I ordered 3 handbags on 10th august, in their Freedom Sale. They were supposed to be Rakhi gift for my sisters, so I ticked the option of gift wrap, paid 30rs extra for each of them, they were Amazon fulfilled and gift wrapped, so high priority.
The products were dispatched in 2 batches one with 1 bag, and other with 2 bags, Both of them have expected delivery date of 21-22 August, I was tracking them Via the courier site bluedart.
On 17th the first shipment was shown reached to my city on tracking. So I waited and waited, on 24th I received the message that, the product was refused by me and was being sent back to Amazon.in. The other shipment tracking details were updated on 23 that it reached my city, but not delivered till now, I think it will have the same fate.
On contacting the customer care, they say they are sorry about the returned shipment, they can't do anything, and suggest me to reorder.
First of all the price of that product has increased.( about 40%)
Now even if I order it will not reach me before Rakhi.
There was no reason to send it back as it was prepaid.
The 2 handbags shipment is not delivered as on 25th August.
No update from Amazon.in on the returned product.
