      Most Annoying company = AMAZON INDIA In Another Words We can trust this company, Worst experience ever – Please DO not buy any shipment from Amazon Instead go to local shop or any other online dealer Let me start – Online guy didn’t came with Card Machine and he went back, I immediately called Amazon and they told we will arrange it today without any fail – they PROMISED 5 time that I will get delivered by 6 PM, nobody turned on calling back them again escalation team told our team made wrong promise we cannot do And just said simple sorry ON Thursday I specifically called back stating that can I get today – I am back escalation team told they will give me call in 10 Min I waited for 2 hours called them again and they told sir 5 min more we will give u a c all, and then NO CALL ON Friday No call until 3 PM, I called and they told we are not able to arrange card machine so we cant send, but NOBODY bothered to tell me this preadvance I need to call them, and again they told its not possible to deliver on FRIDAY also One member of team don’t communicate with Other – Escalation team is total waste – Absolutely worst team ever – they should be junior member and not escalation – Inspite Order in same city they cant send me And no communication ever – Guys – please don’t trust AMAZON _ WORST COMPANY EVER On Each conversation i have told this is GIFT and please call me or keep me posted NO UPDATES - EVERY TIME Customer should call them and hear negative Update Click here to Reply or Forward

        HI, I want to complain about the business malpractices of amazon india. On January 7th i placed an order no (#[protected] of OSter OTG with them, for which the payment was made via amazon gift card plus credit card which was charged for which i have the necessary proofs as well as the date of shipping was confirmed. Even call to customer care executive Anitha A confimed the order & told me about its confirmation. But today to my horror i was got a mail that order has been cancelled & told me that payment of CC was refunded. After talking to customer care again, i was told that payment was not done. How come payment was not done when the system is itself saying that payment refund is initiated. That means their systems are flawed & customer care people are irresonsible. I had bought this item to give as a gift & today i m nowhere. These guys are really fraudsters. I have the all the necessary proofs mail, feedback mail, confimration from amazon to confirm my evidence.

          I order a Kingston 8 GB RAM FOR LAPTOP 1600MHZ PC3L - KVR16LS118 (LOW VOLTAGE) From amazon.in on 27 Dec 2015 and Got it on 28 Dec 2015 But it is incompatiable with my laptop so, i decieded to return it .So, i request for Refund on 28 dec 2015 and Pick-up was Completed on next day (29 dec) But today is 7 Jan 2016 And i still didn't get my Money My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and order no. is[protected]

            Order Id[protected] One Philips GC1010 Iron and One Ganesh Fruits & Vegetable Juicer, Order date 25/12/2015. Amazon promised to deliver within 07/01/2016 but not deliver yet. They sent by Gati Courier Tracking Id no.[protected] and[protected]. Gati Courier told me to collect product from Santipur Branch which is nearly 35 km away from my address. Gati Courier phoned me on 30/12/2015 and 02/01/2016 (from ph no. [protected]) to collect product from their Santipur Office. Earlier in another order placed in Amazon Order Id[protected] One SOIE Non Padded Non Wired Bra and One Pick Attire Women's Bhagalpuri Art Silk Saree, With Blouse also was sent by Gati Courier Tracking Id[protected] but product not delivered as Courier man said the same and courier faculty return the product. My opinion is that in the first order I considered that not able to deliver in my PIN code (741223) area, then why Gati Courier take the same PIN order to deliver. I called Amazon many times for solution but they failed to solve the said problem. Please take a Strong action against both company.

              ON 05/01/2016, i purchased "HUSH PUPPIES Men's leather shoe thru Amazon India (order no.[protected].The cost of the shoes was Rs. 6299 which i paid online thru my credit card.. Even paid extra charges for the early delivery of the same. The aforesaid Product, Hush Puppies Shoes, was delivered next day i.e 06/01/2016, at the gate of my registered address, in my absence. The delivery boy was in such a hurry that he didn't even take signatures of the receiver. I was not available at that time when the parcel got delivered. When i came back and opened the parcel, i was shocked to see that the parcel was empty. I found piece of papers in the packet instead of shoes which i actually ordered. I immediately called up at Amazon India customer care no.[protected]. My call was attended by Ms. Komal (might be the customer care executive). I explained everything to Ms.. Komal and she, on behalf of Amazon India, apologized & assured me that either Amazon India will resend the ordered shoes again or refund the amount in my account. Ms. Komal also assured me that i would receive a call from their investigation department within an hour. But no one called me up even once. I also requested Ms. Komal to give me a complaint no. for my complaint but she didn't provide any complaint no., and gave me fake assurances. Instead of receiving of call, i received a mail from AMAZON INDIA's account department stating that they will neither refund nor resend shoes which i ordered. This mail states that the reason of not processing my refund is that the parcel which they had delivered was not empty according to their dispatch & delivery records and they are not answerable if i received an empty one. Further, After going the the mail I called up Amazon India Customer care number again and had a word with the same lady, Ms. Komal. Again she assured me for the refund and then handed over the phone to Mr. Dhawal (might be her senior). Mr. Dhawal threatened me and told me to go thru Amazon India's policies which clearly states that I can neither approach Consumer Court nor can register any complaint against Amazon India and finally refused to process my refund. IS this the kind of 100% purchase protection AMAZON INDIA delivers?

                  I ordered a Spigen Note 5 cover via Amazon Shopping App on 1st Jan. The estimated delivery date was 6th Jan however I didn't recieve the package till now. On 5th Jan I got an SMS and a mail confirming that the package was delivered at my address but that's fake as neither me nor my family has received any call or package. I spoke to 2 customer care agents (Jancy and Govind) they couldn't help me and I was transferred to a person who claimS to be from the leadership team but had no manners, word choices were as he is just out of college and was using words like "this is normal and it's not a big deal" "our systems are not super computers and it can go wrong".

                  This is the 2nd bad shopping experience I am having from Amazon. The staffs are helpless but the Supervisors at call centres are absolutely incapable of handling customer queries. Such a big brand like Amazon is losing its charm to Flip kart only and only bcos of such immature good for nothing employees. I urge everyone to share this and ensure Akash named supervisor who claimS to be from the leadership teat is demoted to a caller and given proper soft skills training along with basic conversational etiquetteS. Hope someone from Amazon will read my plight and take necessary actions.

                    I ordered an article from Amazon.in on 14th December. it was not delivered till 18th December. i had a travel planned on 18th and i opted on the portal to deliver the package to my neighbor. i received a delivery sms from amazon.in on 19th December and contacted my neighbor. however the package was not delivered. i contacted Amazon.in for non deliver of product and they said they will investigate; however they ( as well as their vendor) denied my claim under A-Z customer protection program by saying that they have an signature of product delivery to me personally. i already told them that it is impossible as i was traveling by train with my family and there is no way their delivery person reached in train and deliver the product. i was 1500 km away from delivery address and ideally the product should be returned to amazon.in in case of non-delivery and money should be refunded. instead of investigation the possibility of cheating by their delivery man of putting my signature on delivery slip and pocketing the package, they simply denied me the refund for non-delivery of product. my order number on AMAZON.in is[protected] dated : 14-december-2015 how to get the refund now from AMAZON.in as they failed to fulfill the promised delivery.

However the second time that they delivered, it was a used product which had cracks, rusts and worn out coils. In addition to that, the product could not even stand straight on the provided support panel. When I asked Amazon Customer Service, they did not give me a proper solution and denied to replace the product. They said that only refund can be done. I had ordered it via one day delivery on an urgent basis for someone very sick and in need of the item on extremely urgent basis. Amazon India has simply played with me by giving me all the troubles that I have to go through for replacing the product twice and getting such bad services.                           4 months back we had placed an order with amazon.in for American tourist-er bag pack but the bag showed online and that which was delivered was not the same.(the resolution was not the same)so we returned the product and at that time the delivery boy informed us that we will receive the payment within 7 working days.but its almost 4months we have not received the payment and each time we call and ask for the payment they just give lame excuses and disconnect the call...please help us with this issue.

                              Hello, I registered on Amazon.in as a seller. I received this Prepaid order with order id[protected] which I dispatched the very same day through Amazon logistic service called 'easyship'. Due to some miscommunication between the buyer and amazon, buyer wrongly presumed that the online payment was declined and hence the order could not be placed. The buyer then made the purchase offline and refused to accept the order delivered (by me through amazon). Amazon then refunded the whole amount to the buyer but charged me (the seller) for the logistics. As per Amazon policy itself, it is the seller who can approve the refund (fully or partly at its own discretion) and not amazon, but in this case even this policy was overruled.

                                      I am a customer deceived by online shopping site "www.amazon.in". I had made a purchase of 8 items with amazon.in vide order no.[protected] on 17th December 2015 for which I made a payment in single transaction for all the products .One of the product was a mobile phone i.e. YU YUPHORIA on cyanogen (Buffed Steel, 16GB) for Rs. 8499.00, whose expected delivery date was 23 December 2015-28 December 2015. I received the 7 products which also included the accessories of the above mentioned mobile phone- A tempered glass and a flip cover, before the arrival of the prime product. The expected delivery date of 28th December 2015 passed but I never received the mobile phone .On enquiring with the call centre representatives I was being told that the rating of the seller is poor and all the rubbish talks to put all the blame on me i.e. the customer that it was my fault to order such a product .The representatives never allowed me to talk to their superiors and higher authorities just so as to know the reason of such a vague answer and response .They had put my call on hold for minutes and hours but never made me talk to the executives. Later on I was told that seller is not willing to send the product and hence amount can be refunded back to me .I was furious over it and told them that I didn't place an order for refund, so I want the product at any cost as I had promised my daughter to gift it on the new years eve .But yesterday i.e. on 2nd January 2016 I was saddened to know that without any prior information or intimation, I was refunded back the money through the same mode which was being used for payment. A wave of grief ran into me knowing that I was being cheated by the so called reputed company "Amazon". I felt insulted and deceived. I called them up to know the reason of such a conduct. I told them that I am in need of the product and also that those accessories that had arrived before the arrival of the phone shall become useless and meaningless without the mobile phone .The vague and baseless explanations given by the call centre representatives made me go social and vocal about the issue on public platform. Today its 3rd January 2016 and I am continuously making attempts to get those accessories returned and get my money refunded. On calling the call centre representatives I was being offered an amount of Rs. 200/- only for those accessories .However, the price of the accessories totals to Rs. 278 along with the shipping charges (Tempered Glass-140.00 & Flip Cover-138.00). I was not interested in getting the refund as I wanted the phone but now I see no point having my amount struck in there as I need to buy a new phone for my daughter as early as possible. I really want to show the real side of these online shopping sites as Amazon and likes so that other customers don't get trapped in the web spread by them. I seek an apology and compensation/ indemnification for the financial & emotional loss that I suffered due to the order that I placed with amazon.in. Not just the refund of Rs.278 but also the opportunity cost of Rs. 200 along with it is demanded to cover the loss. So, I request you to investigate and look into the matter as soon as possible. And serve me with justice.
