I ordered an Apple Macbook Air through Amazon India on 9th December 2015. Customer Name : Surojit Kumar Mukherjee

some representative of Amazon India confirm my order through phone. but on the very next morning, Amazon took my account on hold. From then I called Amazon hundred times, sometime they asked for details through mail, sometime they asked me to Fax them all documents.
Though I did whatever Amazon asking from me, still they are not responding me anything, Amazon cut my Rs.70000/- and now they just harassing me.
Amazon dont say that they cancelled my order, not refunding my money, not they are responding my mail.
I needed the product in an immediate basis and as a loyal customer of Amazon, I ordered it.
now if they are stretching this issue for a longer period of time, I am getting loss in my business, I dont even purchase the product from local shop as I have paid Amazon Rs. 70000 already.
Its being ridiculous. Do the necessary in an immediate basis.
I dont want back my Amazon account as I will not purchase anything anymore from Amazon. keep it on hold or whatever, Just refund my money immediately.
