My self kartik patel from baroda residence at near subhanpura, HT road, near vidya vihar school, on 17.11.2010 i buy one bag of AMUL GOLD having details on bag as M.NO.11, USE BY DATE. 18.11.2010 and one bag of AMUL SLIM having details on bag as M.NO.4, USE BY DATE. 18.11.2010 from a amul daily distributers near to vidya vihar school,i put both bag in my freeze at my home and go to job, when i come back from my job at evenig, my wife said which type of milk you had bought today at home, as just heat at gas, its be as a like butter milk, we thought that its not use for drink so we try to make a paneer by adding lemone in it but after adding lemone no any reaction happen with this milk, at evening i observed the milk then i found that its dublicate milk or some other preservatives add and make as milk.if you want to check the sample of milk you can collect bye tomorrow it self only.

so kindly check at your end and dont try to people like this way,once people will wake up then you can immigine whats happen.

Yesterday I go to Reliance Super . I purchesed Amul ice cream. there was not cold because of Freez door was opened.I have to changed ice cream b'coz of coldness. I talked with customer care executaive but they cant give me satisfied answers. also i talked with your sales person but they also dosent give proper reply for what i asked. they ignore me i also said i want to talk with your manager but he said manager was not there he was out of mall. I am regular customer of your mall. Actual I come from Gujrat. so i cant understand local languagee. that's way he did't give me ans. I asked executaive and sales person name but did't give me. Please do steap in nellore city super mall staff because their awareness. I was going appro. 7.00 Pm. They talked with me ruff langauges and come with me fight.
I do not have photo. If is it possible today to go there i also send u photo.

Dear Sir,

The product Cake Magic, (ice cream), the MRP of which is Rs. 200/-- is being sold by all the Amul parlours throughout mumbai, thane & vashi at a rate of not less than Rs.350 to Rs 500 per cake..

We love this cake very much but would not like to pay a penny extra than the MRP. Can you please find a solution to this problem. Can we order this cake online? Please let us know.

Dear Sir,

I behold a last ray of hope which is why I have decided to contact you through this write up as my several other mails and phone calls have been ignored. Kindly ponder asymptotically the miseries I had to suffer by dint of sheer negligence of AMUL and subsequently the manner in which the Delhi distributor treated me like a beggar.
We have been using AMUL products for the past many years; in particular AMUL Butter Scotch and Pista ice creams owing to an optimum use of sugar content, thereby making it feasible for diabetic persons like me.
I purchased two bricks of ice cream (750 ml: Butter Scotch and Pista) from a vendor in Dwarka sector 6 market Delhi 110075 on 21/10/10. We were shocked to find a stapler’s pin in the Pista brick. You can easily analyze how fatal this could have been had it been consumed? I immediately brought this to the notice of the authorities through mails and several telephone calls[protected]. I received a phone call from Delhi office on 22/10/10 and was assured that a representative would meet me in the evening. But what happened on the evening of 23/10/10 was a shame on AMUL. A fourth class employee of AMUL visited my premises and tried to hand over a brick of ice cream to me in lieu of its selling price. I told him that none of my family members had ordered it, to which he got furious and left with some derogatory remarks. It is proved beyond doubts that a company which incurs crores of Rupees on advertisements has actually no ethics.

Hello Sir/Madam
I received a expired amul elaichi shrikhand from your authorised dealer Narmada enterprise here at gadag. When I went to complain about it they say its okay though it was expired two months ago and taste was changed and one of the pack was fully covered with fungus and they did not replace it or even refunded me so please do the needfull I have also enclosed the photo of expiry date and batch no....

I had purchased a 750 ml Amul ice cream Chocolate flavour on 15 Sep, 2010. When I just tasted it, it was tasting very badly and strangely, it felt as if there was sand mixed in it and it was having unusual bitter taste also. The details of the pack are:

Packed : July 2010

Batch No : GH-20117

And its also written on the pack "Best Before 6 months from packaging", then I would like to know what is the problem in your product quality as even 3 months are not yet over. I regularly consume Amul products but this is not what I expected from Amul icecream.
So, kindly look into the matter and let me know whats the problem with the quality of icecream.

Through this forum i would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the adulterated AMUL milk packets at a "particular grocery store".
Two days back i made a purchase of AMUL milk from a nearby store(Raju Departmental Store) here in Dwarka, the details of which are stated under. Buying a product of such an elite organisation was a guarantee in itself. But on heating the lot in a utensil i experienced an unusual smell. The feeling was mutual on tasting the milk too. Thereafter, repeated purchases made from the same store resulted in similar observations. Alternatively, there was no such bad aroma and taste when i bought the same stock from a different store which zeroed in my allegation on that particular outlet(Raju Departmental Store).

Recently I bought 1 box (1 Litres X12) of TAAZA Toned Milk in a whole sale shop. I was so shocked to hear that we have to buy 12 packs of AMULYA DAIRY WHITHENER (1 pack Rs. 10/- each) along with it. There is no discount or any offer going on. We have to buy Taaza Toned milk at the same price (1 litre is Rs.40/-) and pay an extra money for Amulya dairy Whitener which we don't like. Even though we don't used milk powder, we are forced to buy that product. As I asked the shop owner, they told me that it comes from the Distributor. I wrote a mail to Amul customer care and the co-operate office regarding this issue, but till today i didn't received any reply or explaination.

I have purchased Amul milk on different dates i.e 15/08/2010 and 16/08/2010. It has been packed in different type of pouches.
One packing pouch Lot no. M 45A dated 16/08/2010 has been printed in both English and Hindi with clear and readable printing information on it. It has a sign of Gujarat Coop. Milk in Blue.
Another pouch Lot no. M 22B dated 15/08/2010 has only the information in English and lot of space is blank on the pouch. Sign of Gujarat coop is in Red.

Both the lots, according to the batch numbers, have been packed at Dudhmansagar Dairy at Manesar, Distt Gurgaon of Haryana.

I have purchase 2 Amul Sugar Free Ice cream cups from Ellora Park, Amul Parlour at Vadodara on 21st August 2010. On opening one of the cups i found that the more than half of the ice-cream has been taken out from that cup. When i complained it to the shop owner he told me to talk to the customer care. But the customer care person told me to return it to the shop owner and get a new cup. I approached the shop owner and he told me this happened many times before and the distributer never listened to his queries and he requested me to complain it to higher level so that future incidents should be stopped.

The Milk Supplied by all suppliers including authorised Milk Centres are selling literally Duplicate Milk. It is not milk at all. Previously sometimes we use to buy Mixed milk in Amul and aarey Pouch. But nowadays they Suppliers dont sell the milk as the milk pouches of branded names like Amul, Aarey, Gokul are really tasteless. It look like white liquid having oily base on the surface of the pot (Oil is not fat but the real Yellow oil made of what ? we dont know).
There may a possibility that during the transportation some peoples are changing / mixing or adding some other un-eadible things in milk. Its a matter of our health. So many peoples & childrens daily having milk as a diet substitude. It our social right to get good quality milk for the right price.

THIS COMPANY OF NAGAON OFFERED WEB DESIGNING, HOSTING AND RELATED SERVICES . From the last two days Amul Gold Milk was getting spoiled. While opening, I was finding thick small pieces of cream. Today I was shocked and was surprised to see advance dates on packets. i.e., 3rd August, While today is only 2nd Aug. That clearly shows that may be we are getting old milk every day. The packet shows that it was produced at Himmatnagar ( 383 006) . My effort to contact Customer Care gone waste as no body bothers to pick up...

your delivery man of baroda dairy route no 24 . is not giving me the milk on time to sell . i am the owner of the amul parlour and the main time in which we are selling the milk is in the morning 8:00 am and your delivery boy is bringing the milk at 11:30 am and due to this delay in time there is a big loss to us because * the milk is totally damaged and is of no use

Last 18 months I am using AMUL TAZA dudh. During this period I changed 6 times retailer outlet. Because of pacatize milk going bad. Till date we guess that it may be due to neglegency of retailer. Hence we are changing one retailer to another retailer. Maintaining proper storage at our end also. But still the continution of milk going bad is going on.
We are using Amul brand not due to it's quality. When we were in Lucknow we...

For the last 6 months, we are getting old stock of 1 liter Amul - Buttermilk in our area including Food Bazar. Currently we are getting the stuff dated 17 or 19th April.
The butter milk is too sour and we can see powdery stuff inside. It is not consistent as it used to be.
I had sent email complaint to the email id given on the tetrapack and no one bothered to reply also.
Hence, thought of sharing this with all on a broder platform.
Shop keepers have no clue and keep on saying this is freash stock !
Must be some duplicate stuff getting circulated in this area.

The outlet and the other shop keeper are charging Rs 0.50 extra on each bag of amul milk beyond the MRP. is it valid for the purpose of cold storage.

I Bishan swaroop Anuj kumar is tired of very bad services of AMUL company. they just boast of their services. the employees of company are irresponsible. i have following complains
1. I am the A.D.A of the AMUL Company. i have the charge of selling milk products. since i have become the A.D.A of the company i have not received any statement of accounts regarding How many packets delivery i have received. absolutely no records. i am alone running the business therefore i do not have any time to go the company's office and collect the documents. some times this problem lead to utter disaster of my shop because i can not tally my records and cannot compute profit &loss. so i want remedy for it. if in future something worse happened then WHO SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE ?
2. up to now i was getting the delivery on my shop. but from now onwards i have to get the delivery from 1 miles before. WHY ?
3. whenever i try to contact the officials of company they do not receive my Phone call. WHY?
4. They sends Excess delivery of Goods. According to Sales of Goods Act 1930 i have the liberty to reject the entire goods.
5. There is absolutely no response to our complaints.
6. i have not received any rate list of company's Products so far. it may cause conflicts. then "WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE."
