I purchased a powerbank tis month and a redmi 2 three months ago, i received a demaged box, each time filled with some papers. it took 2 months for the refund to be initiated by amazon for my mobile.now again i am facing the same trouble.each time i will have to tell full history to customer care, i will have to wait for there response. serious very bad service and very bad customer care with a very bad response .Amazon is making people fool .don't buy any thing from amazon.
Same thing happened to me when I purchased iPhone 6, I have not received and they showed it delivered, now they r not even giving refund.

    They are cheating customers by luring them for cash back and make them wait for couple of months and on the day when the due date ends you say contact the bank and wash off their hands. I bought a redmi 2 prime Mobile from their store and they promised 10% cash back on transaction through Hdfc debit card and they said that the credit will be by 12.11.2015. Whenever I called them they said wait till 12th. When I called today morning they said wait till end of the day. When I called at 11:35 pm they say contact your bank we are not responsible. Order date 12-Aug-15 Order #[protected] Order total 7, 098.00 (2 items: RedMi2 prime and flip cover case)

      I placed 2 orders with Amazon and returned them on the next day. But even after 15 days I have not got my refund amount. I called them 5 times. mailed them and even did a chat. But they are continusoly asking me to wait. And no proper resolution from them. I atlast asked them to credit the amount to my amazon account, seems they are not able to do this as well. Details : Id :[protected] amount : 780 Id:[protected] amount : 479.70 I totally spent around 60 hours on this issue. And Customer care people irritated me a lot. I definitely want some penalty.

        I've placed an order through Amazon.in on 8th November seeing a very good lightning deal. They were offering Puma Men's Stark DP Black and Lime Punch Rubber Sandals and Floaters - 8 UK for Rs-839.72/- (regular price- 2099, seller- Cloudtail. ) and Wipro Garnet N70001 B22 7-Watt LED Bulb (Cool Day Light) for Rs-220/- (regular price- 305, seller- Olympia Industries Ltd. ). Seeing this deal I've placed an order on 8th November for both these products for the total amount Rs- 1059.72/- and the order was confirmed subsequently by Amazon. Now, after 3 days, on 11th November, they have sent an email and told that my order was cancelled without any reason. When I contacted Amazon customer care about this issue they told me that the order was cancelled due to unavailability of stock. But throughout these 3 days and even now the same sellers selling these items at the regular price. The customer care person telling me that if I want the products I have to place a new order with the regular price and they can't do anything about the price difference. I feel cheated and want the products as promised by the Amazon earlier with Lightning deal pricing. I'm uploading some snapshots which can support my claim.

            This is my order number of amazon.In (order[protected] i had ordered yepme shoes of rs 539...But i had recived deffective shoes with material is poor...So i had given return request to amazon.In seller refusing to accept return so i had file claim...But seller refusing to accept...After file claim seller approve and amazon has given me option on which date i should hand over the product so i had select 5 nov...As usual pick man had arrive at my door ...His name was santosh... I had handover the product to him and take return receipt...Now amazon is not giving me my money... So i want to take action on amazon.In and yepme...After handling product to them they are not refunding my amaount

              I placed an order on 2nd nov 15, expecting a delivery by 7th nov, as per website and customer care . even after chasing them for 04 days still my package has not been delivered. its height of irritation when you call back on a customer care and have to repeat the entire story again and again. over and above i was promised for a confirmed delivery yesterday by 8 p.m by a senior manager Mr umaar, who confirmed to send across a email to me for the synopsis of our verbal discussion and aramex courier company contact details, my utter surprise all in vein.. i believe """"" Ek baar bhi amazon try mat kar "" .. its a company who would never deliver a product on time which has been prepaid.. on top of all - no coordiantion between the customer care and logistics department at all.. my order id :[protected] email : [protected]@gmail.com its a pity that the product i ordered is only exclusively available on amazon.. waiting for a reply !!! amit

                I have returned Bombay dyeing bedsheets on 17thoct 2015 as they were not according to what website described Order#[protected].since then I spoke to multiple guys at amazon call centre and every time I was assured that refund will be done within 2-4 days but still today I haven't got the refund, they don't care about customers going through mental agony and every time I have to explain the whole history of returning to the new Amazon guy on phone and believe me it's really painful...I would request you to look into this matter so that the customers don't have to go through such moments.

                    Myself Arpit Verma and its going to be a month when I ordered Senheiser earphones CX 275s worth 1299 on 13 Oct and when received them, the box was empty. I've contacted customer care service 4 times and everytime they ask my details and promise to repay my cash, but still I have not got. I urge you to return my cash as soon as possible.                         I was brought an item from amazon on 6th may 2015 yu yureka mobile phone of rupees 8999.There mention that if i paid this amount by SBI debit card then i get 15% discount.So i paid by SBI debit card.Amazon told me i get this cash back before 18 august.                           I have been So screwed By amazon
                          i had ordered an pizza hut gift voucher from amazon no fullfilled Seller (Which I Know Later) amount of gift cards was of 2000rs and i received in part of 500rs of 4 gift cards.
                          From that 4 Gift card One Was Already Expired !! and other 3 Gift cards was expire after 10 days Of Purchase !! does gift card has validity of only 10 days ?? i purchased that on 20 oct 2015 and on 1 nov every thing was expired and my money was like wastage and i complaint amazon on 25 oct and they promised me that i will get refund before diwali (11/nov/2015). but on 3nov i again contacted them and they promised me for sure on 7 nov i will get 100% refund but on 7 nov i contacted them and agan they are telling me to wait 24 hours and 48 hours which really sucks and never ends !!! PLease do help my 1500rs are stucked with amazon
                          i bought that gift card in lightning deal for 1500rs and redemption was of 2000rs but all my money wasted and i think amazon should not keep this seller fullfilled and this things

                              Lenovo A6000 ordered from Amazon on 27 oct. Track India post shows bag despatch from NSH Kolkata Airport to NSH Guwahati on 30 oct, 2015. Bag received at TMO LGBI which is Guwahati Airport on 4 Nov., 2015. Today I received the package only to find empty package packing bunch of paper. I do escalated the matter with Amazon customer care, which He ensured ne to look after. I feel robe and very frustrated. Please help to resolve the issue

                                Hi, This is with reference to Invoice for Order Id:[protected] Oct 28, 2015. None of the products are delivered at the delivery address (office in this case). The delivery men would come at some near-by spot and call up to take up the product; little considering that the buyer might be at the middle of some important discussion at that time. When asked why not delivered at the delivery address they behaved rudely; suggesting it is upto the buyer choice to buy from the amazon retailer. I am really upset about this and will think a hundred times before ordering anything from amazon henceforth.
                                I had a similar experience today. Called up the delivery person to know when he'd be coming (already past my delivery date) and he said it won't be delivered because he is using the product and it's a prepaid order!

                                        I ordered three books- The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini(order #[protected], The Tao of Physics by Capra, Fritjof(order #[protected], The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma(order #[protected](Cash on Delivery).Books were expected to be reached on or before 2 November, 2015.My sister is going to Bangalore on 3rd November for a long time and Books were supposed to be gifts for my sister.It did not arrive on 2 Nov. On 3rd November I got phone call from amazon but I could not receive it for some reason.After 1/2 an hour I called, and they told me they could not delivery this item because it was already late and promised to deliver it on 4th November.I checked amazon website and they gave me a new date, 5th November.I called more than 10 times to these number.They never received my call or even bothered to call me again. It's 6th November and it is not delivered by now. I want these books with refund for wasting my time, testing my patience and unable to gift it to my sister.
