My wife mrs Shilpa Khanzode had ordered Dolphin 10 liter Ro water purifier on 29 July 15, Order number:[protected], through Amazon app, we received the product damaged, it was sent by indian post ordinary parcel. We contacted the seller, he asked us to return the product. We returned the product by indian post by ordinary parcel. Seller assured of refund but stopped correspondence . We contacted amazon, were asked to give proof of delivery, we provided proof of parcel as reciept of the parcel.
