After receiving the item I did request two time to Amzon customer care for return and refund of this order but till time i have not got any response for return and refund. Kindly look in to and do the need full.
    I ordered a Mobile Phone and made online payment from my SBI a/c on 11

    This is the pending balance from your payment against your completed

                    Dear Sir, I have purchased 12V Portable Car Vaccum Cleaner Wet and Dry Vaccum Cleaner X0008P7U4T from Amazon, Order No. ID[protected] against Rs. 448.00 but it is pertinent to be mentioned here that just after using it on only two occasions, it has stopped working. I am shocked to see that the product which I have brought with high trust from your company is not only worst but it is useless and not for any use. I hope some senior officer of Amazon will read my mail and either return back me the money or will send a new machine in good condition so that I can feel satisfied with the product as well as the image of this reputed company, Ämazon".                     Dear sir, I have purchased Easy Water Heaterfrom Amozen. Product received and started using. But after using it started giving problem within a week. Now it is not working.
                    Amazon not checking products quality. Who is responsible for bad quality products. Who will take care of good quality products for sale.
                    If such incidents happen again and again, it will hamper your Goodwill and creditability in marker. No one will definitely purchase online in future.
                    Please check and get correct the system to serve customer.

                    Seller supplied very poor quality product...

                    Product had 10 days replacement warrenty... After filled return within 3 days of receiving goods. We filled return but no one picked the product for 3-4 weeks. Seller keep on calling and asking to send us back but not willing to pay the shipping charges as the product is 5-6 KG in weight.

                    When we fill the A-Z claim, it is denied without any reason..

                    Here is the images of poor quality where carpet furrs (Threads) are coming in 2 days useage.

                            Hi, This is regarding the kindle-paperwhite replacement ORDER #[protected]. I had raised the request on 4th April, 2015. Olde kindle was picked up on 6th April, 2015 though FedEx. FedEx Tracking Number[protected]. As per the FedEx parcel was successfully delivered on 8th April, 2015 to amazone. Attached the screenshot for the same. Expected delivery for the same was in-between Friday 24 April 2015 - Monday 27 April 2015. Yet i have not received the replacement. I have called customer care 3 TIMES for any update on this & they guaranteed me to give update in max 48 ours but i never received any update from you guys. You can check you records for the same. Please tell me how many more days it will take to deliver the same, its been more than month and yet there is no update is coming from Amazon. This is not the way of working of Amazon!!! ORDER #[protected]. payment made for Rs. 9798/- on 16th April'15 and expected delivery date given by company was 22nd April'15. but its not been received to me. when i asked for it, customer service representative asked me to wait till 29th April'15. but again after waiting, i couldn't receive the same. Now representative informed me that order has been lost somewhere by Amazon Transportation Service, they couldn't deliver it to me. take your money back. i am very dissatisfied with the service of Amazon India. Company has kept my money for almost 15 days and has not provided me the product, showing inability of delivery making excuses of lost during transit. company should be penalized for their act and against failure of their promises to customers. Also keeping / retaining customers money for long period and earning interest on customers money.

                                    I have ordered 2 products from Amazon one was a gardening pot and the other was a raisin backrest. I had already made online payment for the gardening pot and raisin backrest was COD but coincidentally both the items delivered today and the local delivery man contacted me for address. Mistakenly I took the gardening pot for the raisin backrest and made payment of Rs350/- . When i opened the product i found that it was the pot whose payment was already done online. But unfortunately by the time i realised the delivery man was already gone. I tried to call that number from which that person had called me to ask for the address. I told him to return the money because i already made payment online but he was giving vague replies and making excuses. I really dont know what to do and I feel that my money is gone. He was such a bad person even knowing that its payment was already madehe the took the money and he's unwilling to return the money. Its clearly against ethics. Now I am just hoping that Amazon will help me sort my problem and give my money back. I am a regular customer of amazon and I hope my trust and good relation won't be broken. I had ordered shoes but it wasn't fitting at all so had to ask for the another size since the other size wasn't available so had to ask for the refund.. It's been more than one and half month that my money hasn't come to my account yet.. Amazon is just fooling around me and saying they have transferred the money but my bank says that no money has been issued.. Now I am stuck in between.. I am sure amazon is trying to fool me.. I have sent numerous mails regarding this but they are not ready to help in an appropriate way and this is so disgusting.. Amazon has very poor customer service because they are not bothered at all when they have to return the money.. At the time of collecting money their service is very quick but not at the time of returning.. I am very disappointed with Amazon.. I feel like why Amazon exist on this earth.. Should be thrown out for such a poor service and ate my money
