I am totally Unsatisfied with Amazon customer care and Technical Stuff. I registered on 20th July for Yu Yureka Plus by this same mail id([protected]@gmail.com). I tried today by 11:30 AM and verified with customer care about my registration and availability and they verified and told about availability time by 11:50 AM. A tried by 11:50 AM to 12:05 PM every moment for add to cart and buy. But not able to Purchase. In While 11:50 AM to 12:10 PM i talked with 3-4 Customer care Person about not coming option to add item in cart and buy in my account, But all said your email id not registered and I was totally Stuck!!!, because just 15 min before they confirm about registration. And lastly one Customer care Person add yureka plus in my cart at 12:15 PM but that price was Rs.10999. again stuck!! bcoz Price is Rs.9999 only. So Just I want to know about Your Support and Technical Stuff. Please don't cheat with Customer.

    Amazon is shrewd quick in fooling customer, I had order Kenstar 1 Ton Split AC[protected] Rs 22K on 1st April, As per Amazon page following offers are valid on that day. In order as per website 1) Axis bank 10 % cashback on card spend maximum of Rs 2000, 2) Rs 1000 Amazon Gift card 3) 2nd year extended warranty for Rs 99 4) Free standard installation Cached page of your website is attached(pl see attachment no 1) As per offer cashback need to be credited by 5th July, However it is really disappointing that Amazon doesnot value its word, I got Rs 1000 Amazon Gift card last month and mail that you are eleigible for 10% cashback. After contacting customer care about cashback first they delayed my case and even not registered and give any complaint no. After waiting for practically 12 days they now saying cashback cannot be credited as you have taken Rs 1000 Amazon gift card i.e. only one offer you can avail. This is the most unethical or i can boldly say cheating behaviour that i can never expect from Amazon, As you all can see the cached page all three offers are mentioned, if only one offer is applicable why i was offered extended warrantly. You can simply write " or " between offers, this is clear case of misrepresentation and fooling customer to buy kensatar AC and denying discount and cashback using hidden terms and conditions. I hope this matter may be escalated to leadership team, as your customer care do not understand and have basic knowledge and care for customer.

      hi, i myself sakthi vel ph:([protected]) ordered an yuphoria (champagne gold) Ordered on 16 July 2015 Order#[protected].after ordered the product i got the estimation delivery date is 22/07/2015 to 24/07/2015 Friday. till 20/7/2015 the product is not been shipped then i contacted your customer care regarding this problem then they shipped my product.
      then the estimation delivery date is changed to 24/7/2015 to 25/7/2015.again i called the customer care they not at all giving the proper answer.for more than 4 days its showing that Package has left the courier facility mewat, haryana, in.today i called your customer care people they told me that they itself can't track the package. this is not the proper answer.this is not a proper customer service..i have attached a photo proof.help me in this case.they are wating my time

I have already Hotlisted my Debit Card with my Bankers(canrara bank T.Nagar Br Chennai 600017) on 22-07-15 after this transaction made by unknown person. Request that items may not be dispatched to the unknown person who has fraudulently used my Debit Card details. request 2. In order to formally lodge a complaint to cyber crime Branch(POLice) tha name, address and other details of the uNknown person may be made available to me from the Amazon account of the Unknown person.Request 3 The amount of Rs 8107.43 may be credited to my bank account/Visa Account.           I have ordered Car Body cover on 27th June in Amazon.IN but even after multiple calls and follow ups, my car body cover has not been delivered till now. Because of this delay my car is getting spoiled as i park it outside my house.. I am in a situation where i cant buy new one cant wait for ordered one.!! I seriously expect compensation for the delay in delivery as my car color got faded and spoiled.

            I Booked and order for the Ceres Flip Cover for Xiaomi Redmi note 4G,
            ( Order #[protected] on 21-7.15 which was expected to be delivered between 24-28th July 2015, Today one of Company's Delivery Boy Named Vikramjit (Mobile No. [protected]) Came to deliver the order. But the behavior of that man is quite awkward. He was using uncivil language and arguing unnecessarily. In the end he went without delivering the order.
            You are requested to take some action that delivery boy, So that in future no customer can be harassed by Such persons,

                  I ordered a Oneplus One from Amazon three days back. I paid 99 Rs extra for one day delivery. I was suppose to receive it yesterday. i.e. On 21st July. I waited the whole day for delivery but no one came. At the end of the day, I received a mail saying "Delivery was attempted but there was nobody home". I did not even get a contact number of the courier. Today, I got an sms with the contact number. I called the guy 4 times and every time he just said "I will be there in half an hour". End of two days and I still haven't received my phone. This is outright frustrating. I had urgent official work to do and I have wasted my two days banking on Amazons "guaranteed delivery" Tracking ID is[protected]. Order Id:[protected]

                      I have ordered a spy pen camera on 11june 2015 which is delivered to me on 13 june but it didn't work at all i done eveverything to connect it with computer but it didn't connect at all. It is a defective product. Amazon didn't want to refund me and said your time period has expired in which you have to apply for refund. What should i do now. My address is R 1/37 rajnagar ghaziabad.                         Hi, This is with related to the Order # [protected] for which i got a tarred product from your seller. Your seller asked me to send the snap shot which was done from my side and now they want me to send it back to them through post which i think its not my job to do.. U trusted amazon but i am sorry i wouldn't have done that and am not going to do it any more.. Very pathetic service.. Compare to yours am getting good service from your competitors for which i feel shame to shop on your site.

As per amazon.in, i was supposed to get my refund amount within 10 days and now it has been more than 27 days and still i didn't get my refund amount. Could anyone please help me to get my refund amount(6999).

                            I have returned my product (Order#[protected]on the same day itself to Amazon India, due to non satisfaction of the product on 14/07/2015 through Amazons authorised agent vide tracking no[protected]. Already 9 days lapsed till date my sale consideration of Rs 489 is not yet refunded . This is purely an unfair trade practise on the side of Amazon India .In the track your package sight, No refund status is updated . The enthusiasm, shown by Amazon India to get the order from the customer and get the sale consideration immediately from the customer is not seen in refunding the amount to the customer on return of goods due to non satisfaction of product

This disgusting...i already contact the customer care and they told me about refunding... this is unprofessional approach from the amazon side...i never suggest amazon to any of my friends...

                                  Delivery boy ask me to collect my order at near by area. I asked him to deliver to my address, but he refused to do so. I was shocked to see mail as, product was refused at the time of delivery.                                       I purchased online one Lenovo N100 Wireless Mouse (Black) and one Lenovo Bluetooth Headphone W870 wireless Headset from Amazon on[protected].
