I placed order for 2 kurtas & 1 kids T shirt on 6th May 2015, its already 17th May but the products are not delivered. When the courier person (bluedart) came he had only 2 items mentioned in slip instead of 3 but since it was cash on delivery he asked to pay for entire amount.. Since im working, i asked my mother to stay back at home and receive the order but the courier person was v rude with my old mother... I immediately called Amazon and complained about this..They ssid they will tske my compliant and ensure all three products are delivered soon...For next 2-3 days i kept on calling Amazon and following up about the order as its my birthday and i had ordered the products for the special day... Customer care executive called me on 16_th and acknowledged that 1 of the item is missing i.e kids t shirt. The solution that they provided me was pay entire amount for 3 products and then they would return me the money for kids t shirt...this is not acceptable as i promised my 3 yr old son about t shirt. Amozon asked me to pay more money for t shirt as i ordered during sale and then again i need to wait for refund of remaining amount... This is tooooo much of mental pressure instead of happiness on birthday i only received dissapointment on my special day...Hope Amazon takes some action against this.

    I placed a order on 9t of may for a New Asus zenfone5 tracking id no[protected] while placing the order it show's mee dat it will get delever within days 2-3w days now its 16th of may yet i have not received the order.when i contacted with the customer service they said that it will take 4w day to delever on Wednesday..When i contacted customer service they said they will take actions but I DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY ID NO FROM THERE SODE.today is the last day to get the order till 8 in the evening.its really very rediculous kindly check n do the needful Asap...if today m not getting the order ill file a case . M sending estimated delevery sna shot n also i have another snap shot which i took while ordering

      I had order a parker pen from amazon on 30th of April 2015, and the delivery time estimated of that product was 13th of May 2015, but it is not yet delivered. I have already paid the bill also. And when I asked for delivery details they just say, "it will be delivered soon." And even I am unable to track my order. Please help.

        Timeline. 11:07 I placed an order on the 12th for a Mac Air 13 in'. The order is in Amazon warehouse since then and has not been shipped to date. I spoke twice with their customer service and they said 'we have received a huge number of orders because of the great indian summer sale and we are sorry that your order will not be delivered on the 15th but you will get it by the 21st'. 9 days to deliver a product, are you serious!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. If you are not able to meet your delivery dates and suddenly increase your lead times by more than 1 week (12 to 21st) that is not my problem. You guys are clearly over promising and under delivering just like your competitor. I would have paid for express delivery had your website informed me that you are experiencing high order volumes and hence delivery will be delayed. Very unhappy and I am going to flood this on facebook and twitter so people know how greedy you guys have become to beat competition. People need to know that your company is no better than your competitor, you know who I am talking about. Please dont make a fool and take your customers for granted.

          I Had placed one order for Casio Edifice Chronograph White Dial Men's Watch - EFR-539L-7AVUDF(EX221) Sold by: XL Retail 9, 495.00 Order was placed on 12th May 2015 but the website did not give me any status update but when I called on morning of 15th may 2015 they said that it will be delivered by 16th may 2015. I gave them another call in the evening as I wont be able it get it on 16th May as it is Saturday and I had given my office address.In the latest update they told me that the product will be delivered by Tuesday 19th May 2015. The customer care person also suggested me to cancel my order and place new one to get it on Monday 18th May 2015. As I had paid for the order already there was no option for me to place another order The person I talked to is M. Srinivas K who informed that it was failure of automated process that's why we couldn't deliver it on time and offered me 250 rs coupon for their mistake.But it was not satisfactory answer for me. what is the highest authority to penalize these persons

            Worst delivery service and still waiting for it Tracking #: [protected] Order #: [protected]. the product is in hyderbad but they failed to deliver. I called to customer service thrice and everyone said that my product will be delivered by end of day of 15th may.But when i call at the evening they said no it cant be deliver today and wait for tomorrow which is not acceptable to me since i want to gift this on 15th may

I bought this during amazon summer sale on 07.05.15. At that time I was offered an extra 10% cash back on debit card payment. But, I didn't get my cash back of Rs 1999 till now.                         I had ordered some item in end of March whose Delivery I received in April first week order[protected]. The sarees I ordered were defective and hence I returned them but not refund has been credited to my account. On following up with them, they provide me a reference number annd ask me to talk to my HDFC Bank who has clearly stated in the mail that the reference number is invalid and asked for UTR/RBI Reference number of the transaction which the Amazon is not sending me and claiming the Billing Dept has given correct reference No. I do not understand why is Amazon not ready to provide UTR No. if they have actually made refund of 2098. The amount is small but the effort I have been taking past one and half month is immense. My horrible experience with Amazon needs to be looked upon as no other customers face such fraud which I am facing and regretting to have ordered from Amazon

                          I had ordered a Pioneer AV Receiver on Amazon expecting that I will be getting a Home Theater. When I received the package, I was shocked to find only the receiver and no speakers. The receiver without the speakers was of no use to me, so, I put a request for the return of the same. I had filed the request on 02 May. In reply to this, I got a mail from the seller " AV CRAFTERS" asked me the reason why I want to return it. I replied to them that it is not what i was expecting and is of no use to me, so, please return it. Since then, I have been trying again and again to return this product but of no use. Finally I filed the A to Z Claim for the same which Amazon said is a surety of return and refund. After 4 days I was notified that the claim has been denied because I had opened the package and as per the Sellers return policy, he does not return opened packages. I contacted Amazon again and asked them the logic behind such statement. Logically, a person cannot ascertain the product without opening the box and seeing the contents and I had done the same. A Mr. Ravikanth, Manager from Amazon spoke to me justifying the rejection of the claim saying that it is the Seller's Policy so we cant help you. Now please help me in resolving this issue. The product costed me Rs 19, 000 and the money is stuck now because I cannot use it. Also, I would request you to please do something towards this because on one side Amazon says that they will return the products if the customer is not satisfied and on the other hand, they entertain sellers whose policies are in contradiction to their own. Please help me in resolving the matter and getting my money back. The product is completely safe and untouched, including the documents provided to me along with it.

                            I ordered orpat chopper in lightning deal at 499. The same was delivered on 12.5.2015 In broken condition . i purchased a product on amazon at rs 499.vendor-cloudtail. The customer care at amazon says they would not replace the product as the vendor has sold the defective product at cheaper price . They could return the product and give option to purchase at rs 1000. Its a type if cheating / blackmail . I would highly recommend never purchase anything from amazon

                              Hi, I had purchased EDDY tablet in 12 March 2015. The company had brought an promotional offer of Rs.4000/- that included 1500/- bumper cover, 1500/- software (mango) and 1000/- gift card (to be released after 30 days of purchase, so that customer cannot avail the return policy) I received the product with bumper case and software uploaded but still haven’t received any gift card, as per the offer. I been in contact with amazon customer care from 25 April, 2015 and they have still not provided me with any solution. I have written numerous email and calls to customer care but still they are clueless. It is purely a case of fraud and sale of good of misleading advertisement.                                 I had given order for a one plus one phone on 22nd april 2015, payment was made and the expected delivery date was 28th april 2015. after several phone calls and email communications, it was informed to me on 6th may that the phone will not reach and the refund process was initiated. it also said that if i wanted i could place a new order for the same. I ordered another phone- yureka on 8th evening during the sale. After 10 minutes of that order i get an sms on my phone saying that the one plus one is out for delivery. No communication regarding this fone was done for last 12 days and when am not in station, they delivered the phone at my flat doorstep without any information. As on today I seeked for the package delivered to my flat guard which was still sealed, i opened the box to find a cracked screen on phhone. What am i supposed to do with such a service...

                                  I was purchased Micromax Yureka mobile in the month of March at Amazon. When i was purchased its rebooted automatically and having battery heat problem, its going on 2 and half months. i was very unhappy to this product. But now till 1 week went its switched off. I was charged it, but not charged. Now i am using my old mobile.Please sir, I want to return it. I had Amazon purchased bill and had all box accessories. Please sir, its humble request for you please register my complaint Please help me to return this product and help me for refund my amount.

I ordered a Canon powershot sx400(black) camera, at the time of ordering it was in stock and my order also has been confirmed(amount deducted) and then after two days you are saying it is not available and your amount will be refunded.Seriously it is not expected from amazon like brands.After this type of services you cannot expect users will comeback again on your site. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! HELL AMAZON
