I have talked before a week .customer executives they said the check has been dispatched to you within 24 Hours. but still didn't get the refund.

            I purchase Intex LED-4010 FHD 100 cm (39.3 inches) Full HD LED TV (Black) Ordered on Oct 28, 2015 no.[protected]) and this product i didn't received as per date of delivery . in between time shopper send this product via GATI TRANSPORT this product cum up to my native but not deliver my home after that again product recall to shopper . after that i call amazon customer care and ask about product, then they again send same product via FEDEX TRANSPORT (ORDER #[protected]-[protected] November 2015).when i got this product that time we found it is damage and faulty. that's why i return this product to amazon . in between this all concept we spend money rs. 22990.00 around 36 day after 36 day amazon return to my amount . i want total interest of spend amount(22990). becoz, they use my money around 40 day and not given any product .

              I brought Fossil belt on[protected] with order ID[protected]. It is getting cracked miserably . I contacted them twice through email and Pone. There is no response and it is mentioned ONE YEAR Warranty. KIndly look into the matter.

                I ordered a Gionee F103(Black) from amazon.in for about Rs.10000 which got delivered on or around 25th november. I received a defective item and that too not on time as promised by amazon. I was in discussion with amazon.in about my refund, where they were totally rude and suddenly they closed my account and now i am left with the defective product and amazon.in is not answering to my emails nor they are providing any support over the customer care. Neither they are returning the product nor they are providing any refund. Immediate help will be highly appreciable.

                  I ordered an Apple Macbook Air through Amazon India on 9th December 2015. Customer Name : Surojit Kumar Mukherjee Contact : [protected] My order ID is[protected] some representative of Amazon India confirm my order through phone. but on the very next morning, Amazon took my account on hold. From then I called Amazon hundred times, sometime they asked for details through mail, sometime they asked me to Fax them all documents. Though I did whatever Amazon asking from me, still they are not responding me anything, Amazon cut my Rs.70000/- and now they just harassing me. Amazon dont say that they cancelled my order, not refunding my money, not they are responding my mail. I needed the product in an immediate basis and as a loyal customer of Amazon, I ordered it. now if they are stretching this issue for a longer period of time, I am getting loss in my business, I dont even purchase the product from local shop as I have paid Amazon Rs. 70000 already. Its being ridiculous. Do the necessary in an immediate basis. I dont want back my Amazon account as I will not purchase anything anymore from Amazon. keep it on hold or whatever, Just refund my money immediately.

                    I purchased mitashi TV during great diwali sale from amazon.in.and it promised Rs.4000/_cash back in 48 hrs.of payment.after various phone and written complaints they promised to give it in one month.and again various followups, the refused to give me.noing that u cannot even return back TV to them.

                      First of all when I decided to return the item amazon did come to pick it they ask me to ship it from my end. I paid shipping charges and sent the item by first flight courier. I contacted amazon and gave a copy of receipt long back. After a month they ask me to send the receipt again. I contacted amazon end number of time did not get any help. I am fed up contacting amazon just for 1000 buks.

                        I have placed some orders from amazon.in & all orders were cancelled by amazon after 2-3 days. I have made advanced payment for all the orders & received confirmation mails, after some days orders were cancelled & money was refunded to amazon account as gift vouchers. I feel this was just a Publicity stunt as well as money laundering by Amazon as they would have done same thing with thousand customers. I was not informed for real reason for order cancellation & after I contacted them, they simply blamed relevant seller & made excuse.

                          Order no - #[protected]item received and return back to company. Company said amount 8750 return to user on 29 Nov till date sum is not recd by user no. Of times spoken to customer care . no certifactory answer given requested refund the money at earliest to avoid court case.

                            I ordered online for MAC book and my credit card was debited. I then received e mail that i need to fax my credit card bill to Hyderabad. I was skeptical about faxing this information. They then suspended my account. Customer care says this is related to account and billing. They have no phone numbers and i cant be connected to them. It is so dumb and i don't know why they have a customer care. They say money has been refunded but I am yet to receive the same. I plan to move to consumer court for harassment, fraud, waste of money as interest and waste of time. Please give your suggestions on how to proceed.

                              Respected sir/madam, here i utkarsh kumar ujjawal wants to inform you regarding the cheat done with me through amazon. As i ordered the action shoes of rs.999 on 28th of november and they message me that stuff you will get till 5th of december but till now i did not got my order and also when i call to amazon customer care online service they told me to wait but they are not giving me the actual time of delivery. I asked them lots of time but they not reply regarding my order they only said me that they informed to third party regarding this he will contact you.                                     On 05th of december i have ordered for canon document scanner dr-c225, the seller was khushi infotech of jaipur, till 08th of december my order was not dispatched so i called up amazon, they confirmed me that your product will be delivered to you within stipulated time frame. They also send me a confirmation email for the same. On the same day in the evening i also got a call from the seller for confirmation of my order & in late evening i received an email that my order was cancelled due to non deliverable pincode. This is untrue i am located in a place where each & every courier & transport services are available, i have made many purchases earlier from same amazon, flipkart, snapdeal & other online portals at the same pincode which were delivered to me on time. Moreover i was surprised to find that the same product was now again available for sale by the same seller but with a price hike of around 1500 rupees. This is definately a fraud.
