      sir i had purchage a product from amazone india but product size is big when i was appling for return he said not possible for pick up your product and the product is purchage under emi policy so product charges is also more.but we cannot use my product pls help me
      I had ordered this product from Amazon.in and got damaged with 15 days after use then I informed the customer care to initiate the return for this and order. Order ID[protected]. They asked me to send the snap shot i did the same. They approved for the refund, They arranged the reverse pick up for this and i got a call with in two days. however i was not available in my office at that day so asked that guy to come next but he did not come yet. I has been more than two months i am contacting Amazon.in they are not do anything in order to resolve this issue, Instead that they have closed my account. I also have one issue pending for the long ti, me almost for 4-5 months wherein I got the empty parcel of my product which was for a watch worth Rs 11390. I am still waiting to get it resolved I has shared everything which was required. order no for the watch is My order#[protected]...

      WHY???????????am I charged for $9.02 on 7/12/13 on my GM Card acct#[protected]. WHAT IS IT????? Please remove the charges Thank You

        Order #[protected] dear sir/madam we received item of remote control car today with order no.Order #[protected] and we found the remote handle was broken. we never expect such kind of worst package from Amazon people and we are not here to bother about it for many days about the product and returning it to you and again waiting for it .still we don't have any hope to receive the item safely by purchasing it through amazon.i have the video while unpacking it but still the children are very much disappointed as they are very anxious about the remote remote control car.if we can wait for some more days but you amazon people hurted the feelings of children a lot.please dont bluff the people with this careless package though we paid for package seperately (around Rs 200/-) and the total cost of the product is RS 1399/- and we have not paid this amount for this kind of articles.hope you people will respond immediately.

          I bought a Micromax YU Yureka mobile phone on January, 21, 2015 from Amazon.in, and it was delivered to me on January, 27, 2015. From the very first day of my use i was facing issues in the hardware of the said mobile handset. i.e. the Proximity Sensor wasn't working as well as the phone was constantly over heating causing it to restart. For the said issue i raised a complaint with the respective Customer Care. in the first week of February and for which the technicians came on February, 11, 2015. and changed the Transceiver of my phone, but even after the change, the issues were still endured. adding to which the side buttons stopped working. I registered yet another compliant with the said Customer Care Center and i was told to Hard Reset my Device, which i did successfully., but apparently it made no change to the problems i was facing, further on perusal they changed the Transceiver yet again, and the side Buttons started to work again. but this time the one SIM Slot out the Dual SIM Slot, wasn't functioning anymore. I tried a couple of different SIM's on the slot and as per the instructions i again did the Hard Reset, Which made no change to the Situation. I registered a complaint with the Customer Care (Token No. : yu124264)., for which i was told i will receive a Call Back from the Technical Team within 48 hours but now it has been more than 15 days, I haven't heard from them. Today i again registered the complaint regarding the issue ( Token ID: 28093), but again the irrelevant waiting period of 48 hours is expected it seems they have turned deaf ears to my plight and constant harassment. Mobile is my channel of connectivity as I stay away from my family and friends. I had mentioned it over phone many times yet the insensitivity and letharge shown by the customer over and over has caused me loosing all hope sof resolution. I am hoping Amazon will live upto its brand name and trust, and will get it resolved at the quickest possible time.

              Dear Sir, This is to inform you that, I had purchase from Amazon, Order no[protected]. And this is my first experience with amazon. But unfortunately, due to fitting issue, it was resend to the seller being asked with the amazon. And I believe, I had spoiled my time and effort as well as money, where as i was happy with the flipcart, only as per my friend suggestion, i was ordered with amazon. the issue is that, i was initiated with the product amount only which was returned to seller, but when i asked to amazon, who will pay my shipping charges, the customer care executive said, if order pick up facility is not avilable, then I should send the product, and the charges for shipping, will be refunded from our end or seller end to you, now the problem occurs, the seller is not agreed to pay shipping amount, and amazon said, it’s not possible to refund you the shipping amount. Please do needful, and refund my money asap. And believe me, i will not go with Amazon, and will ask my every concern to do not purchase from amazon.better to go for flipcart...                 I Riyazammad, had book a watch on 19th May 2015, and goods were delivery to the store(i.e., Star Zoom, HRBR Layout, Banaswadi 560043), as status i received in my mail on 20-May-2015, but still the goods were not available in your store when i visited Twice to your store on 21-May-2015. And when i called to your customer care executive, they gave me the falls reasons stating that the product will be delivered to your door address, OR my courier executive will call you back and they also promised me 100% your goods is available in the store BUT ITS NOT THERE.                   Dear Sir, I have purchased a V Guard voltage stablizer VG 500 from your online shopping under order ID: [protected] dated 07/05/2015 and item was received on 19/05/2015 in damaged condition. Below are my observation forwarded to you . 1. The outer packing of item was sealed and ok. After opening of package, the body of stabilizer found damaged and cracked from 02 sides. It seems that the item was packed in damaged condition and it was not ensured by the dispatcher to inspect the product before dispatch. . 2.The hallmark seal on main body of stabilizer is tempered. it seems that inner components of product might have been changed before dispatch. This incident has shocked me and I am worried about the genuineness of the products purchased through your online shopping. This has given a very bad image for a reputed firm like Amazon. I have already made return request to you on 19/05/2015 itself. Your coments on my return request received through mail that return action will be taken after approval form seller. I could not understand how a seller can approve for his own mistake ? it is you, Amazon, who has to take all action because the seller is doing business through you and you are responsible for their act. h However i have made return request on 19/05/2015 and file the case on 22/05/2015. Now reply from Amazon, that decision will be taken on retrun/refund by 05/06/2015. What is this? i had purchase item for air conditioner for this peak of summer season and has spent money for that on 07/05/2015, should i wait for your decision for the month ? the summer season will be off till the time. Such type of ridiculous reply are not accepted from amazon. you have more faith on seller. I t proves that your donot have trust on your customer, who is telling you the fact. you want to harrassh the customer only. i want to know why so? will amazon survive without customers? There are so many more questions, which need reply from you. in my case, i have alredy forwarded photographs of damaged item on your mail id. i request you to resolve my case immediately, and refund my money so that i can purchase item form market and utlize it with my ac during this summer season.                     I order High sierra backpack from amazon india, order date is 15/05/2015. tge delivery done on 17/05/2015 in the afternoon time. i pay the amount of rupees 995 only via debit card. on 1st attempt payment was unsuccessful shown in their debit machine. .after few second the delivery man again try and this time payment was successfully done of Ruppes 995. but when i looked into my Hdfc bank account statement their shown that amazon india debit two time amount for the same item. .and i got charge extra 995 rupees from bank and Amazon india. i launch the complaint regarding this in amazon but they didn't give me return my extra amount. Please help me for getting back my amount 995 Ruppes as soon as possible

                      I had ordered one no. BIC Velocity Ball Pen on Amazon India as per following detailes. Order No.[protected] Delivery : 12th May - 16th May. The matl has not been delivered to me till date. After making 3 calls to their customer care no.[protected] in last 4 days ( on 18th / 20th / 21st ), I am being told that I have to collect the shipment from Bhatinda, which is 65 KMs from my place & is practically not possible. Also they have accepted the order for delivery to my place only ( Barnala - Punjab ) Now Amazon is not delivering the matl. to my place nor refunding the money, which is causing mental harrassment to me.

                        I have ordered for Sony earphones after checking my product found there was a problem in it and had put it for replacement and the product has been deliverd to the seller but neither my money not product is replaced I wud like to file a complaint against the company it has been 1mnth since I had replaced but there is no response
                        I had ordered 2 Herbalife Multi vitamin Mineral and Herbal tablets on 14.06.2015 evening. The payment using S.B.T debit card was failed due to net connectivity error. And that order was cancelled placed with Black Casurina. The same item was ordered on the same day [ order no.[protected]] with My shop Ayurveda and payment was done successfully using I.D.B.I debit card. The item was delivered on 24.06.2015 and I happy with the speed delivery of item. On 25.06.2015, it was noticed by me that an amount of Rs.2424/- was transferred from my S.B.T account on 15.06.2016 to Amazon.in account, in the next day after i cancelled the order. Yesterday (25.06.2015) i chat with Amazon.in officials. The denied my request saying that they have not received the amount. Today (26.06.2015) i approach S.B.T Perumbavoor branch and request their help. They explain me that the amount was transferred to Amazon.in account vide POS no.[protected] Jl.No.[protected]. It was not fare for Amazon India to deny customer request without much enquirey. " Sourav Kumar" It may the name of the person i chat with yesterday is not eligible for such a customer related post. I request early refund of my money to the account..or I am forced to approach consumer court for justice.

                          i have purchase dell laptop on 25 april 2015, they take deliver the laptop on 1may 2015. i have check and find the they send me the less configration laptop. customer support saying you can return product and you will get the refund 3-5 busi days. 3 of may the pickup the product. and still i am not getting refund amount. they are saying they have refund to bank contact bank we have release your money. but i ask so many time to bank and they saying amazon didnot refund the amount.                             The order (#[protected] for Ipad Air 2 was placed on 03.05.2015 and despatched from Bhiwandi on 04.05.2015 by GATI. In spite of my follow-up with the Amazon call centre, the item is send by ROAD transport only, even the request for the change of courier was not entertained. Now, though the product has been reached in Ranchi on 12.05.2015, the GATI is not delivering me due to some cooked -up reason like tracking the item in their warehouse etc, which not at all reasonable. Now, the lady from GATI has called me and advised that the item cannot be traced and delivered until next Saturday and delivery may be possible by Monday. I like to make the point of callous attitude of the Amazon India where as they failed to control their courier.

                              i purchase a phone of rs.9999.00 from amazon.in on 18th april 2015 phone got dead on third day, on 25th april 2015 amazon took back the phone from me and told me that ull be getting the refund of this phone in 10 days on 26th april 2015 amazon did a online transfer in my account & on 26th april 2015 they send me an text msg saying ull be getting this refund in ur account in 10 business days & provided me a refrence number for the payment i waited for some days but payment dint came in my bank account some how my bank says that this refund number is not correct & if possible than plz give the rammitence copy for the payment & i said this same to the amazon. amazon is asking me to call my bank & ask to make a dispute for the payment & when i ask the bank the bank reply is that they had never faced any of this kind of the situation & they never ever heard about any charge dispute today is 19th may 2015 still now i dint got any payments & im not getting any positive response from amazon.in kindly plz send me my money back..

                                A Big Shopping Day Fraud by the Amazon India Its a Concern Regarding the Order No. #[protected] placed on 6th May 2015. Amazon Dilivers a Fault Phone and I Request them to Return the Phone Then on 11th May Amazon India Takes the Faulty Product and Amazon India Said That They Have initiated the Refund of Rs 9349 to my SBI Debit Card on 12th May and They Said me to wait for 4 Buisness Days so that it can be able to see in your account. After that On 18th May I see my Bank Account I didn;t find any transaction related to the order.Then Amazon India Representative Said Provide us the Bank Statement. I have mail them and provide the Bank Statement. Then they Said Talk to the SBI Care . and provide the Reference No. [[protected]] Used by the Amazon.It was found to be Bocous/Fake by the SBI Bank and SBI Care. Again I call Amazon INDIA Regarding the Same. They Said We can't help you out. Bank Said me to Tell Amazon to provide a Unique Transaction Reference No..(UTR) which is of 16-22 Digit Code.& .Amazon Provide me a Fake Reference No. [[protected]]. Now Amazon Do not Providing me THe UTR No. of the NEFT Transfer.I have been calling from around 12th May.. Its a worst experience ever. I Have been Herrasing from Day One when i recieve the Fault Product. Also Amazon India Blocked my calls Seriously Please Help me Out

                                      I did not get my product, when called they said that your product will be delivered next day we made sure that some one is available that day at home, product not delivered, I again called Amazon they said the product has been confiscated by the authority, how ever my friend ordered the same product work the higher price, he got it delivered, I bought it from Amazon sale at a lower price and it was caught by the local authority, they are not sure amount the refund, they asked me to wait for 24 hours, for a refund

                                        Order no. #[protected] for LG 42LB550A 106.68 cm (42 inches) Full HD LED TV. My experience with Amazon in specific is the worst what could happen. Due to which I am cancelling all my orders of my clients, fellow associates and family members with them and we will never ever contact Amazon.in for future reference. This was the first time I purchased a major item for Rs 36, 000 and thanks to Amazon this will be the last ever. I had to further spend Rs 4, 000 on installation charges which before delivery I was assured by the Amazon team that no such charges will be applicable and all amount of Rs 36, 000 is inclusive of installation charges and again I was assured that all such amount on installation will be refunded back to me after the installation but all being false claims by Amazon India. When I paid the amount on delivery and asked for installation I was told by LG customer care that on purchasing TVs online separate LG installation charges will be applicable which will be amount of Rs800 service charges + bracket(wall mounting) charges known by service engineer+ service tax +12.36%. I informed the same to Amazon 2-3 times about such charges on installation asked by LG & was completely assured by Amazon to go ahead with the installation & all such amount will be refunded back to me in form of Gift card when I forward the invoice for installation to them. Today after the installation was done and waiting for 5 days when I got it installed I was asked to pay rs 4, 000 (service charges: 800 + service tax 99 and wall mounting (bracket) charges of 3100.) by lg representative engineer which I paid. And now when I asked Amazon to refund me they clearly refused that such amount is out of their expectation. Now if such amount was out of their expectation why in the first place they didn't communicate with me about their expectation as I had already clearly stated these guys that such amount will be paid on installation and they assured me that please don't panic as all amount will be refunded not once but thrice. This is very unprofessional and due to this I will cancel all my associate orders and orders of my family members with Amazon as they are a fraud service provider. If I had been told clearly when I asked them before delivery that installation charges were extra on purchase I would have cancelled my order and not paid 36k. If I would have been told that we can refund only Rs500-700 as its our maximum expectation I wouldn't have installed and spend another 4k .Offline retalers and dealers provide free installation (wall mounting) that also at very competitive prices. I have not gained on discount which I have lost on the amount of headaches I have got purchasing a TV from Amazon. All this will deeply effect your relationships with customers as you could have easily stood with the promise you make and assurance you give to customers on which we trust & spend our hard earned money .And also the negative word of mouth which u have got by this.
