I placed an order for the above product on 27/10/2015 with above co & got delivery on 28/10/2015 for Rs5499/-.I came to know the offer price of the same product by Amazon for Rs 3499/- in their ad in local marathi paper Lokasatta dtd 27/10/2015 on 28/10/2015 in the evening . I informed on the toll free no[protected] on 29/10/2015 and requested them to return the excess price of Rs2000/- to me since as per the offer for the same product was from 26 to 28/ oct 2015 & I placed the order on 27 but was unaware of the offer.Their reply was the product was out of stock .I told them that they should have informed me about the offer and the availability of the product .but they refused to return the excess money and asked me to return the product and get full money from them. This is nothing but a cheating business of Amazon.in I hereby request you to give me the justice

    Hi

    I ordered iPhone 6 on 23/10/15.
    The order was supposed to delivered by 27/10/15.
    But I haven't received my order till now.
    For past 2 days courier company is telling me that item is dispatched and I will receive it in a couple of hours and now they are not even picking my call.
    Amazon customer service is also not following it actively.

      I have purchased an Mobile phone from amazon, and having defect, now am returning it, they are not collecting the same and they wants us to print all the labels cost of 5-10 rupees and courier charges 200 rupees approx. and they will refunding 100 rupees for courier and after receiving the item they will initiate refund. Why cant they collect item from home and start initiating the refund. they are selling this type of defective items and while returning they are earning money from the consumers like this. Please initiate action on this.

        Issue with the order:
        The original contact no given at the time of order([protected]) was no more functional and I updated it on the website a personally contacted their customer representatives to update it for the order itself, on each delivery attempt I got same message that delivery was attempted but we were unable to reach the consignee, truth is I was never contacted on my new no. This thing is getting repeated for the pas 6-7 days, I've contacted 7-8 different guys from amazon support staff, every one assures me that tomorrow you will get your order but I receive same consignee not available message after every attempt.

        Issue with the orders:
        The original contact no given at the time of order([protected]) was no more functional and I updated it on the website a personally contacted their customer representatives to update it for the order itself.
        I admit that it was my mistake not to check the contact no before placing the order, but as soon as I realized that(before the product was dispatched from their local facilities) I corrected it.
        But on each delivery attempt I got same message that delivery was attempted but we were unable to reach the consignee.

        Truth is I was never contacted on my new no.

        This thing is getting repeated for the pas 6-7 days, I've contacted 7-8 different guys from amazon support staff, every one assures me that tomorrow you will get your order but I receive same consignee not available message after every attempt.
        I've wasted so much time(12-15 hrs) over mail, chat, telephonic call with their support staff, have done all I can do, followed up like anything(all the things which they should have done after giving their words that my issue is resolved, please wait till tomorrow).
        I feel cheated and looted, I'm being harassed by amazon.
        Refund is not the solution, that I could have got at anytime by just clicking one return/cancel button on the website, my issue is with the value of my precious time I wasted, the value of my enthusiasm with which I placed the order. Amazon have made fun of a common consumer. We being at the consumer end don't have enough options at our disposal to cater such situations. I too would have left it, but not after so much mockery of me(the consumer), not after repeated incidents(same case with my previous order too).
        Please address my issue to make these e-commerce giants realize that Indian consumers are not alone to be exploited)

          Bogus Deals on Amazon. Amazon is furnishing false information and offer on their website and application. I had booked a Envent DeeJay Pro 7800W 4.1 Home theatre Speaker on 27/10/2015 at discount of 99% on Amazon Diwali Deal. But after booking the Amazon customer care has cancelled the deal after 5 hours citing the reason technical error. There are similar cases where Amazon is offering bogus deals just to attract the cutomer and if a customer books the discounted product they refuse to deliver stating technical error. This is open cheat and fraud business carried by Amazon please forward to create awareness.

            I want to get my refund as soon as pssible...i shivam tripathi have an account [protected]@gmail.com with a name preeti ...i have bought yu yureka plus from amazom.com and i have some issues from the phone that's why i give complaint of refund but after 20 days i am got mad from this website as they were not giving me any clue how my money is refunding... if from this complaint no one is taking apprpriate actions then i will complaint in 100 n0. my no.-[protected]

            Payment of Rs, 2, 432/- was made by me through my SBI Debit Card on 27/10/2015 at about 8.10 pm. Initially the payment through my SBI Credit Card and thereafter by SBI Debit Card could not be made because the OTPs (in both cases) were not received within time. I, therefore tried afresh through my SBI Dedit Card and I received the OTP in time and I made the payment and received confirmation from SBI Debit Card about success of the transaction.

            I spite of making payment, my account on Amazon India kept reflecting failed payments. I talked to Customer Care (Phone No.[protected] of Amazon India twice (once on 27/10/2015 in the evening and again on 28/10-2015 in the morning) and on both occasions the ladies confirmed successful payment transaction and informed that my account will accordingly reflect the correct position.I also received a confirmatory mail from your Customer Care on 28/10/2015 after my tele-con. However, on 28/10/2015 at 7.58 pm I received a mail about cancellation of my order due to failed transaction. At the same time I got a second mail informing that the payment made by my Debit Card (ending with 4593) of Rs.2, 432.00 is being processed for refund.

            I am a new customer of Amazon India and these are the first time I placed orders. I fail to understand the contradictory mails - one cancelling the orders for failed payment transactions and the other informing about refund of the full payment made. Please clarify urgently. I intend to file a complaint with appropriate authorities so that customers are not harassed and cheated by on-line sellers like Amazon.

[protected]...Amazon organize a sale on 26-28 October 2015 . in this sale they gave add. for Intex it-pb11k 11000 mah power bank at the rate of 299/- Rs .but when I am login on 27 October its shows the price of 999/- Rs. then I call Amazon customer care they said sale timing is over and the sale timing is 8 am. to 10 am. and also tell me that on[protected] at 8 am. the product is also available at the rate of 299/- sale timing will same 8 am. to 10 am. but when I opened the site at 8 am. it shows the rate 899/- I again call to customer care, they said the sale timing is start from 12 am. on[protected]. I told them that I was call yesterday to customer care and Amazon customer care executive tell me the timing of 8 to 10 am. but they said they can, t do anything abut the price. then I file a complaint against Amazon on your site.Then Amazon customer care executive call me at 10:46 Am. and promise me to gave the product on the rate of 299/- with a gift voucher of 1000/-. he said that voucher credited in my Amazon account and he call me after 1 hour. The hole day I am waiting for call and till to this time.After the wait of approx 7 hours I file this complaint again. please solve this issue. I have call recording for all this incident. dear sir it, s a totally misguidance from Amazon why I am pay for it more money. sir i requested you that please told Amazon to gave that Intex power bank 11000 mah. at the price of 299/-.I will be thankful to you. I have already paid for it. The product have reached my location on 24/10/2015 itself. From that evening i have made complaint that my order dint reached me. Next day also i rang to AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE and made complaint again. BUt no proper response. Actually that product was a GIFT to my SISTER on her BIRTHDAY which is on 26/10/2015. Again on 26th Oct i rang to AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE and asked about the product and made complaint that the product is in my LOCATION FOR PAST 3 DAYS but still i dint received it, they said on 27/10/2015 it will reach me for SURE. BUT TILL NOW I DIN RECEIVED IT,

                BUT MADE 4 COMPLAINTS IN 5 DAYS FOR THE SAME ISSUE. till it is not resolved...

                ME and MY SISTER GOT CHEATED BY AMAZON. I COULDN'T FULLFILL MY PROMISE TO MY SISTER.
                They simply saying they give COMPENSATION of Rs.150/-.

                Does our promise is so cheap or myself????

                    Amazon India online website cheating customers by saying pricing error entered wrongly in their website. I have booked a Envent DeeJay Pro 7800W 4.1 Home theatre Speaker on 27/10/2015. But amazon cancelled my order on the same day saying pricing error. I was asking customer care, they said it is pricing error so we cancelled your order and transferred refund amount. Once the order placed by the customer amazon should deliver the product to the customer who already paid for it, its amazon responsibility. But they cancelled my order without my confirmation and sending an e-mail saying that "this is to inform you that your order was cancelled due to a pricing issue" *. Amazon doesn’t have any rights to cancel my order without my notice. *.price error means its amazon problem or seller problem or the person who entered the price in their website those people problem. Why should I get punished for someone's mistake. I have all the evidences of my order confirmation everything and I would like to know, how I can take a legal action against them. Please suggest me.

                    My ORDER ID IS #[protected]. I had purchase this one through lightning, but now its showing cancelled. I need same product at same price. Why you are cheating to customer ? Why you are provide lightning deal when you cant do fulfill this very pathetic.

                      I ordered mobile phone on 16 October & done payment also .After 13 days they cancelled my order & requested refund without intimating me. Such a pathetic service by amazon. I will not buy any product from amazon now onward . I think they are using our money for month (after order 15 days & 15 days for refund).

                          I have made complaint that auto-brightness not working properly in mi 4i piece and seeks for replacement, it has been informed to me that pick-up & drop shall be scheduled during chat conversation of amazon executive (refer below the conversation detail). Though later on I have been informed while speaking to customer care executive that replacement would take place only after defective piece would reach to ware house and check by their executive. I felt cheated since, as per easy replacement policy it has to be replaced instantly while picking the phone and what I have to do when replacement took enormous time. I declined the same asked to schedule the pick-up & drop at same time. But ruthlessly, it refused, I got shocked and now leave with defective piece which amazon declined to replace at same time. Even, I have informed that its no matter if the replaced piece reached me after little longer and better to pick later when actual replacement schedule, but this was also refused. Now, replacement period has a day of expire and amazon took enormous time to settle the matter and I have now to live with defective MI 4I piece. Chat conversation with Amazon executive::: You are now connected to Bushra from Amazon.in Me: Why still delivery of defective MI 4I not shipped yet. It has to be pick & drop Bushra: Hello, my name is Bushra. I'll be glad to help you today. Me: Why still delivery of defective MI 4I not shipped yet. Navneet, Just to confirm, Is the return is scheduled for the order.? As per the records, I see that the return pick up for the order is scheduled on 27th October 2015 between 1-4 pm. Me: Its fine for return, but, drop has to be at the same time while pick-up, hence re-scheduled accordingly Bushra: One moment. And for the replacement of the order, the estimated date of it will be notified to you through an E-mail. Me: When replacement delivered only that time pick-up of item has to scheduled. However, I may not assure you of the same day delivery of the product while returning. Me: Ok, if its not possible than solve the issue of light sensor, I am fine with present phone i own Earlier while dealing with flipkart the defective product was returned during the pick-up, than why it can't be adopted.                               I had ordered from Amazon.in on 14th October 2015 during the Sale when it was trading at a price of Rs. 1349 under a Lightening Deal and it was mentioned that I would receive the product by Wednesday, the 21st October of 2015. But subsequently the revised the delivery dates, because of which I had to face a lot of issues. And now after a week of delivery due date it says, the product is being returned by the courier facility as it was damaged due to external factors. I called the Customer Care and they said I won't get the product as it is not available with the seller. I even agreed to compromise with the size of the shoes and accept UK11 instead of my actual size UK10. But it seems, that is not possible. How fair is this? Why should I forego the deal because of someone else's fault?

                                Hi, During this month, I placed 2 orders at Amazon.in with order numbers #[protected] and #[protected]. I was getting heavy diacounts on both the orders. After waiting for a few days when I opened my Amazon.in account, I saw that my orders were removed from the order history with taking my consent or informing me. When I contacted Amazon India's cuatomer care, they said that my orders were cancelled because of the unavailability with the seller. I was so surprised to know that how did Amazon India website allow me to place the orders that were unavailable. One of the order was from their so called lightening deals. Why are they fooling people with such fancy names when they are not able to meet the customer expectations. Also, they have another fancy name called Amazon fulfilled. Both my orders were tagged as Amazon fulfilled. Why are they doing these fake things. They do not have any value for customer's time and money. They kill your time when you place the order and then block your money for 10-15 days I need the an answer for my questions. Please help me. Regards, Gourav

                                  Amazon India online website cheating customers by saying pricing error entered wrongly in their website. I have booked a Envent DeeJay Pro 7800W 4.1 Home theatre Speaker on 27/10/2015. But amazon cancelled my order on the same day saying pricing error. I was asking customer care, they said it is pricing error so we cancelled your order and transferred refund amount. Once the order placed by the customer amazon should deliver the product to the customer who already paid for it, its amazon responsibility. But they cancelled my order without my confirmation and sending an e-mail saying that. Please take action about this. Please see screen shot.

                                    I have purchased one item on amazon on 15 Oct 2015, it has been almost 13 days still i have not received it, CC guys initially said they will deliver it in 24-48 hr for 4 days, later they said courier guys lost the item and they will replace it and now they have been saying they are processing replacement request since two days, I have know idea what to do now. I'm not satisfied with these excuses, i already paid for my item & I'm not getting its delivery, there is only option left is to go for consumer court & media to get it done.

But they cancelled my order without my confirmation and sending an e-mail saying that "this is to inform you that your order was cancelled due to a pricing issue" *. Amazon doesn’t have any rights to cancel my order without my notice. *.price error means its amazon problem or seller problem or the person who entered the price in their website those people problem. Why should I get punished for someone's mistake. I have all the evidences of my order confirmation everything and I would like to know, how I can take a legal action against them.

                                        Dear sir i have orderd a product with amazon india on 14 th of october 2015 and as per their scheduled date it has to be delivered on 23rd october 2015 but today is 27th october 2015 still my prodict is not delivered they are continuously messege and mailed me that beacause of some additional address issue ypur product could not be deliver please contact amazon.as per messege i contact regularly on amazon but still the status is same and when i try to contact delivery people they talking misbehavely here i want to make a complaint against amazon.in regarding my product and inconvenience.
