Sir, My concern is about my order that i placed with amazon.in i received the book yesterday i.e. on 19.09.2015. i went through the book at night as was busy in some other work. i observed carefully that which i intimated to amazon immediately for which their response was intimidating and directing one rather resolving one. the observations with regards to the book are as under: 1) before placing order, i confirmed from amazon that will the book comes with the SLIPCASE or not, for which amazon CONFIRMED that it comes with a SLIPCASE. I again reconfirmed it with amazon after the order was placed and they again confirmed that the book comes with the SLIPCASE and even defined what SLIPCASE MEANS. Observation: The books i received in two volumes were not having any slipcase with them. so either MISLEADING INFORMATION PROMPTING SALES, OR TO SAVE ON COURIER CHARGES TOOK THE SLIPCASE APART INTENTIONALLY. 2) I observed Spots inside the books which appears as if either the book is used or is not carefully delivered. 3) the lamination of the cover page is aired up, i.e there appears bubble type spots on the lamination of cover page, Despite bringing all this to the notice of the amazon.in, i asked them for a replacement and that too promptly which they denied and gave me multiple option which were of no value for me, I JUST NEED BOOK TO BE REPLACED WITHIN MINIMUM DELAY IN TIME, WHICH THEY DID, NT AGREE TO AND BLATANTLY DENIED PROMPT REPLACEMENT. SO I AM HERE WITH MY COMPLAINT, I HAVE THE WHOLE CHAT TRANSCRIPT FROM before ORDER CHAT TO POST ORDER AND THE REPLACEMENT CHAT. I SEEK JUSTICE AND I NEED MY BOOK REPLACED WITH PROPER ONE. So incompetent and worthless team with false promises

      On 16th sep i placed an order for Nikon DSLR, On 17th i received my order but there was no camera inside the box. Immediately i contacted customer service and they requested me to wait for 24 hrs within 24 hrs we will issue refund, next morning i got an email stating that refund cannot be done.         I ordered a product (Clickedia Women Faux Georgette Salwar Suit Dress Material (Sauve 2122 _White _Free Size[protected]) on 02.09.2015 unfit/defective product returned on 09.09.2015 received by seller on 13.09.2015, contacted amazon around ten times every time received replies shortly and will taken care on top priority. So incompetent and worthless team with false promises. Still no update of refund, I don't understand third party or whatever need my refund, I hv paid for...sent product back more than 1 week back...

          I raised the order of Theraneem shampoo( order number-Order #[protected] on 26th August. I gave a call to amazon on 11th September to track my order and to my surprise i was told to track the order myself by calling blue dart, which I did and got no response. On calling amazon again, the executive raised an email complaint to Ibhejo- the seller and since that day, I have been writing mails to ibhejo to track my order, how ever got no concrete reply. yesterday, i received a mail from them stating my AWB number and bluedart customer care number and asking that I should track my order. To add to my frustration, when I called blue dart today, I was told that my order is being sent back to Mumbai as requested by the seller. I am sorry to say but this is not the kind of service I expect from Amazon. I am quite a regular customer of Amazon and this is for the first time I have come across such pathetic services. It has already been more than 20 days since I am waiting for this product, how ever I just keep on getting automated messages that just dont make any sense, from Amazon, when ever i ask for the status.

            I had booked a Fantastic Jumping Puppy Toy from Amazon.in dated on 15-Sep-2015. After 2 days (dated on 17th-Sep-2015), vendor (VAISHNO TRADERS of Amazon) send me a mail. PLEASE SEND ME A ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST IMMEDIATELY, SO I CAN CANCELLED YOUR ORDER REGARDS Then I replied, Dear, I have not cancelled the order no. Order ID[protected]: of Fantastic Jumping Puppy Toy. Then He called me and said that, it's out of stock, and 2nd Time he said that price of product is wrongly entered. so, he could not delivered. And 3rd Time he said that, he got loss that's why he could no't delivered the product and forcefully said cancelled the order. When, i informed to amazon they assure me yesterday, definitely you will get the product by time. And, Now he said that product couldn't delivered. SO, in these condition customer will suffer and ni sel[censored]pdates for their side. So, i want to product and compensation for their side. so that next time this will not happen with other customer.

              I had placed an order from Amazon on 8 May 2015 . The order details are Philips HP6522/01 Epilator, Order#[protected] worth Rs 5348.00. During the purchase there was an ongoing offer in Amazon. If we made a purchase of above 5000 using SBI credit card from Amazon mobile app, we would get a cashback of 15%. Initially it was said that the cash back will be given on Aug 8 2015. Unfortunately I have still not received it. I had made many complaints with Amazon in this regard. They said there was some issue with SBI due to which the cashback was not sent. Every time I was assured with a new date for the cashback to be delivered. When I asked for a mail confirmation about this, I was said that they have it all recorded at their end, so no mail communication is needed. Finally when I raised my voice on 17 Sep 2015, Amazon senior personnel Mr Raja said that, all the cashback have been given back to the customers. But I have still not received it. Now I'm being asked to contact SBI regarding this. I would like to know, how ethical is this. I was assured by Amazon, the issue would be resolved and finally Amazon is backing out. I made so many complaints, but all in vain. Prior to this, I had another round of communication with Amazon senior personnel Mr Shahrukh on Aug 17. PFB his share of promise. “ Hello Ekta, This is Shahrukh. We just had a chat and I've promised you that I'll come up with an update regarding your Cashback for item "Philips HP6522/01 Epilator" for order#[protected]. I called several times in the company and every time they said that we forward your complaint ..I want to replace my adapter as it is in warranty period..The warranty period for mobile accessories is 6 months..

                    I am a frewuent customer of Amazon and i do alot of online shopping, And i purchased a phone cover (iphone 6) if looked fancy but one day i just thought i would remove the cover and the colour of my phone changed, which just made me mad. i would like to talk to one of the managers and help me. thank you,

                        Product: YU Yuphoria 5-Inch Android Smartphone (Buffed Steel) Ordered on September 03, 2015 Damaged product received on September 05, 2015 Conversation with the representative regarding the damaged product on September 05, 2015 Return Filed by the representative on September 06, 2015 with an assurance of a full refund Assigned courier for the return pickup - FedEx On 8th, 10th and 14th September, 2015 received the same SMS saying "Your return pickup of YU Yuphoria has been scheduled as per your request." No one actually shows up for the pickup. When asked for the reason for delay in pickup from Amazon India through email conversation the reply is "The courier guy failed to locate your address." Well, thrice?? They say "We are here to prevent you from bearing any loss or inconvenience." 1. Loss of time (daily change of personal schedules expecting the courier guy to show up) 2. Loss of effort (numerous chats and emails with representatives resulting into nothing) 3. Absolute inconvenience Point to prove: For delivery of the product it took them exactly 2 days and the courier guy had no problem in finding the address. Now while the return pickup, it has been 10 days even after repeated email conversations to Amazon India informing that the product has not yet been picked up. P.S.: No courier service/e-commerce site has ever made a statement that they had trouble in finding my address. And I've had around a dozen of deliveries made to my doorstep.

                            I Have a purchased Redmi Note4G from Amazon Mobile APP on 06.05.15 vide ORDER #[protected]. As per their commitment I am suppose to get 15 % cashback. But Amazon processed for 10% cash back only. Now after 100 inquiry they have conveyed its BANK fault. This type of commitment stand FRAUD and ultimate harassment for the customer.need help
                            Excuse me. Bank fault is not amazon fault.
                            If a Amazon is promoting Bank Offers with their products, they have to take the responsibility. Because the bank is giving the offer to Amazon customers only. If the bank is not doing the work properly, Amazon has to take the responsibility as they have have promoted bank offers with their products. Its a simple logic. Rocket Science not required.
                            Brilliant. Amazing. So according to that idea we can hold newspapers accountable for the msg content in maggi as they have advertised maggi on their channels. We can hold the postman accountable for the contents of the mail we have received.

                            Warrany card is missing

                            I have ordered Nokia Lumia 1320 on 15th Feb and received my order on 19th Feb but warranty card is not in the box. I have to gift it on 20th Kindly help else I'll return. My order id:[protected]

                            Charge on account

                                Amazon company said that they have refunded the money and gave me the unique reference number. But, bank says that they've returned the NEFT refund as the bank account details didn't match. But Amazon says that the billing team will look into this matter. they've been saying this since almost 30 days. I've made the complaints more than 10 times but billing team gives no response!                                   Hu Bharat Prajapati in Ahmedabad. Maine amezon saw on the Samsung Mobile Pay Cash Via amazon gift card 25% cash back. So I bought 2 mobile phone Samsung Galaxy E 5. Before buying, I call at least 4-5 in AMAZON calling the offer was confirmed Kuhhone told me about this offer is right. You will find both mobile on the gift card inside that too within 21 days. Today, it has over 2 months but still I did not get a gift card. One thing I bought the phone was called at that time the price of 15990 / - was then 2 days later the price of the phone 14000 / - .I call Customer Care. They told me on August 6 on your gift card has been sent to your email in my yahoo mail Czech are also called Customer Care brother told me that he was no match was no match. That amazon is fooling me. I 2 value of the phone approximately 32, 000 / - or the value of a gift card 8000 / - which, amazon is that we show the 6 aug. The mail has been sent. Now you got or did not get mail that is not our problem. I said it again, send mail but they do mind. That 1 thing is clear to any mail they sent a gift card that is right.                                     I had placed a order for Philips Avent Product worth Rs. 13, 000/- from Amazon Indian E- commerce platform on 28th Jul’ 15. The product arrived on 13th/14th Aug’ 15 and was in one of the worst condition. The package was received by my parents. The actual box was seems to be opened earlier and the inside material were also not packed properly. This look like that we have been given an outdated/out of stock and very old material. Some of the items look dirty too as if it has been years or someone had already used the product. We immediately initiated for a claim as per Amazon A to Z Guarantee within 10 days of receiving the product on 18th Aug’ 15. But instead of taking back the product the website asked us to send pics of the product within 3 business working days, which we couldn’t do. Now when we re-initiated the claim process and sent the pics to Amazon, the company has denied the claim. We haven’t used the product as this will have adverse affect on our new born baby.                                       Bluedart tracking shows that the item is out for delivery at Hyderabad, SAMSHABAD and also on AMAZON.IN (Your product/Delivery Tracking ).

                                      But my address is of KOLKATA as...

                                      HOW it is possible that Product which is to be delivered at KOLKATA is Deliverd at HYDERABAD. AND BLUEDART TRACKING SHOWS THAT THE CONSIGNEE REFUSED TO ACCEPT DURING THIERE ATTEMPT IN AUGUST.
                                      And finally today ie; 12/09/2015 product is delivered at HYDERABAD, received by one mr. SHEKHAR.

                                      How it is so possible.

                                      I had the order of the Product during the offer @1399.00 but now instead of providing me with alternate Piece they are offering me gift voucher of Rs.100.00 redeemable on my next order.
                                      But the fact is that They Are Simlply CHEATING the consumers by False offer and not Providing the product. They are PLAYING the game. My order delivered is Deliverd to other and someone else order is delivered to me, that to only on email contact to appeasement . But the fact is that product was actually not Deliverd to any one .
                                      The product has been delivered and that is what they have committed. It does not matter who has received it.

                                        This is for everyone to see that how amazon support their fraud dealers (online king) who harass and threaten their customers. On 30/8/2015 i had complained about a dealer (online king) regarding my order[protected]) from amazon account: [protected]@yahoo.co.in. on 31/8/2015 i got a call from the seller (online king) around 3:55pm regarding my complain against him on amazon saying that i know every thing about you and your gang are up to for the last several years.He started blaming me for every thing and started taking names of all my family members by saying that i know everything about you and your family back ground and everything about the work i am doing. He also pressurised me by saying that i have contacts all over india and will use them in this case and will give my and my family details to his contacts to take further action against me if i dont drop this case. He threatened me by saying that he will use his contacts against my family.He also said that he has contacts who are keeping a watch over me and my family members.This is the type of after sales service which Amazon provides to their customers through their fraud dealers (Online king) who give life Threatening warnings to their customers and family members. kapil juneja [protected] amazon id : [protected]@yahoo.co.in address r-772 a new rajinder nagar new delhi 110060
