I ordered a Lenovo S860 Phone Premium Leather Flip Cover Case with Stand by MOFI - Black on 28 Dec through Amazon[protected] and received a S850 case, Pink color, I requested for a cancellation which is accepted, but Amazon sends me a text message daily that the pick up was successfully rescheduled as requested, who has requested and why they are delaying I don't understand, Please ban this company, as this is cheating people and I strongly recommend customers, not to buy anything from Amazon.     Sir i have ordered one original dell genuiene battery which costs me 2164 rupees. in dec 2015 . at that time it was giving an average of 3 to 4 hours at full charge but it is giving only one and half hour at full charge. sir, it is your bad habit of giving worst thing by taking full money from customer. sir if my probl em will not get solved. i will put my compain to consumer forum court of india. it creates a lot of disturbance of thoughts of customers towards your company. prevously i think amazon products are good than other. but it will seriously damage your image in the market. my contact no. While opened the package i found the product is damaged and log to my account and request for return and was accepted my request and arrange for the pickup for the very next day (6th January )by amazon Till 7 the package was not picked up and from 7th to till date i was going on talking to customer care officials for the solutions

                I'm Nithin Babu M.N, I'm a regular customer on Amazon India. I'm satisfied in all your products too. But something went wrong on the purchase made on 14 December 2015 (ie ; ‎ Ganesh Vegetable & Fruit Chopper Cutter With Chop Blade & Cleaning Tool‎, and it got shipped through the courier service DTDC. They informed that it will get delivered by 31 December 2015. Now the date is 11 January 2016. My product has not delivered yet. The problem is that I can't track my product. It shows " Product Information not available". Days passed while I contacted DTDC service outlet in my home town they said, No courier has been come on your name, while I give them tracking ID they told this product has delivered some other place other than Kerala. But I gave the right address. While I logged in Amazon.in, by clicking 'your order ' it shows the product got delivered (photography attached), and while I track my product it shows On the way ( photography attached). Now a days while I contacting seller, they won't give reply to my mail. Please do needful action immediately, or else please refund my amount.

                    Dear sir, I bought microsoft lumia 540 on 22nd oct. 2015 from amazone.In that product some issue of software, I returned that product on 24th oct. 2015.As company term and policy amazone credit my refund amount 7499 withen 3 or 4 days.But my refund isnot credit in my account.I call so many times in amazone customer care but my problem as it is. According to amazone customer care officer I send (22nd oct., 19th nov. and 28th dec. 2015) mail to attached delivery, return invoice copy and first page of bank passbook, but inspite of it I couldnot get my refund which is takes place in your customer policy. Sir, Please take a action inconvenience of customer service and mentally harassment for your side.

                      Hi, I have purchased a iphone 6 in October 2015 from amazon.in with the offer of 3900/- as gift coupon. But i have not received the gift coupon yet. I have contacted amazon for the same but they are claiming that the gift coupon has been sent to my registered mail id in the month of November. But i have not received the same. I have request them to send the same mail again but they are refusing to send the same.                             Please refer to the order number[protected] I need to report that I was handed over a used product. After I bought it, I approached the company for extension of warranty. They refused, citing that they do not do this for Amazon purchases. That was the first blow to my faith in Amazon. A few days back, my laptop stopped working. I took it the service center. They told that by warranty has already expired on the 19th of October 2015 and that someone had already registered for warranty online on 9th of September 2014, and started using it (refer to the warranty screenshot attached). That was the second blow to my faith in Amazon. I bought from Amazon knowing of its tremendous after sale support, knowing that if I will invest in a product from Amazon, it will be an investment for a long run. But the above two experiences has shaken my belief and I would now think twice before buying big electronic products online especially from Amazon, if something concrete is not not done asap from your side. Please help.

                              My American Express was charged $13.60 on 12/06/2015 and also charged $13.62 on 12/07/2015. Both charges were from bookstores. I did not order nor receive any books during this time. Please credit my AMEX card for the wrong charges.

                                I sent a gift from Amazon to someone and she received a damaged Product from Amazon, while inform regarding this to Amazon they told to we need to return the product, The order is delivered to a lady and she is not able to return the product on her own and there is no courier service available near by. So this is not possible for her to send the product back. I inform all the things to Amazon but they are still saying she need to send the product back. Just think how shameful it is. Generally this should be the responsibility of the e-commerce business owners, if someone received a damaged product, then they need to bring the product back and then they process Money Return or send a new Product again to the customer. This is the Policy of Amazon; they direct us/ command us to return the product. They think we have enough time to find out a courier and send back the damaged Products to Amazon. What a Great Service, Great policy of Amazon. Request Amazon to look into this Great service and don't harass customers.

                                  I have purchased online micromax 50inch TV from Amazon but the picture quality is dull and spread the pictures so we have sent back to Amazon with their return label by COURIER they are not receiving the TV at their address

                                      It is to inform them with great concern that I did purchase the Micromax Laptap Model No.LT666 in 30 May 2015. Within 5 days of purchase, the Screen got damaged and went out of order. Then I informed them customer care for needful. and the product was duly replaced with a broken screen and the problem got unresolved. Accordingly, I informed them again and thereafter DTDC personnel took back the material for replacement. Till date I am sorry to inform them that I have not been favoured with replacement. The DTDC challan is enclosed as ready reference. Request them immediate intervention so as to enable me to get replacement of the product without any further delay to avoid litigation in appropriate forum. But no step of my mail.
