Hi My Amazon Order[protected] was for DYMO Cartridges, it was pack of 5 for INR 1587.00, Delivered dated 23rd DEC 2015, & order date was 12th Dec 2015. Amazon cheated me by giving on 1 Cartridge instead of 5, now i am following up Amazon but no response... i will further not use any amazon products and same i will inform to any one who is buying the product from Aamzon. it is better to buy with local suppliers than online cheaters

      I ordered the above mentioned article(a book) on 15 December 2015(Order #[protected], which was supposed to be delivered by 21 Dec 2015. However, the article did not arrive on time and Amazon order tracking services confirmed that the book would arrive by 24 Dec 2015 at most. It is 26 Dec 2015 and the book has not still arrived. I need the book urgently, and since Amazon is not providing any definite, reliable information, it is impossible for me to buy the book from other sources. I need the book urgently. Therefore, I am forced to regretfully inform you, I will have to resort to other options of buying the book if I receive no further reliable communications from Amazon immediately, and as such, I will refuse to accept the book from Amazon even if it arrives at a later date, for I will probably already have bought or ordered it from some other source by then.

            I am Shailesh Singh from Mumbai .My refund order #[protected]. Since October I am following Amazon people on mails and calls, every time they assure me it will be done in 2-4 business days but till today I haven't got any intimation from their side what's happening with my refund case.this is sheer fraud on Amazon part.i spoke to their call centre guys multiple times and every time I have to explain the whole story to them and it was painful, after that I mailed them regarding my refund and Inspite of giving them bank statements they still haven't refunded.

                Dear Sir, I wish to report an instance o[censored]nfair trade activity of the website and the manner they are misleading the customers. I was lured with an offer to buy a Bose Headphone at a discount of 10%. When I received the product, the MRP on the packaging was lower than what I paid as a 'discounted price'. When I lodged a complaint with Amazon, they acknowledged the matter and promised to refund the difference. After following up with them for over 2 months, they only refunded the difference between what I paid and what is the correct MRP. Therefore what I ended up paying was only the MRP as is mentioned on the pack and no additional discount of 10% that was promised. Initially they had assured me that they will be paying back the 10% discount – however till date they have not refunded the amount of discount which now they claim is not payable. The promise of 10% discount was ill intended and misleading which accordingly to me is gross unfair trade practice. I therefore request you to investigate on this matter and take appropriate action as you may deem fit. I am enclosing the following for your investigations: • Order summary • Invoice copy • Chat transcripts with Amazon on this issue • Snap of the price label on the box • Matrix to explain incorrect charge Kindly let me know if you need any additional information on this matter.                   I ordered a top from amazon worth 169, And at the time of delivery the courier boy had credited 527 from my card. after confirming from my bank the amount has been credited to amazon & informing the same to amazon customer service. i have yet not received the amount after 22 days of repeated complaint.(details provided to amazon customer service is bank statement of the concern bank from which amount credited ).                       Hi, This is the pickup point from bellandur NAME ; SAHAY CHEMMISTS AND DRUGGISTS. We were having bussiness transcation with amazon retail and our agreement got xpired and we did a new agreement and updated all the companies formulaties with all documents and it was successfyully done and they had given me an vodofone cim to activate it and after a couple of days they tole no transcation till e day. The customer service suddenly call u and ask how much item is left for delivery We dont understand no business is done here them who is running the business with the name SAHAY CHEMMISTS WE ARE THINKING TO GO LEGALLY SINCE IT IS AN OFENSE WITH THE PROPERITOR NAME SOME ONE IS DEALING THE THINGS. PLS HELP US OUT

                        Hi Amazon Team/Jeff, Myself Rajeev Ranjan. Till yesterday I had full faith on Amazon India, but sorry to say it’s completely shattered by the way they resolved my refund issue. Order Number: Order#[protected] Payment mode: Cash on delivery. Incident: Microsoft Lumia 540 (Black, 8GB) Ordered on 16th October 2015. It has been delivered to me. Now on the second day of the usage, Lumia was completely gone so I had requested for return. Return request has been accepted by Amazon India and item was successfully received by the Amazon India. Please find the screen shot for the same. As per the rule and status, refund has been initiated and as per the ideal condition, should be credited to my account within 2 – 3 working days. But because of some strange reason it did not happen. Upon calling the customer service Amazon India, I have been promised that refund will be credited to my account within 5- 6 working days. Also they have accepted that they have received the item successfully in their inventory system. I have full mail chain exchanged between different customer service executives and me. I also have recorded full voice conversation with different Amazon India customer service executive. Last night they mailed me that when they contacted their service provider I.e. Gati, it has been found that Item has not been delivered to me and thus Refund will not be processed. Now if you look at the whole process, all the system updated that has been done after receiving item from me was kind of bluff to the customer. In case your service provider has not updated the status to Amazon India and because of some faulty reason if it has not been updated, Then are you people saying customer has to bear the loss. Please look into this matter ASAP and act on it and would request you to return my refund at the earliest.                           Hi, I m really really disappointed with the way amazon service came to conclusion of not refunding my money. If you look at the whole process you will be ashamed of yourselves of calling yourselves as Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company. You are claiming now that item ordered by me has not been delivered. In that case you should not have entertained me.Why did it take 2 months to figure our this pure lie. Second thing, why did you accept my return and updated the status as item has been received by you successfully. You seems to be very happy to receive item which you have not delivered and you correctly updated the status on your website. For me that's pure cheating. I myself is very much sure that i did receive item from you and its a fault from your service provider who did not update the status of the delivery correctly. Its ridiculous to even think that i plotted all this story. why would i do that. on top of it what the is the resolution if your service provider will not update the status correctly or because of some reason delivery status has not been updated correctly. Its the customer who will have to suffer because of your faulty system. Why i have been bluffed by your customer service from the starting ? On what basis they were promising me via mail that i will be getting my refund back in 4 - 5 working days ? On a serious note, since i have been cheated and bluffed too, will circulate this horrendous behavior by Amazon service provider to as much people as i can and make sure you should also learn a lesson if i have been taught by having relation with you.                             I would like to address an issue here about the customer service support provided by the Amazon. Seems like they have trained their executives to loot customer. Pathetic customer service with a such a pathetic system where almost all have been trained with lying only. Hats off to your customer service. Really you have set the standard for others who are also in the business of looting customer. THey have delivered with payment option COD. After the person who has delivered my thing to me, he did not update the status about the my delivery. So it was not updated in their system. So bloody its your system problem why should customer suffer for it. On top things which has been delivered was not proper, second day itself it was gone case. I Requested for the return. Return has also been initiated and they arranged the person the to take the delivery for the thing which they claim now it has not been delivered. On top of it they have taken that item and properly updated the system status as received also. This is not the end. Now you see after they have updated the refund has been initiated, which was around 18 of Nov, till date they were very much clear about their mind but they kept on bluffing me like left and right. I m being a customer had to suffer. on top of it they keep on sending all false mail stating by this date my refund will be back to my account etc. Hello, This is regarding the conversation that we had .                               On 6 December 2015, i purchased 4 products from amazon.in ( bargain textiles). Got sms as confirmation, after 3-4 days 3 order has been cancelled without any intimation to me, on calling customer care they told product is out of stock from dealer end. Means after confirming payment dealer check his stock, such a rubbish excuse & Amazon supported him. Now story begins hopefully one order (Order[protected] that doesn't been cancelled should be deliver to me by 16th December 2015 as per Amazon schedule without tracking details hasn't delivered till date ie 21st December 2015 to me. After making 3 complaints, i got answered by Amazon, if dealer ie "bargain textiles" don't deliver the product my payment will be refunded. My friends Amazon is in such critical stage they uses the payment of customers to do their business. I confirmed them if they want to refund the amount it should be 10 times the amount i paid for the product. They must charge it to bargain textiles so that it should be a lesson for dealers like him. At 8.38pm 21st December 2015, got sms from Amazon that they initiate the refund of amount i paid. I just got terribly amaze ki after using payment for approx 15 days they don't even force dealer " Bargain textiles" to refund amount with penalty.

They are providing any costumer care compliant email id and phone number on their site. So I came here for the help. Please help me.

                                  LOST HOPE to get a refund for COD option. Its more than 33 days now! Read the full story day by day and see how Amazon is bluffing their customers. 10 Nov: Bought a OnePlus mobile with COD option 14 Nov: Mobile delivered, Payment made as hard cash. 15 Nov: I found that Mobile was not supporting Wi-Fi 16 Nov: I requested for a replacement 17 Nov: Amazon team took the mobile back 26-Nov: Amazon informed me that replacement can not processed and they will try to issue a refund, however I insisted to get a replacement (email attached#1). [Fraud#1] 27 Nov: Updated My Account details into Amazon 28 Nov: Amazon initiated a refund 29 Nov: Amazon claimed that refund was processed and I was informed that I will get a cheque because my payment mode was Cash on Delivery (email attached#2) 3 Dec: Amazon accepted their another mistake and said our agent has provided wrong information to you, your refund was processed by NEFT. [Fraud#2] 8 Dec: Amazon shared NEFT number and asked me to call my bank to trace the payment. My bank confirmed that there is no payment made with given Refund ref number and asked me to contact amazon. 9 Dec: Amazon staff reply that they have reinitiated the payment. 10-Dec: Amazon team informed that whoever has informed me about reinitiatation of payment is wrong. [Fraud#3] They assured me that Payment was made successfully to my bank and forced me to get a written confirmation from my bank that payment was not received. 12 Dec: my bank has shared a written confirmation that there was not payment made and asked me to contact Amazon only. Amazon team forced me to call my bank and file a charge dispute. 13 Dec: My bank had confirmed that they can not file charge dispute and confirmed over email that there is no payment made for the given refund ref number (email attached#3). They requested me to read RBI guide line and ask Sender (Amazon) to file a dispute. I shared the same with Aamzon team and asked them to cross check with their bank and not in their internal system. 14 Dec: Amazon team requested for 2 days to investigate the issue 16 Dec: Amazon came back with same reply what I had received on 8-Dec, and said they can not help any further and I have to ask my bank to file a dispute. 19 Dec: No progress on the issue, hence I shared the case on FB. Amaon staff called me and misbehaved when he was trying fool me. I asked him to connect me to his supervisor, and he said that he is holding highest authority position to deal with such case, there is none above him. He confirmed that Amazon cannot file a dispute and its my bank who has to file the dispute. When I warned him that I will record this call as a proof and asked him to tell me the same information, he disconnected the call (email attached as a proof#4). [Fraud#4]

                                  Also attaching emails where Amazon is trying to fool the customers by providing wrong info.

                                    I have purchase a 12 pcs Set Best Mandoline Kitchen Genius Slicer Dicer Cuts Vegetables & Fruits Cutter Grater Salad Chopper Multi fu Sold by: Infinite Stock on 10 dec-2015. But I received the broken product. whose order ID was[protected]. After more then 3 times complain Amazon didn't replace me new product nor refund my money too.

                                      Purchased a sare online from amazon from seller Ashika on 27th October. Did not like the product delivered and filed a return. The seller first claimed that I will have to bear the shipping cost then after few email exchanges agreed to take back the product. The product was returned on the last week of November but my refund is still not processed

                                        I ordered an yepme tshirt from amazon order no[protected]. Now when I did not like the product they want me to return the product on my own they are not are not going to arrange return of product which is against amazon policy. I want them to collect the product from me and issue a refund soon.
