I have made a purchase and got email confirmation of successful payment and delivery date.

After 2 days got another email stating order cancelled by their reseller.

When I questioned their action they doesn't have proper answer.

Who knows amazon may close down in 14 business days.so in that case what wil happen to my money?

Why did they charged money before dispatching product?.br...

However I mailed the company a cuple of times but they haven't taken the mater seriously . Pls look this issue at your best level

There has been charges to my Visa credit card for purchases I have not made. After reading several complaints about Amazon charging people for hundreds and sometimes up to $1000.00 on someone Visa cards. Something needs to be done about Amazon making unlawful charges to one's credit card....

I made an order for a Demdaco willow tree figurine from Amazon .com.It was shipped to India via USPS with tracking ID LJ[protected]US. The status says it left US on 30th Jan 2013 and since then it is lying with Indian Customs.The item was shipped to Pune and was supposed to be delivered by 21st February.So I am expecting It must be stuck Mumbai Customs for clearance.

I have 2 charges on my mastercard charge card, for amounts, and on days where I have no record of purchasing anything for those prices or on those days. I do not plan to order anything else from Amazon again so that I will not get any more fraudulant charges on my charge card. I bought a book from Amazon for my Kindle on Nov 7 of this year. I then showed a charge to Amazon mktplace pmtsamna.com.billwa Nov 7 for $4.65, Nov 8 for $4.86, Nov. 8 for $24.69, Nov. 8 for 23.35, Nov14 for 29.58 total of $87.23. I found an anauthorized charge in the amount of $106.37 on August 21, 2012 - did not order anything from them have no idea what it was for....

My Mastercard was charged with purchases dated 5/22/12 and 5/23/12 both posted on 5/24/12 amounting to 78.21 USD and 72.81 USD respectively . I want the account used to put in an "unauthorized" purchase. My granddaughters are doing some fast talking on who ordered what. I knew Tiffany Renee McClenny and Jamie Carla McClenny were ordering cell phones but I never authorized accessories purchases.
