        Hi Amazon.in refunded 35090/- on 9th of Dec 2015 but till date I havn't got the money in my account, I called amazon many times and they sent me the below mail [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Amazon Your AccountAmazon.in Message From Customer Service Hello, Im Jayasree from the Amazon billing Team. I received an escalation that youre unable to locate your refund of Rs.35, 090.00. Im so sorry to hear that your refund isnt reflecting in your account yet. Ive checked with the available resources and confirm that refund for Rs.35, 090.00 has been successfully processed to your Net Banking account on 9 December 2015. This refund should have been reflecting in your account by now. The reference number for the refund is IG0AZOBIJ9. Please contact your banks customer service with this reference number for more information. Once you provide the refund reference number to the banks customer service, they should be able to locate your refund. If still they cant locate your refund in your account then ask them to dispute the transaction as refund never processed.         same issues here, when i called to customer service of sbi they said contact you home branch, i dont know why we have to face such nonsense things for their faults. so, ihave to travel more then 1000 kms and post a complaint over there. i dont know why i have to face this? im afraid about refund whether i will get or not???

        dear sir, i had purchased a mobile phone blackberry z10 from amazon.in .it has some problem regarding software . but the blackberry customer service provider saying that the phone is of out of India it doest have any warranty.
        I am also facing the same issue its been more than two weeks now I haven't got my refund yet. I have been playing tennis games with Amazon n my bank. it's tiring.
        I hope, like others I will also get it at some point of time.
        Same here no refund not credit to my bank from last 13days they r just providing same email with a reference number

          I am Mandeep kaur, resident of Chandigarh ordered IPHONE 6 S from Amazon (Order #[protected] when today i received the package, phone was missing and box was filled with thermacol and plastic. Now if i am asking company for refund they are giving me excuses that already refund is issued to you many times in past. Whereas this is the 1st time i ordered something from Amazon. At my current address overall 6 different families are staying might someone had bad record, but why i am being penalised and identify and my previous history can be verified. Now i am just requesting for my money or product for which i paid
          Team, I still haven't received any revert from Amazon . What was the use of posting complaint on this site when no action is taken .

I have done exactly the same, but have not received the cash back. On enquiring with them following was the response: Hello Monica, We are writing to you regarding the Cash Back for your order #[protected]. I understand that you have placed the order with Amazon and it is our responsibility to provide you with all the customs with your cash back but since the banks were the ones which provided you with this offer, we are limited to help you other than to just tell you to contact your bank. I see that your issue was escalated to the billing department and i know that it has already taken a lot of time to get resolved. I apologise for this issue.               First they delivered wrong product and of less price than the one i ordered and return of the product is done with in 3 days i.e., first week of OCT 2015. but they are not giving my refund and saying it is already issued long back. when ever i raise a mail they will tell me to share the details and it is same again and again but no use playing games with out refunding. and lot of mental pressure every day checking for the things and waste of time for me.

It is very shocking to see me that the hands of the bag are broken only after a months usage. Now, the bag is of no use. After paying a decent amount Rs.706/- I would expect the bag to work for atleast six months. i have bought the bag through Amazon for the first time and the first experience is itself is very bad.i want to return the bag which is of very poor quality. please exchange the bag with another or else return my money back...

                      I had ordered HTC Desire 826 phone cover from amazon.in. I received a package which was empty. I had already paid 300 rs for the same. and not the customer service are not helping me out. They keep disconnecting my call.

                        ORDER #[protected] I have purchased a SD card Strontium 16GB MicroSD Memory Card (Class 10) on 27th October'15, delivered on 3rd of Nov'15. Since then i am using but after few days o[censored]se it started causing my phone hang twice thrice a day even though i have utilised only 3 gb out of 15. There after i have contacted M/s Amazon and they said they can not replaced it you have to contact it's manufacturer, but the warranty is for 01 year so hey have to replace or refund amount.

                            Bought a Micromax Canvas P690 Tablet . ORDER #[protected] on 13/11/2015 i have paied 7499.00rs . and i did not get my product so company called me on 15/11/2011 and told me that we will refund you with in 2 days but i got my refund on 26/11/2015. but it was only 7459.00 rs. if amazon did not deliver my product to me then why they charged 40.00 rs?? i am not responsible if amazon did not deliver. and then again i will have to order(ORDER #[protected] same product and i will have to pay 7809.00rs for same product . and this time i got product but is is defective .
                            i dont want to click on a single star. iam totally disappointed by amazon.in

                                I have purchased chemical peel and the seller gauranteed he will deliver on time..but he failed in it and delivered it so late and i hav returned the product.Amazon is not ready to accept my return and dont want to refund my money...they dont stand on their promises and infact they keep on sending me useless mails for proofs and all..hell with this amazon service

                                  I ordered a laptop and an idli maker on 14th, Nov, 2015, on EMI payment basis. I returned the Idli Maker and now the bank is asking me to make one time payment of the whole amount for laptop, the amazon company has not informed them to make payment on EMI basis, and now they are refusing to do it saying that EMI option has been cancelled due to return of Idli Maker when I asked from customer care, just for the reason they have to recalculate the EMI. I was not even informed by amazon.in that my EMI option has been cancelled exquisitely and I have to pay the whole amount for laptop at one time. Even today my amazon account is showing the payment method as 12 EMI of Rs.2, 684.91 if I would have been informed then I would have timely returned that item and neither they are taking the return of that laptop saying that return period has expired. Please solve the issue asap. and convert the payment option to EMI, making one time payment will cause undue hardship on me. Order ID :[protected]

                                    I purchased dress from AMAZON online and they gave some different brand altogether when I returned the dress they are not returning the money.. they take Indian customer for granted and do what ever they want thinking Indian customers are fool.. It is more than one month they have not returned money.. even after following up with them everyday Order ID:[protected] Order ID :[protected] Order ID : 171 4155 [protected] Worst part it its customer care, they keep wasting time and someone among them becomes the team lead and tells that it will be resolved.But it never happens. I want strong action against such fraud company and huge fine to be paid by them.

                                      I have gift card balance of Rs.4835 in my amazon account and amazon account and they are telling they won't open the account back and also not giving my money back please help me i need my money back i also purchased a coolpad note 3 and i paid with gift balance and remaining from my bank and it showed my payment is not successful and money was cut down from my account and also gift balance became zero and now when i opened to see that issue on my computer i was unable to open my account on computer and they said my account is closed and still in mobile its showing my payment is not successful and also my money is not given back both gift card balance and the money cut down from my bank account give me my money and close my account i will never buy from amazon after that anymore
