ON 05/01/2016, i purchased "HUSH PUPPIES Men's leather shoe thru Amazon India (order no.[protected].The cost of the shoes was Rs. 6299 which i paid online thru my credit card.. Even paid extra charges for the early delivery of the same.
The aforesaid Product, Hush Puppies Shoes, was delivered next day i.e 06/01/2016, at the gate of my registered address, in my absence. The delivery boy was in such a hurry that he didn't even take signatures of the receiver.
I was not available at that time when the parcel got delivered.
When i came back and opened the parcel, i was shocked to see that the parcel was empty. I found piece of papers in the packet instead of shoes which i actually ordered.
I immediately called up at Amazon India customer care no.[protected].
My call was attended by Ms. Komal (might be the customer care executive).
I explained everything to Ms.. Komal and she, on behalf of Amazon India, apologized & assured me that either Amazon India will resend the ordered shoes again or refund the amount in my account.
Ms. Komal also assured me that i would receive a call from their investigation department within an hour. But no one called me up even once. I also requested Ms. Komal to give me a complaint no. for my complaint but she didn't provide any complaint no., and gave me fake assurances.
Instead of receiving of call, i received a mail from AMAZON INDIA's account department stating that they will neither refund nor resend shoes which i ordered.
This mail states that the reason of not processing my refund is that the parcel which they had delivered was not empty according to their dispatch & delivery records and they are not answerable if i received an empty one.
Further, After going the the mail I called up Amazon India Customer care number again and had a word with the same lady, Ms. Komal. Again she assured me for the refund and then handed over the phone to Mr. Dhawal (might be her senior).
Mr. Dhawal threatened me and told me to go thru Amazon India's policies which clearly states that I can neither approach Consumer Court nor can register any complaint against Amazon India and finally refused to process my refund.
IS this the kind of 100% purchase protection AMAZON INDIA delivers?

Most Annoying company = AMAZON INDIA In Another Words We can trust this company, Worst experience ever – Please DO not buy any shipment from Amazon Instead go to local shop or any other online dealer Let me start – Online guy didn’t came with Card Machine and he went back, I immediately called Amazon and they told we will arrange it today without any fail – they PROMISED 5 time that I will get delivered by 6 PM, nobody turned on calling back them again escalation team told our team made wrong promise we cannot do And just said simple sorry ON Thursday I specifically called back stating that can I get today – I am back escalation team told they will give me call in 10 Min I waited for 2 hours called them again and they told sir 5 min more we will give u a c all, and then NO CALL ON Friday No call until 3 PM, I called and they told we are not able to arrange card machine so we cant send, but NOBODY bothered to tell me this preadvance I need to call them, and again they told its not possible to deliver on FRIDAY also One member of team don’t communicate with Other – Escalation team is total waste – Absolutely worst team ever – they should be junior member and not escalation – Inspite Order in same city they cant send me And no communication ever – Guys – please don’t trust AMAZON _ WORST COMPANY EVER On Each conversation i have told this is GIFT and please call me or keep me posted NO UPDATES - EVERY TIME Customer should call them and hear negative Update
