But from last two order they send me used old products order id as follows : 1.[protected] netgear d500 adsl +wireless router 2.[protected] netgear jwnr 2010 wirelees router sir, even they closed my acounts so i dont have any option to contact them. Even the old box contains the last orderer mr.Garav, delhi receipt. Please do needful .Thanking you

Amazon confirmed the return and mailed to refund within 5 days but still the refund has not been issued. Please help.       I placed an order for some gym equipments on 15th of August. You guys were delivering it on 8th of September (that's 24 days). On the last day, I get a call from the delivery agent, who talks to me as if he is doing some favour on me, and tells me that the courier has come and I have to pay 298/- as octroi charges. The product wont be delivered, if I dont pay this amount. Why wasn't I informed about this in the first place. Then I called him again, and he tells me that since I refused to pay the octroi he is taking the product back. Who the hell is he to take my product back, when I have paid for it. Is Amazon left in the hands of such people? Thank you such a wonderful experience, and I will ensure that I never shop from Amazon. I have cancelled my order. Procees a refund in my credit card, as I dont want anything from Amazon.

        I am Jinto Jose Order#[protected] I ordered "Seagate Backup Plus Slim 2TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black)" from amazon.in mobile app on 7 May 2015 for Rs 6749/-, as part of "great indian summer sale" they promise that 15% cashback will be credited on or before 7th Aug 2015. I contacted the customer care and they promise me that they will credit it on or before 31 Aug 2015. but still they didnot credit the cashback amount, Please do the needful Regards Jinto Jose

          Dear sir, I have ordered YU Yureka Moondust Gray cell phone Order No is[protected]. I had received this cell phone on the date of 13/08/2015. The transaction was done cash on delivery. The amount for the cell phone was Rs 8999 / -. Later on I found that cell phone was defective and it was returned to your Amazon person on the date of 18/08/2015. My money was credited in my account but because of error (Amazon account name & bank account name are different) the amount has been debited from my account. Even I have updated my account detailed as per your Amazon team guideline. Even I have mailed photocopy of bank statement. still I am not being cleared about my refund. Till dated I have being calling being people This are the name I am coordinating this issue Amazon team (Mukesh.K / Puja S / Tanmoy M/ himanshu C / Ramalingeshwar V / Sathyaraj M / Asmita S./ Pratik A / Sameer X ) Now 25 days are gone my issue is still not been solved I am being fooled around that the amount will be credited in 24 hrs and all but still I have not yet received the same. Why it is taking so much long time to credit to my account Rs 8999 /- Very poor service experience by us Hope so solve this problem as soon as possible

            I ordered a nike shoe worth rupees 4546 on 18th august 2015 by online payment mode.Still today that is 4th september they have not dispatched the product.I contact their customer service and they told that their is some technical issue related to the product and will dispatch within 48 hours and even suggest me to cancel the order but i told them if you want me to cancel then return my money with interest but they denied it and suggest me to wait.I think they don't have the product right now and they are making me fool and getting the interest from the money i paid.Hence i want you to take some action against that company so that it will be helpful for me and others also.

              MeSleep is a pathetic seller and service by Amazon was miserable this time. I ordered 3 items for 3 different relatives. Order nos.[protected],[protected] and[protected]. One did not reach on time, 2nd never ever reached and the 3rd reached in a damaged condition. I contacted meSleep and they asked me to send a snap of the damaged product. I refused. Just imagine, I gift a product to my relative and it reaches in damaged condition and then I ask them to send a snap. How embarrassing it would look! Next I clicked the return button on Amazon site and Amazon came back saying that the product needed to be returned manually to the seller by the receiver. What nonsense? This was a more embarrassing thing to do! I chose not to return the product. 500 bucks are not important. People come to e-commerce sites for convenience and experience and Amazon and meSleep failed miserably on both the parameters. I am disappointed to the core and will never ever come back to Amazon. It has lost a regular customer forever because of its association with a fraudulent seller.

                  I bought Casio Inc. CTK2400 61-Key Personal Keyboard with Built-In Microphone on 8th May 2015. My order id is[protected]. It was the biggest summer sale on Amazon. I was eligible for a cash back of 15% on purchase of articles above Rs. 5000 through SBI debit card. The last date of cash back was 8th August which was supposed to be credited in the bank account. However, till today i have not yet received the cash back. I have contacted the customer service of Amazon many times and they are just delaying the matter saying the cash back will be processed soon. Its nearly a month getting over. Still no action has been initiated by Amazon. I am very much disappointed. The customer service is disgusting. I want all other customers to be very careful while purchasing anything from Amazon.

But till date i.e. 03/09/15 the ordered article has not yet received from Amazon.com. Neither shiping man contacted to me for delivery the article.                         This email is regarding the amazon order number[protected] which was placed in October 2014. It was a nokia lumia 1520 white color handset. This handset was working fine. Recently I was having few problem with this handset. I went to nokia care and they refused to repair this handset under warranty as the invoice given with this handset has no signature on it. If you chedck other orders placed by me, every order has a signed invoice except this lumia 1520 invoice. I contacted amazon for the signed invoice so that I can claim the warranty to get my handset repaired. Your agents started giving me different time scales for the invoice. One says you’ll get the invoice within 2 hours. One say you’ll get the invoice within 24 hours. Even I was given a time period of 3 to 5 working days as well. It shows how trained your agents are. I’m following up on this issue on regular basis. The only thing I get to hear that we’ve forwarded your request to our concerned team and they’ll do the needful to send you the invoice. After all this I received an invoice which was the same invoice which was given with the products at the time of delivery without signature on it. PFA the invoice. What’s the use of this invoice for me. I talked to Akash, Krishna, Puja S, Annu, kanchan and everyone gave different excuses. For your reference am also attaching the chat conversation I had with them. They just wanted to close that chat in a hurry or disconnected the chat so that it gets transferred to another agent. Your agents are always in a hurry to close the chat. I m continuously getting the same invoice on my email [protected]@yahoo.co.in without signature on it. Please get me the invoice which has seller signature on it. I may be impatient but sit on my chair and than think. Just for an invoice which should be signed and sent with the product, I’m suffering and facing all this. It’s my humble request to get me the invoice for the above mentioned order number which should be signed and if possible stamped so that I can claim the warranty. Otherwise I’ll be forced to highlight this issue in social media and to file a case against you. You can contact me at[protected] if required. I just need an invoice for this order with signature in authorized signatory box on it.

                          Amazon.in review I regret to inform that a multinational company like Amazon issues fake deals and cause quite inconvenience to its honest customers which is explicitly evidenced through an ifb a/c split deal, buyed for Rs.21, 000/-(twenty one thousand) but the product not received for 3 working day form scheduled delivery date, if price is incompetent amazon should have boldly accepted over phone, observing it, we are now forced to accept the truth that reputed seller like cloudtail too failed. Kindly avoid such incidences, we request you to at least respect your honesty blind ed customers to speak boldly yes or no instead of bluffing on your fake deals under marketing competition which is illegal, illogical and unethical.                             I had placed an order for two badminton racquets on 06 Jun 15. The items delivered were defective with one of the racquets not having any gutting and the other had the gutting loose. Both the items were returned immediately in a couple of ays and since then i have been only corresponding with them for a refund but to no avail. Very pathetic service. It has been almost three months now, I have been getting only false assurances.

                              I got 50% discount of ordering Hush Puppies shoe during their so called Independence day sale. I paid the amount upfront using my CC on 10th Aug 2015 and after waiting 21 Days they couldn't deliver the item. Courier service didn't mentioned the real reason of delivery failure. When I was in the call with Amazon customer service representative was asking me repetitive times to cancel that order and replace with a new order. Finally they processed the refund on 31/08/2015. Same thing happened with me for another Lee Cooper Loafer shoe which I ordered 33% discounted price. Next day the price of the item went up and same night I got the order cancellation email mentioning item is out of stock. This time too I paid the amount upfront using my CC. I need some advice what step I can take against them since they accepted the payment hence do they not bound to deliver the item in agreed price??

                                    Worst services i ordered a watch with order no Order#:[protected] Item: Tommy Hilfiger Analog Silver Dial Men's Watch - TH1790856/D which i received was defective c when u buy a watch for 7000/- bucks u dont expect a problem will come out when u try to change the time and finally he agreed to refund my amount but i have to send the watch myself which was delivered by amazon delivery services when they can easily arrange a pickup as said by their executive only they are not doing it .It was not my fault that the watch u delivered is defective why should i send it if Amazon India u are adding sellers which are selling defective products it your mistake why should consumers have to suffer and apologizing will not do not anything. i made this clear i will not send the product as it is not my mistake u r destroying reputation as number of complaints are increasing seller does not care as he do not has to suffer he is selling bad products and enjoying amazon people can only apologize nothing more

                                      I purchased a Tyre Inflator along with Car Towing cable and Car Jump Start cable on August 8th. All of them were sent together in a plastic packet with NO Bubble Wrap or air bad and hence the tyre inflator (Delicage item with glass fitting)got damaged.I found the damage on unpacking.I raised return within 30 mins of receiving the item.The Amazon seller cancelled the request without even checking. Then I had to send Picture proof and still call multiple times to get the return request being Accepted. But this doesn't fixes the problem.Now they didn't get it picked up, told me to send it.On disagreeing for the same, they arranged a paid pick up saying they will refund the charges later.But the pick up still didn't happen and the month ended. Im struggling to get the Damaged product returned for over 3 weeks. This is the kind of service being provided to me by Amazon the American company. Please help me out of this Pathetic situation.

                                      I had to send the product to the seller and send the proof of amount spent for courier charge to amazon. They sent me a cheque of that amount. Then after poking them 2-3 times on email they provided me refund after 7-10 days. Total time taken for them to resolve the issue is 4-5 weeks although I reported the issue within 20 mins of the product delivery.

                                        I order a puma shoes from amazon on 11/08/2015 and the delievery date is 20/08/15 but haven got the product again I call customer care on same date they give another date 24/08/15 same happen not received the product again I call the customer care at midnight then they give me another date 29/08/15 again not received the product finally they told me the delieved will be done in 48hrs but I got a massage that the product was refuced to take so delievery was not done I am calling to customer care for product but the result was this, where I not got a single massage or call that the product will deleivery will done today. so pls do some thing and delieved the product name Harbaint Singh email id [protected]@gmail.com phone no [protected]
