Ambrane power bank cable is not working, other cable not suitable for this power bank (Slot). I cant able to charge my power bank due to this cable failure   replace all

Sir i purchase ambrane power bank model no.p2000 is not working well.its charging port is defective.i ts not charge fully.what can I do.i can not open it because it's body is totally pressed not any screw for open.its power is 20800mha please advise me.
