Hi Team,
I am writing this complaint because I couldn’t get proper resolution from your customer care executives.
I have ordered one product on 21-Aug having ORDER #[protected].
After that, when I could not find any tracking details either on Ecom express courier portal and amazon.in then thought to connect with your customer care center.
So, I contacted yesterday and as per the commitment from your executive I must get some updates on my shipment by yesterday. But, I didn’t get any updates even after more than 24 hrs as per the commitment.
So, again, I connected with customer care center yesterday morning. They told me that the item is there with the courier guys and not with them.
Then, I contacted courier’s customer care center. They told me that they haven’t received the physical item yet from amazon.
Now again, when I contacted with your customer care, they are still claiming that they have already handed over the item to the courier (i.e. Ecom Express).
So, now, it seems that either of you (amazon.in or Ecom Express) are lying. Also, it seems that something wrong is going on behind the scene.
The EDD for this order is today. And, I am damn sure that I will not get my item by today as the Shipment has not yet started its journey.
So, I request you to please look into this matter in HIGH PRIORITY and give me some solution for this.
