I have made two orders from the site on 5th Nov and 7th of Nov and one of the rder was cancelled by the seller because of lack f availability of courier service, the second item was delivered but was a wrong item.So i returned it and till now refunds has not been credited

    I have buy curtains from Amazon through online and I have received the curtains on 4th NOV. Some curtains are missing.I have book complained for return. Amazon costumer care inform me .please pack your packaets and go to nearer courier service and courier the items. when I have buy online, then it is responsibility of company to pick the items from my house instead harassing me to go the courier centre.

        My amazon Order cancelled on delivery date without any reason.. After words Amazon is telling Seller has not confirmed order due to increase in price after making me waited for 10 days.. finally seller has cancelled order..

        Amazon India is not responding for my emails, they are just saying we regret for inconvenience.. on top of it they have rated that seller as 4+ start.. When i have gone through seller in last 10 days he has cancelled many orders similar to me without informing customer.. I asked is it not Duty of you to verify What seller is doing, No Response from them.. After i said i will Complaint in consumer court.. They are saying you are free to do it...

At last Amazon.in initiated refunding saying technical error. Amazon.in have wasted my valuable time and provided me a very poor service.

              I regret to say that Amazon is deceiving its customers by making hollow discounts/cashback promises. I purchased an Apple iPhone 4S (White, 8GB) on 11th August’ 2015 through Amazon app for Rs.13, 399. The order id for the same is[protected]. The purchase was entitled for 15% cashback as we made the payment through HDFC credit card. It was promised by Amazon that cashback will be given back on or before 12th November 2015, but till date nothing has been credited to my account.
              I am also attaching the mail, which was sent by Amazon customer service, for reference.

              Please resolve this matter asap.

                I am really disappointed today with Amazon.in. I placed an order for OnePlus 2 (Sandstone Black, 64GB) & B2X Protect for OnePlus 2 since yesterday through your open sale. 25th Nov- I tried making payment yesterday however my internet got disconnected and payment could not get completed. I received an e-mail from you guys stating “Payment revision needed”. I clicked on the link and payment was successful for which I received SMS from my bank as well. To my surprise “Your Order”[protected] &[protected] section showed in red “Payment revision needed”; for which I called up your helpline at least 5 times yesterday. Each time the executive said that we have received the payment and my order will be shipped between 27th to 30th Nov (E-mail sent by your executive Sandeep B. Today morning I received an e-mail again saying that my order is cancelled and payment refunded. I was shocked to see this as I was expecting this order by 28th on eve of my Wife’s birthday. I called up your helpline and spoke to your leadership executive Kahini; she said due to technical glitch the order couldn’t be processed and asked me to make fresh order and give me Rs. 500/- gift voucher as good will gesture; which I appreciated and agreed for. 26th Nov- I made fresh order[protected] &[protected] and I received e-mail from you saying my payment is declined; whereas SMS sent by bank that payment received. I called up again on your helpline and spoke to another leadership person this time the manager Priti. She said that payment is received by Amazon and again due to technical glitch the order could not be processed. But today when I placed the order for 2 mins “Your Order” section showed “Payment revision needed” but surprisingly after 2 mins this changed to “Order received” (screenshot attached) and after another 15 mins this changed back to “Payment revision needed”. So, by this is Amazon only trying to increase their website/app hits by creating the hype and not actually delivering the product. Really sad.                   Dear Sir, It was first ever bitter experience that I have purchase defective product as mention in order detail I called customer care on[protected] at 4pm there was no any proper information and call was hold for 18 minute . The product that was dispatched was defective . there was extream heating and camera was not focusing object for picture and vague picture capture for near object and charger is not at all working. I thought that there is setting problem and hold it without complaining, later on after taking back up I restore it on 21st Nov the problem was not resolved. I request you to replace as the product is under warranty and I am residing quiet distat place, patna to reach to service center. There was no any refund timing on bill, It is my humble request to replace other wise I will move to cort of law.                     I purchased a Redmi2 (white) mobile online through Amazon on Sep12th 2015 sold by E -Mobiles, Anjaneya Infrastructure Project, Bangalore vide Invoice no KA-BLRS[protected] dt Sep 12th 2015.I have visited your authorised service center at Ashok nagar Chennai thrice, twice for the same complaint of speaker problem vide Work order no[protected] dt[protected] and Work order no[protected] dt[protected].I was relieved that the speaker problem was set right but to my shock and surprise this morning the mobile did not turn on and the rear of the mobile became very hot.Hence I removed the battery and rushed once again to the service centre only to be informed that the mother board has a problem and that it will take 15 days to be rectified.All my contact and pictures are now lost and I am totally dissatisfied with the performance of this phone.Since it is hardly 2 months since it was purchased, I would like you to replace this phone with another new phone.With all the problems starting with speaker issue and now mother board, I am not confident if replacement of board will solve this issue.My fresh work order no is[protected] dt[protected].and IMEI no [protected].
                    I hope you realise the hardship I have gone through and if possible I would like a full refund for the purchase so that I can purchase a more reliable and trusted brand of mobile.Even if this is repaired I have my doubts about the efficiency of the instrument after my experience.I am a senior citizen and I cannot keep visiting your service center every week for some problem or the other.Hence I expect a speedy and favourable reply from you.
                    15 days is too long a wait and I require a repalcement or refund of amount

                          I have returned the product on 7th Nov. 2015. But still i have not got my refund.When i called in amazon care on 19 th Nov, they assured me that u will get the refund by Tuesday/24 th Nov.But still i have not.Today i called in amazon care, then they put me on hold for 3 to 4 minutes after that they cut the phone & did not give me the response regarding my inquiry.Here i am attaching the receipt which was given by the courier service that has picked up the item.I want to know when i willl get my refund. I will get or not??? Very bad service. I returned that product because that was not the geniune product.

                          I have returned the product on 2nd Nov. 2015 and till now I didn't get any confirmation for refund. I called Amazon customer care thrice and every time they said that you will get the email/call from vendor with in 24 hours. Today almost one month has been completed and they are not responding at all. This is really disappointed and not expected. I have returned that product because that was not the genuine product.

                            Sir, this month nov 13 2015 i have paid amount 699 for Order #[protected]. amazon is cancelled order due lack of stock. many time i have contacted for amazon for refund and asked for TRASACTION ID, i did not get them. every time they are telling fake messages like This is in regards your refund for the order#[protected]. We've checked and found that the refund for the item amount Rs.699.00 has been completed issued in your account on Monday 19 Wednesday 18 November 2015 at 6:29 PM and will be credited to your bank account in 2-4 business days depends upon bank's policy. I also inform you that 21 and 22 is (sat and sun) please consider it as bank holidays. I request you to wait for 48 hours you'll receive the refund in your account as it is successfully issued.                                     I bought an iphone 5s on 24th feb under the offer - "http://www.amazon.in/b?ie=UTF8&node=[protected]" Offer details: 1.Pay with HDFC credit card with 12 months EMI option 2.from Cloudtail Seller 3.between 23rd feb to 1st march My order ...satisfies all the conditions . I was supposed get the cashback of 8400 rs by 1st june but didn't. There has been more than 15 emails exchanged and 20+ phone calls, each time i have to explain them the issue from scratch and in return i get one of the following replies: 1.will be given "in 2-3 working days" 2. it is already given 3.And the last time I called they crossed all the limits saying "my order is not eligible at all" can anyone help?

                                        Bean refill Order#[protected] FedEx, Tracking #:[protected] I have ordered a bean refill from amazon on 10-Nov-2015. the expected delivery date was 23 November 2015 by 8:00pm but the courier service(FedEx) is not delivering my product. i even complainted about it on amazon customer service 3 times but nothing happened. i am posting this compliant against Amazon India as well as FedEx. against Amazon for its carelessness againt the customer and against FedEx for its bad courier service.
