I have ordered product Order ID[protected] Barbie Cooking Fun Kitchen Doll, Multi Color [ASIN: B00B8KYXCC] but i haven't got it till now. Order delivery date was 16 -21 may.Today is 2 june and i cannot cancel the order as it is seller product not amazon product. I have raised several requests regarding cancellation of order but amazon is not able to cancel it. I want my money back in my account at earliest.

    Recently I purchased a product from Amazon India the price mentioned with in there web-store was Rs.1995 on which they tempted me by higher giving discount of around 60%. When the product got delivered to me I noticed the price tag which states its MRP. as rs. 1495. Later I followed up with amazon and the seller several times but there was no resolution provided by them. There customer care states that there is no resolution to the problem. Instead of feeling guilty and accepting there mistake, even after one month the price with in there store remains the same. Kindly have a look to the screens attached(along with order details). request you to take stringent action against the seller and the e-commerce store. Message for Amazon.in Kindly look on to the images for the wrong pricing done from Amazon. Even the product delivered has mentioned 1495 as item price where as you have listed the same as 1995 even i can find the same product over internet on various other websites with the correct price. Don't fool the customer by first putting higher price and then tempting with huge discounts. This is the one noticed there may be several other products as well for which you have applied #DirtyTricks This seriously had made such impression for Amazon that I would always double/triple check on the pricing mentioned for the product before purchasing it Also, please note until the resolution is provided i would not use the product and if the resolution provided isnt justified I shall be able to refund the product at any time even it is after expiry of the return window provided by you(Amazon) for the product.
    The government and authorities are doing nothing regarding this issue. Products are being sold in the market for excessive rates and the authorities are silent because they get their large tax cut from the overpriced product tax. Where are you greedy authorities? Can't you think about the people and help them?

        third party seller is not giving refund

        my order id is this Your Amazon.in Order #[protected] i ordered gigabyte gaming motherboard on 11 may that arrived on 14 may but that was not working well i bought this from third party seller (ONLINE KING)due to non proper work i requested a refund and pickup date was on 15 may so i think its ok and on 15 may the pickup boy came and checked the accesories and motherboard completely after successful verification he pickup my motherboard...

          I am really very much disappointed with Amazon delivery service. It's really really pathetic. I had order one plus mobile phone on 22 May 2015 and it shows that, you will receive product on or before 26 May. It all started from 24 May, everyday in the morning I am getting text message your package out for delivery but at the end of the day neither got my product nor any call from Amazon courier agency. Finally I chased customer service everyday to confirm the status every and every time they are keep on saying we will try to deliver it today. It has been almost a week i am waiting for my order. When i called courier guy Daven and Poojary from Kandivali agency they told me that it is not possible us to deliver the product to your area because we have to cross toll naka and we can do that if you want you have to come to till toll naka. Anyhow I arranged someone and when i called surprisingly he toll me now you have to come to Borivali to collect a package it almost 4 km away from my house. Today on 30 May again i got the same response from Santosh which is from Thane amazon courier agency. Even after chasing to amazon customer center till now i am waiting for the delivery. It is the way they are treating to customer?

            day by day amazon services become bad.earlier they was delivering most of the products to shillong, meghalaya pincode:-793001.But nowadays they are not able to deliver phones also.i want to place order Micomax yu yuphoria but i can't because capital of meghalay which is only 90 km from guwahati is not servicable by amazon.Most of the courier services are available here like fedex, bluedart, indianpost, deliverhy etc.. then what was the reason not able to deliver.please take some action against amazon...

              Hello, I mainly did online shopping from Amazon.in as I have the faith in it. Recently I live in a small place were packages do get lost/misplace, so I told Amazon about my lost products and they refunded my money, and also I have told my society RWA to keep a check my packages and make sure they don’t get lost. I have started paying 300 INR /- to RWA. After few days, Amazon India closed my account without my knowledge with the reason of “Frequent refunds” I have explained my problem and told them it won’t happen again, still they did not bother to help out, and closed my account” I had 1800 INR in my ‘Gift Card Balance’, which Amazon is not allowing me to use and saying that they will not reinstate my account. They scammed me 1800 INR, and now they have even told me that they are not going to reply to my mails. They have closed all my family accounts, which caused relationship problems between us. This is mental harassment which I am facing by Amazon.in right now. They are not reinstating my account so I can use up my remaining 1800 INR which is available in Gift Card Balance, they are not even to refund the amount which is available in my gift card balance. They completely scammed me, and now they are not even refunding my available amount in Gift Card balance or not even letting me use it. This is the only option left for me, I am also going to make a report on Amazon and submit in Delhi Consumer court and Saket high court too, if they do not help me out.               This amazon.in management is no1 in cheating . They took away my 6000 rs worth of gift card balance without even a reminder email. I now lost 6000 rs and it is not even given back to the purchaser. All the money is taken by amazon.in ..

Yesterday i got a mail from them stating very stupid reason to cancel my order, saying that u have exceed the purchase limit but i have ordered a single piece of yu yuphoria. Please help me.

                    I was regular customer of amazon id [protected]@ymail.com my order was confirmed and still they cancelled my order so they don't honor there comfirmed order this against there terms and conditions still customer care persons don't care and don't listen to you. I am stop shopping with amazon because trust is the main factor in online shopping and amazon is lost mine now only one option left for me I.e is flipkart hope it never do this type of things

                      I am really very much disappointed with Amazon delivery service. It's really pathetic. I had order Reebok bagpack on 23 May 2015 with delivery within 2-4 days. on 26 May I received text message that package has been delivered, I called customer service to confirm the status. they told that text message sent by mistake and package has reached to nearest courier facility (India post) and should be delivered soon. 2 working day has been passed and I am still waiting for the delivery.

                      got it delivered after 5 days.. not happy with Indiapost services they keep my parcel in theirs office and delivered it after a week.

                        I had purchased ERD Multiplug Mobile Car Charger LP-66 (6 IN 1) (LP-66 CC) product id[protected] deleivered to me by ARAMEX (tracking ID is [protected]). Just after about 1 month of purchase, the product started malfunctioning. I was wondering whether giving only about 1 month under return policy is justified in the case. I sincerely wish I get a replacement. I do not know how to bring this fact to the notice of the firm who manufactured/supplied the product.

                            Dear sir, Very very bad experience ever I paced my first order redmi 2(mobile)on 19.may.2015 but due to lack of stock amazon cancelled my order without inform me.. Order #[protected]on.20.may.2015) So i placed second order on 20.may.2015 but after 6 days(i.e.26.may.2015) of this order placed not even received any delivery date or estimates date from amazon and also product not despached by amazon from its warehouse. And also i said above matter to amzon about more than 12 times through call & email but no action taken by amazon So, today(26.may.2015) i m tiered for this amazon service and cancelled my order ...

                              I have order RAM 4 GB from Amaon, The My order number is[protected] but their Saller Onlineking made me fool and send CARD SHOWCASE and change me 2849/- which is RAM cost.

                              After received wrong material I am trying for refund or my order item but no responce from Amazon and their saller.

                              Amazon is fooling their customers and their best part is they listen to third party sellers not the customers.

This issue is with Many buyers and we have already reported of this Data hack and leak issue to Amazon wherein the package is shipped from Surat in which we do not have any office also. Our packages are shipped from Bangalore and that too green color tamper proof packaging tape. Here the product, label and location from where it is shipped from (surat) is not ours. This is purely fault from Amazon side and a serious issue of Data leakage . Also, Full refund is already processed by Amazon for this issue. There is no fault of seller OnlineKing whatsoever. Thank you.
                              Onlineking is best, they near cheat or misguide any customer.

                                i had ordered two books from amazon since i didnt like the content i returned them. the refund took long to come and inspite of having a bank account the refund was sent by way of a cheque not on nationalised bank and i had a lot of trouble to encash it. so far i have been given refunds to my bank account. i would appreciate it if the refund is sent to the bank account only

                                  2 items ordered on 19th May 2015. Online tracking method says one was delivered to the pick up point (CStore) on 20th May. The was delivered on 23rd May at the same place... On 26th May, neither of the items are present. I got the contact number of an amazon rep from the C Store guys. Not only does he refuse to receive the call, he tries to blame me for a wrong tracking number!!! (????) So now the items are not deliveredand no one knows where it is..

"Hello, We closed this account because our records show that we closed another account of yours for not meeting the terms of our Conditions o[censored]se agreement. When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders with our site.                                       50days ho gaye mjhe mobile return kiye hue jo ki amazon ko 7 april ko recieved hua hai..tracking detail niche diye hue attachment se check kar sakte hai... kam se ka 25 time ap logo ko phone karke bol chuka hu ki mjhe ye phone delivered hua...jo mistake hai wo ap ke hand se ya delivery boy ne paise ka her pher kiya hai...kitni bor bol chuka hu ki maine phone ap ko return kiya hai to uski detail mere order se match karo aur fir apne transpotation service se bolo ki ap bol rahe delivered nhi hua to customer ne wahi phone kaise mobile wapis bheja...niche diye gaye photo me imei no hai wo jo mobile bheja maine uski imei se check karo ...aur mera paisa refund karo
