I have booked iPhone 6S on 28th Nov 2015 having order number[protected] and I have received a phone after 2 days. I came to know phone was defective on 4th of dec 2015. I have raised the request for replacement on 5th of Dec and request was successfully placed. And after an hour I have received an email that phone is not available with original seller and we will refund you the amount. Then I called to customer care and asked about this issue he told me that there is no request for replacement and I will create a new one. And it will take 7 days to deliver the phone. Then I said him to create a return request. Then he raised the same. On 6th of Dec I got a call for pick up and I have handover the phone to pick up boy. After a 5 min I got a message that your pick has been successfully done. Second day I received a message again for the pick up and I said to that pick boy that pick up has been already done. After a minute i received a message that your pick up has cancelled if you still want to return please contact amazon. Then on the same day I called to customer care he said that have you refused to return your parcel. I said no then he checked in his system that pick was done and not yet updated. And he said refund will initiate within 24 hours on 6th of Dec 2015. After that I called on 7th they said Pick was done refund will initiate by evening. I called on 8th morning, executive was saying that refund has been already initiated as I can see. But i have seen on the site there was no such a updation. In afternoon I called to amazon again they said refund has not initiated it will initiated by evening. Once again I called in evening he said refund will initiate in next 24 hours. What is this?? What the bloody hell services by Amazon. Everyone was giving false commitments. Now I am really fed up from this. As I can see on site now still is showing as return in transit. I want my refund by today only. I will take strict action against Amazon.

      I had placed an order for a TP-Link Router on 29th November 2015 and paid for it using my Gift Card balance of INR 2000/- during the transaction. The order was cancelled by Amazon In due to technical reasons and assured to me that my money will be credited by to Gift Card within 4 working days. Despite numerous follow ups over the last 9 days through various mails as well as calls to customer care service I haven't got my gift card balance back. Also I have been given a paltry amount of INR 400 as compensation as if I am some beggar begging for money. Still my gift card balance is not returned and they are asking for 5 more days with no assurance. Order ID is #[protected]

        Complaint about not receiving cash back

            I am a regular customer of Amazon and have been purchasing good from here for a long time. Recently I got 2 defective products which seller asked me to return and then they will pay me refund. Since they dont have a pick up service, they asked me to courier it and then they will pay the courier charges as well. I couriered it and they promised me to pay the entire sum along with courier amount. Recently a cheque came in my uncle's name about which I was not aware. Then i have come to know that amazon paid the product amount in my credit card and courier amount in cheque that too in my uncle's name which was wrong. They did not inform me before about it. There after when i told them that the cheque is not of any use cancel the cheque and make an online transfer to my account, then they said it is not possible in any other mode as the cheque is already issues. My question is I did not ask them to pay in cheque. Then also I agreed and asked to make the payment in cheque in my name. They then asked an authorised letter which I have provided as per their instruction. But now they are saying to again issue the authorised letter as the date is written in hand. You tell me.. what type of harassment is this. The seller has given amazon the money but amazon is not paying it to the customer. It is only harassing. I want the authority to take action against it immediately.

              Sir, I Have ordered a Samsung Skype Camera on Amazon, which was defective on receiving. The product it self was defective. Its not working with any of the comparitable models. The seller tells that once the box is opened it cant be take back. Please how can a customer know whether the product is working or not with out opening the box. I have requested for Refund of my Amount but they are not replying me properly.                 I had purchased Panasonic P55 mobile on 31st Jan 2015 from Amazon online which was supplied by Syberplace (supplier name). After using the phone for 4-5 months, I found issues in the phone performance and approached Panasonic customer care where it was found that the IMEI number is mismatching between Invoice and mobile and they did not accept the mobile for repair. I approached Amazon on 26th Oct 2015 and till date only getting false commitments that we will resolve the issue. I am suffering with this faulty phone and not getting resolutions despite continuous follow up. This is a kind of cheating with Customers, .

                  Hi i have faced the worst-est ever service from amazon. i have purchased 1 saree which one received in 3 days but totally different from which i have order. they took 440 rupees and never returns 1 rupee amount. there is no issue of that point. i had returned the product on 30 the November and describes the details of my bank account though I got informed that I will receive the refund by check because I don’t have submitted the bank account ………ok not an issue after that I had received 1 mail that you will receive the tracking details of check within 24 hours ..but I did not get it after that I am contacting amazon daily 3 to 4 times for the tracking details and I get the same answer that I will receive it within 24 hours, … billing team also gave the same answer ….i don’t know what is the billing team ……today 6 days has been past but still I did not get any tracking number and as per amazon supervisor sejal tracking details comes after receiving the check in 9 to 10 days and hanged up the call ….i never expect this from amazon …I think amazon has done its business now they don’t want the customer satisfaction ….ok then I will not buy any products on amazon from now…and friends you too…please think before buying from amazon

                        Cheque issued on date 18th nov 2015 but i don't get my cheque and all costumer executives are said they are follow this issue but they unavailable to resolve this. i ordered on 14th oct 2015 they shipped this 15th oct.i got my order on 16 oct and i find many problems with this phone. i file my complaint on 22 oct 2015. they are cheated with me they are not dispetch my reissued cheque.

                              My wife mrs Shilpa Khanzode had ordered Dolphin 10 liter Ro water purifier on 29 July 15, Order number:[protected], through Amazon app, we received the product damaged, it was sent by indian post ordinary parcel. We contacted the seller, he asked us to return the product. We returned the product by indian post by ordinary parcel. Seller assured of refund but stopped correspondence . We contacted amazon, were asked to give proof of delivery, we provided proof of parcel as reciept of the parcel.                                 I have made two orders from the site on 5th Nov and 7th of Nov and one of the order was cancelled by the seller because of lack f availability of courier service, the second item was delivered but was a wrong item.So i returned it and till now refunds .                                 This was actually a fake complaint.Just to trace out fraudelents calling and asking card details..and I got a call immediately . Many times i have said to make this forum secure. But sites doesnot do so.Anyway the one who called me was traced out

                                  Bad service by Amazon. The service boy named Ravi number: [protected] didn't delivered the package twice. This is the second time asking me to come road side which is at 10 minutes walking distances. I told him that at-least come to the main market and call, no need of coming to doorstep he refused. Is this the service amazon provides. Its better next time I place my order on snapdeal or flipart. Their services are good.

                                    Rs 699/- for payment of Renuka Carrot color winter pullover for women sold by Rosy Hosiery Clothing has already been deducted from my account by amazon.in . However, same order has also been cancelled by amazon.in vide their Order No #[protected] by you due to declined payment. But my payment Rs 699/- has not been refunded to my account till date. Please direct amazon.in to refund my payment Rs 699/- immdtly to my account without further delay which erroneously deducted my account.

                                      Hi, I have placed order for bluetooth speaker on 14 Oct 2015 from Amazon (COD). And It was delivered in 2-3 days. After receiving product I realised that their is fault in it. So I placed return request within 1 week time. Now it's more than one & half month still my product is not yet collected. So since it's Amazon's fault & it has been not collected after calling customer care so many times also dropping email. I would request your intervene in this case. And be grateful if I would get my money back immediately within 24 hours, don't bother whether the product gets collected or not. Also I would request you to give Amazon penalty so that next time it won't happens to anyone else.
