    My order id is[protected]. Placed order of HTC E9 Plus and Paid Rs 33290 from my credit card. When parcel was delivered yesterday I opened it and found HTC box was empty it was not containing phone and accessories. I escalated this issue at same time to the Amazon . they assured me they will resolve this issue . But today morning I got mail from Amazaon said "We are unable to issue a refund or replacement for this order because our records show the order was complete when it left our fulfilment center. In addition, the carrier has confirmed that the parcel was intact and undamaged when it was delivered to you." I will file legal issue on Amazon.Amazon is reputed brand I never thought they can cheat the customer. Its scaring for customer who shop on Amazon who buy their product will confidence .

      Order Number:[protected] I have paid money via cash on delivery, i didn't like the product so i returned the item and i was expecting refunding from Amazon. But the seller is not refunding full amount and also giving the amount via cheque. I have called to Amazon and asked about the same, they are saying that it was seller mistake but not our problem. Here the thing is that is that the Amazon is representing that seller. So the full responsibility should be taken by Amazon.

                I have order Vibes Women's 60gm Georgette dress in Amazon on 24 Sep 2015 but i have received a bad quality product and after 10 days i have return the product as per seller policy but Amazon was still not refund my money after 7 days i called amazon they are telling they sent one mail we have issue your refund trough cheque by blue dart courier this was [protected] tracking number i trying to track with that reference number but that reference was not a genuine number. please do not trust amazon

                  Hi,
                  I purchased a leather bag"Leaderachi - 100% Genuine Vintage Hunter Leather Unisex Office Briefcase Bags " Parma" (Crazy)" for Rs. 3999 from Amazon India. The order was placed on 18th October'2015 and the same was delivered on 27th Oct'2015 after a delay of 3 days. The received product was of very poor quality and after looking at the item, I decided to return the same and seek refund.
                  When I approached Amazon, I got a very shocking reply that item cannot be picked up as there is no Pick-up courier service available. The same item was delivered at my address but it cannot be picked up. They have flatly refused to pickup and are not willing to make any refund. This is absolutely rubbish as Amazon has more than 20 courier boys coming to my Apartment and this is just an excuse to not return the money.
                  I have reached out to their customer care, have put notes on their Facebook link as well as written mails to their CEO. There has been no action on the request. I can provide all the supporting documents if required.

                    I have orderd Nike Chroma thong chappals worth Rs.1199.00 with order No: #[protected] on 26th October 2015 and During the sale of amazon i have ordered the above product for best price Rs598.00. The order is shipped and the courier person not delivered the product and he returned the product back to amazon. I have called the courier person and asked about the incident.He replied, I am just delivery boy daily we get packages from amazon and we are going to deliver the packages and the remaining undelivered packages are taken back by the amazon people and they will update the status. "Without my permission simply the Amazon people had refused my order."They are thinking that who is going to question them" I called the customer team of amazon several times but, their response is very very poor. One time they said sorry for inconvinience and they verified with the courier people(Sai Logistics)and said they will Excalate and resend the product to me within two days. After 2 days I did'nt receive any response from them. Again i called customer team of amazon they said it is not possible to redeliver the product you can place the new order.I replied the product i bought is for the best price and now the price differs. Again they said we will try to redeliver the product. Simply they are excalating the incident. How many times i called also they are not responding properly One time they are saying we will redeliver the product and again they are saying it is not possible and you can do whatever you want.                       Hi, I had placed an order for Philips Multigromming Kit QG3387 on 28th October. I was informed that the product will be delivered by 4th of November 2015. However, all of sudden i got message on 1st November that the product is out for delivery. On 1st and 2nd November Amazon tried to deliver the product to me despite repeated requests of delivering the product on 3rd Nov by 11:00 am. I was given assurance by customer care team that the product will be delivered as per my request by despite all the assurance, amazon failed to deliver the product today (3rd November) by 11:00 am. Since i am going out of station today, it will be third failed attempt and the product will be returned back to the sellers. i had made an upfront online payment. Amazon due to their operation lapse is causing so much mental harassment and earning interest out of my money (and many such customers). Amazon should be charged for this so no such hassles happen to customer. One more interesting fact, customer support team deployed on facebook says that they cant make any such commitment. If that was the case i would have never purchased product from Amazon My ORDER #[protected]

                          I am writing this Email regarding the Fraud committed by Amazon to me.
                          There was Diwali Sale on Amazon and they were promoting in TV commercials and Newspapers regarding the deal. At 10 AM I ordered two products which were listed in lightning deal by Amazon which were as under : -
                          Envent Hottie 2.1 Speakers MRP 1899/-, Lightning Deal Price - 40 /-
                          Envent Deejay Pro 4.1 Speakers MRP 5499/-, Lightning Deal Price - 40 /-
                          I grabbed both the lightning deal and placed the orders. My orders got approved and I placed the order on Cash On Delivery. But at 4 PM, I got the mail that Both the my orders were cancelled. Is it possible that after placing the order, the online shopping site like Amazon can easily cancel the order just saying sorry and no compensation. If I order any product online and it is approved, I should get the order and they can't cancel the order without informing me or without my permission whether it is Cash on deliver of prepaid. So I want any help regarding this matter. I want to know whether I am eligible to file a case against Amazon ?

                            Hi I have placed a order of memory card and deo ORDER #[protected], Friday 30 October 2015 I requested customer care to update my mobile no. Saturday I received email This is to inform you that a package from your order, with tracking ID[protected], shipped via Amazon Transportation Services, could not be delivered as no one was available to receive it. I was at my home whole days(Sunday, Saturday). Mail received at 1.30pm and after that I raised the issue with customer care and mentioned my concern that no one will be available at my residence on working days that's why I have placed planned order so that I will be available to take it and requested them to deliver the order on my office address your representative assured me delivery on my office address by Monday if not delivered on Sunday 1 November 2015 after that I got call from delivery boy to confirm address and he told me to deliver before 9 pm . Now when I asked the same to customer care she saying me the different story that delivery date is today nothing is in the loop si can any one explain me what is going on . because the story happened and so many false statement from your side and finally my product was delivered . Why this is going on if you can not do dont commit because it is not good for your company I will raise the issue every time is this possible or stop buying from you. On 1 and 2 November their customer care executive told me to deliver my order at my office address and they will notify to their delivery partner but now on 3 November when I called them again for that now they said that no policy to change address. I do not no previous 3 persons who are convening me about change delivery address are right or wrong or this latest one who said that no policy to change address is ?????? Over call experience is so bad next time I will not suggest any one to shop from Amazon

                                I ordered a photo frame, which was described as a wooden frame and had its details as mentioned below. Order date:17-Oct-15 Order #[protected] Order total of Rs 2, 230.00 The product when it was received did not have anything made of wood in it as it was described in product description.The packaging was so bulky and hunge, that the weight and handling problems were also an additional pain. The packaging weighs like as if it contains a TV in it. On top of all this issue, found the same frame is available for Rs 850 of same make in a showroom in Bangalore. After all this tiring and unpleasant experience, I took a strong decision to get this returned. But while i see my return status, it says I need to get this shipped on my own. By looking at its packaging and weight it will cost me half of the commodity price to get this courier to seller, this is not at all accepted. Its simply a way to bug and irritate the customer and false way of bluffing money from users. When a customer buy from Amazon, the trust lies with the Amazon. Customer does not validate the dealer or the seller as that is a responsibility which Amazon abide with. I am really shocked to see this coming from a reputed and competitive marketing company like Amazon India. I want Amazon to take care of the validation of the commodity, as well as the handling/return process of the package.

                                  I bought an ethernet shield from Amazon which was defected. I asked to return it after two days. I didn't recieve any call from them till 7 days of my complaint and after that they said our product was tested and working. It is not my responsibility if it was tampered during delivery. I want my money back an they are not responding to my complaint.

                                    Amazon has delayed my delivery order not a normal delay its first time amazon made a very long delay. I ordered on 26 oct and delivery is given on 16 nov 15. atleast amazon didnt assure to delivery by 10 nov 15 or so. As amazon delivers before delivery date atleast a day but this time amazon didnt understand my problem and concern. If its about 4-5 days or a week then its ok but it is taking 20 days. Iam not satisfied with this.

                                        I have placed Two Orders through Amazon.in on 26th October 2015 which should Maximum delvered by 30th October 2015.

                                        I have done too many follow up and mail from 29th Oct 15 for timely delivery. Every time got commitment till will delvery by today but not yet my orders not received.

                                        They are not looking for customer valuable time & importance which i have spent to long follow ups. Even that order I had placed due to present some one on special occasion gift. Which had also explain to amazon customer service team. But no result till yet.

                                        I want to give them release through customer forum complaint that do not give wrong commitment to customer and waist there time.
