Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to bring to your notice that I have received a gift voucher from amazon.in worth INR 2000/- I tried activating the same and was not successful. On calling your customer service team realized that on scratching the gift card code that I received a 14 digit code instead of a 16 digit code... I feel cheated by amazon. This is totally unacceptable...       Amazon has put wrong information about a product on their webpage. They displayed That Redmi Note Prime Has Dual Band Wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Where as it only has single band wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n. It's very wrong Info about a recently released item and many customers are phasing problems because of that. I have also escalated this to Amazon but there is no action taken in 10 days to correct the information on their website. Below is the text they mentioned. But at the time of delivery of said consignment delivery boy collect cash from home and tell this is COD consignment. I have already lodge complain in Amazon site but they are unable to help me out they required proof of payment. But this is for your information on COD consignment no one delivery boy is provided any money receipt or any other proof to the customer than how can I show the proof of payment.               I have bought the Panasonic P55 mobile through Amazon website on 31st Jan 2015 and after using for few months, I started facing some operation issues with the phone. I went to Service centre of Panasonic and they found that the IMEI no. is mismatching in Mobile and invoice. Because of this issue, the service centre is not accepting the phone for repair, which they are right in their approach. To address this I have started interacting with Amazon since last week of Oct 2015 and till date only Mail exchanges and calls were made by them with false commitments.                 I ordered Adidas Superstar shoes from amazon.com which were for around 8000 INR (5000 INR for shoes + 3000 INR for customs ) . And because i ordered them from the international website, i had to pay the customs too . When i recieved the order, the parcel was fully packaged ! And on opening, it had 500 INR shoes in the box. With no bill details in the box, No details of the courier company except USPS . On sending several complaint requests to the company which promised to return to my complaint on 28th december 2015, has shown no sign to resolve my problem howsoever . The soft copy of the bill, images of the parcel, and the computer generated mails are in the attachments .

                    I have purchase one no of Fastrack wrap sunglasses P204BK2 as on Ordered on 24 February 2015 Order#[protected] I have used the same sunglasses 3 or 4 time but now on one glass the UV protection film is removing automatically the item has one year warranty.                         Hi My Amazon Order[protected] was for DYMO Cartridges, it was pack of 5 for INR 1587.00, Delivered dated 23rd DEC 2015, & order date was 12th Dec 2015. Amazon cheated me by giving on 1 Cartridge instead of 5, now i am following up Amazon but no response... i will further not use any amazon products and same i will inform to any one who is buying the product from Aamzon. it is better to buy with local suppliers than online cheaters

                            I ordered the above mentioned article(a book) on 15 December 2015(Order #[protected], which was supposed to be delivered by 21 Dec 2015. However, the article did not arrive on time and Amazon order tracking services confirmed that the book would arrive by 24 Dec 2015 at most. It is 26 Dec 2015 and the book has not still arrived. I need the book urgently, and since Amazon is not providing any definite, reliable information, it is impossible for me to buy the book from other sources. I need the book urgently. Therefore, I am forced to regretfully inform you, I will have to resort to other options of buying the book if I receive no further reliable communications from Amazon immediately, and as such, I will refuse to accept the book from Amazon even if it arrives at a later date, for I will probably already have bought or ordered it from some other source by then.

                                  I am Shailesh Singh from Mumbai .My refund order #[protected]. Since October I am following Amazon people on mails and calls, every time they assure me it will be done in 2-4 business days but till today I haven't got any intimation from their side what's happening with my refund case.this is sheer fraud on Amazon part.i spoke to their call centre guys multiple times and every time I have to explain the whole story to them and it was painful, after that I mailed them regarding my refund and Inspite of giving them bank statements they still haven't refunded.

                                      Dear Sir, I wish to report an instance o[censored]nfair trade activity of the website and the manner they are misleading the customers. I was lured with an offer to buy a Bose Headphone at a discount of 10%. When I received the product, the MRP on the packaging was lower than what I paid as a 'discounted price'. When I lodged a complaint with Amazon, they acknowledged the matter and promised to refund the difference. After following up with them for over 2 months, they only refunded the difference between what I paid and what is the correct MRP. Therefore what I ended up paying was only the MRP as is mentioned on the pack and no additional discount of 10% that was promised. Initially they had assured me that they will be paying back the 10% discount – however till date they have not refunded the amount of discount which now they claim is not payable. The promise of 10% discount was ill intended and misleading which accordingly to me is gross unfair trade practice. I therefore request you to investigate on this matter and take appropriate action as you may deem fit. I am enclosing the following for your investigations: • Order summary • Invoice copy • Chat transcripts with Amazon on this issue • Snap of the price label on the box • Matrix to explain incorrect charge Kindly let me know if you need any additional information on this matter.
