this is to hereby complain against amul shakti milk, the milk we are getting from the shop of vikhroli full address is as below, LBS MARG PIROJSHA NAGAR, OPP GODREJ COLONY HILL SIDE, VIKHROLI (W) for 2-3 days we I have purchased all of the milk got spoiled and the dealer for that is named as PATIL from which the shopkeeper is purchasing the milk.

Kindly take action againgst such activity.

Dealer selling product at the rate of more than MRP

Sir It is to request you that your Pindwara District Sirohi (Raj) dealer Bhagwati Store selling your Dairy's products at 2 Rs more than MRP So kindly advise him to sale products at MRP or Less.

I live in Ballabgarh, Faridabad, One Amul product dealer sales the products on higher rates than MRP. as i went to buy Chhachh he demanded Rs. 8 Inspite of MRP is Rs. 7.50 When i asked for a toffee of Rs.0.50 he denied and return the money...


This is not a metter of Rs. 0.50 or Rs. 500000. It is the metter of corruption on the behalf of Amul.

Since last 2 months we are not getting masala buttermilk at many super markets. also amul fresh cream is also not available. What is the reason for non availability of the above products?

Dear Sir,
I want to put my suggestion about the amul dairy butter (100 g) whose present M.R.P is Rs 31. Consumers who want to buy the products do not give 31 Rs as they may not have change of Rs.1. So they don't give us Rs.1 . I want to suggest that the print should be made Rs 35 or Rs 34.Hope that the solution of this problem will soon be recovered.
And i want to even suggest that when we buy products from the north east distributor and even the payment of the products is cleared they don't send the products to us until 2-3 days through transporter to us to sell. By this the consumer have to face many difficulties. This is the common problem now-a-days.Please go for a cheak to it and find a immediate solution for it.

I agree with U that prices of milk has rose sharply in the recenet past. I wud try to explain the ground realities. Various entities involved in milk supply chain are dairy farmers, procurement agents, processors, retailers & consumers. Farmer is the most crucial entity in milk supply chain therefore, it is important to understand economics of milk production at farmer level. Feed & labour are two major costs for farmers. Feed alone constitutes 75% of total cost. Although cost of feed ingredients has increased anywhere between 55% to 140% but price of milk has not kept pace with rising input costs during last five years.
Average price of feed charged to farmers by cooperative dairies has gone up from about Rs 6.60 to Rs 10 a kg in last two years. Price of feed sold by private companies had gone up even more. Labour & other input costs have also gone up substantially. Availability of employment in urban areas particularly in services sector has increased substantially in last decade due to which farm labour has become quite expensive.
Another problem is that fodder crop has to compete with other crops which are more remunerative. Milk productions is a biological phenomenon, therefore, its production cannot be increased in short-term, therefore, it requires long term policy collectively from central & state governments to ensure fair & remunerative price to producers.
Price paid to dairy farmers for milk has remained un-remunerative for quite a long period due to which a large number of farmers have either not increased their herd size or have all together abandoned dairy farming.

AMUL MILK — Size of packet

Since last manny days we are getting different sizes of half liter milk packets, it seems the packets are re sealed.

Old manufactured milk

Purchasing date was 21st july and manufacturing date was 23rd july. What is dis? A fraud just.

even i had a similar experience today.
i bought an amul mango dolly iceceam from a dairy shop.
although the manf date mentioned on the pack is mar 2011 it had a spoilt taste.
infact it tasted salty. after the first bite itself it spoilt the taste of my mouth.
amul is a known brand when it comes to dairy products. this kind of quality is not expected out of it. i dont know abt others but amul has surely lost its 1 loyal customer.

Recently I had purchased Amul shrikhand badam pista flavour. Being the expiry date is not yet over, the taste of the product is very very bad and none of my family member could eat this. Even though after eating little qty with great difficulty, I felt sever throat irritation.
I am surprised that amul company is giving really a bad product..

Please don't buy Amul shrikhand badam pista flavour

expiry date product selling

Our nearest Amul shop selling expiry date Amul milk . I have proof of this, If we complaint this to shopkeeper then they says that We can sell expiry date product

If you read the milk pack carefully, it is mentioned that the date printed is the USE BY date and not the manufacturing date.
According to new rules, food product having shelf life of less than 15 days has to be printed with USE BY date instead of manufacturing date.

amul gold milk 500ml — doubtful milk packet

hi, my self Geeta Parmar, today we have received Amul gold packet. which appeared to be tempered. this has been regular incident.

Sir,
I purchased a 500ml of pet bottle of Limca from Easyday Market, JMD tower, Jagraon Bridge, Ludhiana.

The bottle was expired and was carring a false discount tag.

I complaint this matter to both the stores manager and the corporate office but haven't recieved any replies.

I have the bottle and the bill reciept with me.

Further, Can I file a petition in consumer court regarding the same.

Amul — quality of milk

I am a regular consumer of Amul Milk (single toned). For the last one I am getting a very unusual taste in the product wherever Amul milk is used. Please look into the matter. Thanks

on 28-12-09 having bill no.32.it was obseverd that the packet was under scheme offer at the time of eating
it was found that the taste of the ice-cream was not good.itwas also tasted by your dealer of super quality store, he has also accepted the amul taste of indiya was not good.

so, kindly take neccesary action for replacement of bad"AMUL THE TASTE OF INDIYA" from ayub malik.

in rajasthan state dist. alwar, vill sotanala. in company some milk sellers making their profit by many ways, and the company's officers are also involved in this evil. kindly stop this by taking strict steps.

over charging for milk

in Rishra (West Bengal) all your milk vendor charging rupee one extra over and above MRP printed on the packet. pl. Do the needful to stop this.

We are selling amul milk products from our society in BARC Colony. Six month back we had purchased a deep freezer from voltas through Mr. Moghe an authorise person of your company. From a month the said freezer is not giving cooling effect. It is under warranty period. Nobody is taking care of the same. Amul is a reputed company and we believe on you. retailers take a Rs.1 extra on 500ml amul gold milk...

I purchase a amulet gold milk every day 1 ltr...price as Per mrp Rs.44...bt retailers take A Rs.2 extra every day.. So how can a 2rs. Extra take a retailers ...its a vry illigally how can action again a retailers ...

I completely agree and have the same concern. The MRP on the 500ml packet is 13 and they charge 1Rs. Extra on each 500 ml. To support the price hike they are showing a document stating that they have received from the supplier that the prices are increased by 2Rs.

It is not mentioned on the document what is the price per litter of milk. Rs26 is before the increase of Rs2 or its the price after increase.

but sir mahananda milk prize is rs. 13.50 but seller give our consumer of rs. 14.50 your prize is all including tax rs 13.50 but why will be get rs 14.50
