Hi, My name is Mani. I've ordered (Order ID:[protected] a Puma Men's Neptune Dp Running Shoes in Amazon on 13th of Oct. To compete with Flipkart, they gave the product for Rs.1, 680.00. As per the App, the estimated time which i should be receiving the product was on 19th of Oct but I haven't.
I've waited till 22nd of Oct and called the customer care. An executive named Lavanya, told i'll receive it within 24 hrs. Then i didn't receive it. again i called after 2 days and another executive also mentioned the same. Again I've called them on 29th (after 10 days from the estimated date), a Customer executive named Abilash, guaranteed me on him that i'll receive the product with in 2 days for sure. I've waited again and I didn't receive.
So I've called on 31st, An executive named Keerthana told me that i won't get my product. Told to replace it again but for an higher price for their mistake.
I've told many of my friends to go for Online shopping for convenience and offer but now, I came to know that these offers and other things are just a gimmicks.
Due to lack of time to go and do shopping, we prefer online shopping. I think we pay for the product we order and you don't give it for free, and I believe that you have the responsibility of delivering the product which we order. Only one kind of excuse is allowed from your side, i.e, time factor, because being a season time there may be difficulty in delivering on time. But not issuing the product itself is not fair on your part. Then why do you give discounts, why do you make false hopes and why do you cheat people. I am very much disappointed on the way you behave. I feel you are least bothered about the customers. Please change my belief and find a solution for me as early as possible.
