Hi, Great to have websites like yours, hope they work! I bought 3 Kindle Paperwhites from Amazon on 14th October and received 2 x Kindle Paperwhites and 1 x Kindle on 15th October. I contacted them immediately on opening the packing on 17th October, but there was no proper response from them. I contacted them again a few days later and they asked me for the serial numbers of all the 3 pcs ordered. After providing them those details, there was yet no response from them at all. Finally on taking the matter up on Twitter, some body from the Social Media team called me claiming they cannot replace the Kindle (wrong product received) with a Kindle Paperwhite as the serial number showed that I had bought it from a retail store! Absolutely crap, as I don't even know where other than Amazon can I purchase a Kindle from. I sincerely request your intervention to help me resolve this. Thanks in anticipation!     One plus2(sandstone black) Pick up still not done. You've did it again. 6 times in a row. I hope you've achieved a new record in dishonouring you own commitment. I'm fed up with this utter nonsense of your customer service, their false commitments, lack of follow up skills, lack of control over the logistics. This is the last time I'm gonna decently ask you to complete the return request raised by me for the item: One plus 2(Sandstone back). If you are unable to figure out your own faults, let me clear them out for you: 1. Before giving any commitment, share the importance of the particular request with the concerned department. Share that your commitment is on the line here. 2. After giving commitment, please give a call to the customer after the completion of the pick up time committed by you to have feedback whether pick up is done or not. Don't wait for the customer to write this kind of mail. 3. Give the courier guys number to the customer so that he/she can coordinate. (I don't know any senseful reason why you guys don't do this) 4. Provide alternate return methods. Shipping by the customer to a particular return location of your preference. (everybody else is doing this) And the list will go on and so forth. Had you done the things mentioned above, I wouldn't have been writing this email.

      I purchased Nokia Lumia 520(Black) from amazon on 13th September 2015 amount of Rs.6.314 . After using 12 days, It was malfunctioning as Phone is consuming lot of battery and got hanged lot of time . So, I returned the product on 29th September 2015 from DTDC Courier . From 29th to till today, I called more then 15 times for the refund and they always said that the refund will come in 2-3 Days but from last 33 days No refund came and I have register for A-z Claim. For this Claim, amazon has to give amount with in 4- 14 days and Now, 20 days passed but no refund has come . I want my refund and refund for the courier that i paid when I return the product which is of 90rs.

        Hi, My name is Mani. I've ordered (Order ID:[protected] a Puma Men's Neptune Dp Running Shoes in Amazon on 13th of Oct. To compete with Flipkart, they gave the product for Rs.1, 680.00. As per the App, the estimated time which i should be receiving the product was on 19th of Oct but I haven't. I've waited till 22nd of Oct and called the customer care. An executive named Lavanya, told i'll receive it within 24 hrs. Then i didn't receive it. again i called after 2 days and another executive also mentioned the same. Again I've called them on 29th (after 10 days from the estimated date), a Customer executive named Abilash, guaranteed me on him that i'll receive the product with in 2 days for sure. I've waited again and I didn't receive. So I've called on 31st, An executive named Keerthana told me that i won't get my product. Told to replace it again but for an higher price for their mistake. I've told many of my friends to go for Online shopping for convenience and offer but now, I came to know that these offers and other things are just a gimmicks. Due to lack of time to go and do shopping, we prefer online shopping. I think we pay for the product we order and you don't give it for free, and I believe that you have the responsibility of delivering the product which we order. Only one kind of excuse is allowed from your side, i.e, time factor, because being a season time there may be difficulty in delivering on time. But not issuing the product itself is not fair on your part. Then why do you give discounts, why do you make false hopes and why do you cheat people. I am very much disappointed on the way you behave. I feel you are least bothered about the customers. Please change my belief and find a solution for me as early as possible.

          I've ordered on a xperia E4 dual on 25th Oct, via lightening deal from Techfone seller as it is showing Sony Authorized Dealer. But on 28th Oct i received an package inside which i got a box with broken seal & mentioned flip cover (which was mentioned on website under seller name) & screen protector are also not there when i called the customer care, they totally denied to everything i'm complaining about. It was my first shopping on Amazon.in & unfortunately its my worst online shopping experience till date. It'll be nice if take a proper action in this regard. : A disappointed Amazon Customer Order #[protected]

            I had ordered 1 pair of Sandal (FootCandy) through Amazon Foot Candy Women's Beige Linen Platform Fashion Sandals(SAY5-6BEG38) - 5 UK Sold by: Fashion Work 799.00. I ordered on October 12, 2015 and received the order on October 17, 2015. The size of Sandal was very small so I returned it back to the seller through Amazon. The seller has dropped a mail for the confirmation that they have the received the product which I have returned. And now it is the responsibility of Amazon Team to get it processed and returned the money of refund to the Customer. And from the Last week I have been approaching the Amazon and they are not returning the money back to me. Every time Amazon Customer Care Representative says that it will take a week time and every time they themselves lodge a new complaint (A-Z, etc.etc.) and then they says that it will take 15 business days time to resolve the problem. I asked them about the reason of delay Customer Care Representative answered Mr. Vinay that the problem is from the Billing Team. It means they are intentionally delaying the process. They are making fool to the customer when they have to refund the money back to the Customer. Apart from my money refund of Rs. 799/- they will have to pay the penalty to me as they themselves accepted the problem is from their hand (Technical Issues) but why the customer have to wait for 15 days or so. It means if you are purchasing a product from Amazon and if you do not like it then you will have to keep in mind that in case of returning or refund the Buyer/ Customer have to wait for 1 - 1 and half month in getting refund back. Very poor service of Amazon ...Such a bad response I cannot wait for such a long time to get my refund back. It is almost a month I purchased a product and waiting for the refund. Request to take a very strict action on Amazon People in delaying the process of refunding.             My Complaint has not yet resolved. By mistake it was marked resolved.
            Amazon Team is delaying in returning the money back to me. The refund amount is Rs.799/- and I am really frustrated with their explanations and the reply through mail about the processes.

              Hi, I bought the device thru' Flash Sale on 20-Oct and received the device on Sunday 25-Oct. However there was a scratch on the device and so I initiated a return and replacement on 27-Oct (Tuesday). Since the Item was not in stock, the customer service could not process a Return and Replacement. They said that they would be processing a Return and once they get the device they will refund the money in my account. The total processing time is 5 to 10 business days once Amazon receives the device. And I was told that the device will be picked up the next day on 28-Oct. On 28-Oct (Wednesday) no one called me up for the pickup. I called Amazon customer service[protected] on 29-Oct (Thursday) noon to enquire about it and the response was that they have contacted the Courier service and they will contact me by EOD. No one contacted me. I called up in the evening and I was told that there was some issue and the Courier service will pick up the device surely by tomorrow. 30-Oct (Friday) no one called me - neither Amazon nor the Courier company. I contacted late in the afternoon and they said the device is surely getting picked up tomorrow. This time I insisted for a written communication and promptly I received a mail stating that my device is scheduled to be picked up on 31-Oct. On 31-Oct (Saturday) when I did not receive any call by afternoon, I again called up Customer Service center. This time I had asked for patching me up with the courier company so that I can talk to them and know what exactly is the issue. As per Amazon, they can not patch a customer with the courier company. So I asked them to tell me by which time Amazon, after talking to their courier company, can confirm to me as to when my device will get picked up. The response was by EOD. This was ridiculous as Amazon is effectively saying that by 31-Oct EOD they will confirm the time when my device is going to get picked up on the very same day 31-Oct (as I had the confirmation email from Amazon confirming the Pickup Date) !! And now till Saturday evening there has been no contact from Amazon or its Courier company confirming when my device is going to get picked up and effectively when would I receive my refund. That too for a product which is 'Amazon Fulfilled' and promises 'Easy Return'. I would like to bring this to everyone's attention that as a customer I feel cheated as I do not have any idea as to when will they collect my device and process my refund.                 I have purchased the product "American Tourister Ski Polyester 68Cms Black Soft Sided Suitcase (26R (0) 19 002" from Amazon.in which I have return it due to differnce in color on 19th Oct 2015. I have called up amazon call center on 24 th, 25 th, 26th, 27th, 28th Oct 2015 .everytime I called Amazon call center it will be picked up in 24 /48hrs no one comes to pickup till date. As per return policy amazon has to picked in 24/48 hrs .

                  Amazon.in order (#[protected] I placed an order for a toy bus for my son's birthday. The delivery date was committed as 27th October. The item was not delivered on 27th. On 28th, i sent an email to their customer service asking when this will be delivered. They said the next day. Next day, at end of day, i get a SMS that delivery was attempted but since i was not at home, it could not be done. No call had come to me. I was surprised as i was at home the entire day so i immediately called their customer service. Customer service agent (Rajdeep Roy) checked and said it was a fraud committed by their delivery team. I asked to talk to their manager. I was transferred to another person. Turns out the "manager" was the friend of the original person. They flat refused to transfer the call to anyone senior. On 30th Oct, I called again as it was still not delivered. Same story (Pragyan S)-the person heard my complaint, transferred to his "manager" who introduced herself as from the "leadership team". Turns out the "manager" was his colleague. On further questioning, i learnt that this is standard operating procedure at Amazon. 4 days passed. No Delivery. Just bunch of lies from customer service, delivery partner and all Amazon entities.

                        Hello I live in Ahmedabad, I bought some products in bulk from Amazon.in as part of Diwali sale offer. Delivery Boy Vijay Marwadi (Ph# [protected]) came to my house on Fri 30th Oct 2015, at around 1:30pm He gave me my package costing 160rs When I proceeded to pay him with 200rs because of COD order, He asked for 40rs change, I explained to him that I don't have the change so please give me the change, He then out of nowhere snatched my package from my hand and said Now your delivery won't be done today maybe some other time when you have change. I was shocked After about 30mins I checked amazon website's my order page it was showing that product has been sent back to seller. So that guy has done that without my knowledge. Now my product is gone. I was told by customer care that nothing can be done now and I have to place new order. But my order was part of bulk order of more than 1000rs which is yet to arrive And if I order that product alone I'll have to pay extra 50rs delivery charges because its under 500rs And I also was getting discount via gift card of 250rs on my bulk order because of Amazon Diwali sale But now my one product is canceled I will not get my 250rs gift card This is horribly unprofessional behaviour from Amazon. They need to teach proper manners to their animal like rude delivery boys.

                          I ordered a Haier Washing Machine on 26 October 2015 Order#[protected]priced at Rs 9351 paid by Citibank Credit card on EMI total payable was 9681/-. I was confirmed delivery on 28 October 2015. To our shock the delivery was made of an LG Refrigerator 285 Litres costing nearly 31000/- with all documents-invoice-shipping bill prepared in my name as a paid item. Being a honest person I returned the Refrigerator and contacted Amazon.in on 29th October 2015 and told them about this mix up at their despatch department but insisted that I wanted my order of washing machine. They also confirmed that it will be taken care of and that I will get to hear within a day. I received a mail confirming that they had received the Refirgerator and Replacement will be in process. On 30th October 2015 when I tried to follow up with them they simply told me that the refund is initiated as they will not supply my order of washing machine. This raises a few issues about Amazon.in: 1) If I had kept the refrigerator, Amazon guys would be running behind me and would have accepted any of my proposals for replacement of refrigerator by washing machine as Refrigerator was almost 3 times the cost. 2)Because I returned with honesty the refrigerator they are now citing system problem in fulfilling my order-IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE FAMOUS FOR? 3)Since the payment was done by Credit card on EMI now I have to bear the interest without buying the product so instead of Amazon appreciating my good gesture they have punished me. 4) I also suffered in terms of price as now the price have gone up by Rs.3000 of the same item. 5)They must have removed all reference to the mix up supply of refrigerator and must have done some inner manipulation. 6) Is this what a MNC type e-com company is expected to do? THEY HAVE TO REPLACE IF ITEM IS WRONGLY DELIVERED IN PLACE OF ORIGINAL ITEM. wHERE IS BUSINESS ETHICS ? I have removed their App from my mobile and PC. SO NO MORE BUYING FROM AMAZON-A CHEAT COMPANY NO BETTER THAN OTHER FLY BY WIRE COMPANIES IN THE MARKET..

                            Hi, i was expecting a product today and hence, i called the delivery boy for the same but he did'nt pick up my call so i had to call the customer care number ...There i came to know that my product is cancelled. When i spoke to the hgher authority about the same and asked them to get my product somehow as i had bought that on offer, they simply denied saying that the product cannot be delivered now as its been cancelled. There is no one to take responsibilty about the fault caused at their end.

                              I have Ordered Samsung J5 Mobile on Amazon. They Delivered the Package Which is not properly Packed(Opened) from which the Handset box can easily Come Out.And also the delivery boy has called me and when i didnt attend the call, with out my permission he has handovered the pack to the person sitting in the reception.As mine is a prepaid package how can they be so negligilble in delivering the pack.If the person who received the pack didnt give it to me, then who would be responsible for it. This is very bad experience of mine on Amazon

                                I have ordered a book named "Rahul Dravid- The Timeless Steel" on 17th October, 2015 and my estimated delivery was said to be in between 24th October, 2015. Today is 30th October, 2015 and my order did not arrive. Whenever i went to talk to the executives, they said that my order will arrive as soon as possible and one of the executive requested me to re-order that book which will charge double than the current price of that particulr item. What kind of behaviour is this? They are continuously misleading me and continuously telling me lie. I am a college student and its not possible for me to stay at home to receive my order everyday. Please do a favour for me.

                                  This is with reference to the item purchased reference order id[protected] dated 27-Oct-2015 online from your website. It was such an unpleasant experience to shop with so called happy shopping experience in Amazon.in.

                                  This is to inform you that this order was placed, paid, receipt generated and confirmed by email and SMS to me as per the listed prices in the website. After the confirmation of the order I was informed that my order is cancelled and refund is under process. Please be informed that while I have spoken to the customer service executive, they said they have wrongly listed the price and hence they have cancelled the order, post that when I insisted that I am still eligible to get the item since it was in stock when I ordered and my order went through with all the required validation and I was confirmed by email and SMS, my call was escalated to the surprise that the higher authority did not hesitate to lie and given a lame excused that the address was not found however in the same address the items was delivered by the same seller in the past.

                                  I have got all the evidence invoice copy, screenshot of order confirmations, SMS and email notifications, credit card statement and voice recording of customer service executives call where first it was told that the price was wrongly mentioned and then covered it up by saying the address was found etc.

                                  I request Amazon not to outwit the customers by alluring fraudulent listing in the website. Also request you to process the order and deliver the laptop at the earliest failing which I will be left with no option but to go to the consumer court along with all the evidence.

                                  Hope Amazon understand the grievances and address the issue appropriately.

                                    I just place order Envent DeeJay Pro 7800W 4.1 Hometheatre but after couple of hour amzon cancel my order then after i call to the amazon customer support center and ask for cancel my order. After long holding my phone they people tell me that they had some pricing error with that product now my concern that these not first time pricing error issue with amazon as per my knowledge these not first time because a year ago i try to place asus laptop at 199 Rs. (i can't purchase that product because it's display error and after talk with customer support center they said same thing that today happen pricing error issue).
                                    so my question that always amazon did these kind of pricing error and cancel the order and said we are sorry for that but these answer not acceptable for me because all time only these answer and sorry answer not all time.
                                    i requested that i want that product on same amount that i placed order because i place order on your requested amount.
                                    Also one more thing please tell your customer representative and sr.representative how to talk with customer because only sorry is not the answer.

                                      I ordered LG 32 inch TV for my cousin from amazon on 21st October 2015 .The order id is #[protected].The expected delivery date given to me was 26th October 2015.But When TV was not delivered by 27th October, I called their customer care number.The representative said that by Tomorrow i.e 28th Oct it will reach for sure.But it didn't arrived on 28th also.Now again i called them they said that there is something wrong in shipping of the order and courier team has withhold the product.But they didn't gave the exact reason and just said that they are inquiring into this.Today, i.e 29 Oct, i called them again and they are now still saying that they don't know the exact reason.Wait for 2-3 days.They are not telling any reason for delay.Neither their customer care executives are supportive.
                                      The current status of the product shows that there is something wrong.I have uploaded the image for the same.
