protected] I received a defective Air sofa cum bed and noticed that Air is leaking out and the sofa is not usable. I raised complaint no.31456 dt.[protected] on their support.askmebazaar.com/ticket and followed it up with so many telephone calls to their customer care number[protected], but all in vain. The response received from them was the customer support team and ticket handling team is different. Then after 2 weeks without solving the complaint they closed this ticket. When I protested, they told me to raise another ticket. This also I did with ticket No.38454. I keep on reminding them for justice. Then I raised complaint in consumer complaints and also in mouth shut.com. They simply responded that the refund is in process and advised me to check the ticket for updates. This is a false response to mislead the viewers. It is shocking to note that they have closed the 2nd ticket also and given a response to check the ticket for updates. This itself shows their silly mentality and treacherous attitude. They are teasing and harassing the customers. They sell and in deal in spurious and damaged products. Return/refund claims are tactically delayed by them and after prolonged time the fed up customer will no long go after them, this way they avoid refunds and this kind of practice is adopted by these unscrupulous people. They harass the customers by prolonged delay, and finally we would realize that they have cheated us. I appeal to all the genuine viewers not to buy from this cheating people. Pl. note that after a month I have not received a single paise from from.
