Dear sir
I am having sb and current account in andhra bank fir the last 10 years. Till date there is no cheque return i am maintaining my account without any default. Maintaining balances and business transactions. 2015 manager provide 50000 mustang loan i pay correctly next they give 110000 rs that also i paid correct without any defaults you can check the track also. And another manager ask insurance plan i agreed they give one two wheeler loan that loan also going good without any default.in 2019 i asked business loan manager told i need to check your cibil i provide all details he said your cibil have problem then i resolved all bugs what i did before now my cibil score is 710 i have a credit card also. Now this year i approach manager he said cibil ok but your previous negatives not allow me to give loan. He talk rudely. How can i complaint

    I wanted to withdraw money for my fees.
    I went to withdraw money from indslnd atm using andhra bank debit card
    While withdrawing money from atm money it displayed technical errot after entering pin, after sometime received a message on my mobile that money got deducted. Please help,
    So that i can get my money back. The amount is 4500 and i have to pay it in my college

      Cahiers of andhra bank are rudely behaving with customers in depositing money of other branches, telling that they are not here to work of other branches deposits, if the deposits machines work properly why do we deposit the money manually, please take a necessary action against this and they just feel irritate in counting the money even though they do have the counting machines

        Good after noon sir. Rs 15, 000-/-yesterday 6.51 pm i withdray money from our atm at peddakapu street offsi atm sir. Out of rs 150000 one note that is rs 2000 is come out from our atm is use less i. E means white paper is fix in note sir. 1. May i know why we are put note in atm (With 100% negligence regarding to service) 2. Can i exchange damage note rs 2000 in our bank without any additional charges? 3. When i received note like that i disappointed sir why banks are insert notes like that. If small person is out side the city or hospital he have to pay money what is the position because note is non-exchange position? 4. I have photos also and pl check at atm yesterday 6.51 pm sir

          Sir, i blocked my debit card accidentally in andhra bank. I want to unblock my debit card because for further transactions i want my debit card back. It is very useful to me in all aspects of transactions. I also wrote a mail to andhra bank for unblocking my debit card but they didn't respond. I blocked this my card due to money not dispensed from atm but money is debited from my account. So please look into this issue.

Aur na hume receiving de rahe hai. Aur kahate hai ki upper hamne bhej deye hai. Koi kuch nhi kar raha hai. Par hum kya kare.03.02.20 ko sam 6:19pm ko koi multi atm patna se nikal gaya hai. Jab ki atm card hamere pass bihar sharif me tha. Hum ne to bachpan se abhi tak ki puni jama ki thi sab chala gaya. Aur bank me hamari koi bata nhi sun raha. Plese kuch kijiye..

              Yesterday on 4th february 2020 an amount of 15000/ has been withdrawn from my atm card which was not done by my. Although the card is and was with me. I have registered an online fir to the delhi police and also contacted the branch office at green park. Kindly look into the matter as i am a student an the amount is handsome.
              As per rbi guidelines i have intimated the bank within 3 days i. E on 5th february 2020.

                  I have returned the product duke number plate to amazon on jan 5th 2020. Amazon claimed that they already did the refund amount ref#[protected]. But these amount not credited to my andhra bank account #[protected]. I called many times to andhra bank customer care but i didnt get positive responce anytime.

                  I would request you to resolve the above issue as soon as possibe.

                    Could you please provide information to cancel my andhra bank credit card.
                    I have tried multiple numbers given by the branch but they seems to be not responding. My register mobile no:[protected]

                    I have already contacted the branch they seems to no help. The card was given to be during the process of home loan and i haven't activated the card.

                            Sir, I am facing internet banking problem from past few months, when I log in to the internet banking website it shows some error i. E., "the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime."

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I am representing my father, chilamkuri rama krishna in this email, whose home loan account number with andhra bank is [protected].in order to raise a complaint, i would like to explain what has happened to us till date since the time of loan sanction from andhra bank as follows:

                                        - please find the attachment for loan sanction letter that provided to us by andhra bank dated: 11/05/2010 for an amount of inr 10, 50, 000/- for 180 month duration with due date as 11/05/2025 at an interest rate of 9.75% p. A with emi amount being inr 11, 100/- per month. For about year and half, payments been made not as per exact emi amount but more or less with some late payments happened. On[protected], an amount of inr 72, 070.93 being added to the principle amount towards liability insurance. As our housing loan is a fixed period for 180 months and this amount is being added to principle, we had the first major loss leading to change in emi (Re-scheduled) to inr 14, 500/- approx. (Not sure about exact figure) and no prior intimation or notice is being received to us on this. After couple of years, we could see a major difference which shown that nothing is adjusted to principle for 3 years of payment from our end. When we approached the bank manager during that period, he was very rude & impolite and didn't given us any explanation on this which lead us to zonal office. At zonal office, we got support and able to see that the interest is being changed at regular intervals that made us dissatisfied. At that moment, on 11/12/2013; we have cleared the pending due amounts along with liability insurance amounting inr 92, 550/-. Till now, we don't have any document related to liability insurance with us.

                                        -after clearance, the new manager who was shifted to our branch in the immediate month took our request to concern and re-scheduled the emi to original one that is sanctioned. Since that date, till today we haven't missed a single emi. About 7 to 8 months ago, again emi amount is re-scheduled where we were not informed and no notice or letter being received on the same. We came to know about this just because of the phone call from the branch manager about 6 months ago stating that our account is in overdue for payment stating that emi being changed. When asked on this, he said "systems will automatically detect and change the emi". He was very impolite, rather talked like a gunda or rowdy speaking in a way that he lent the amount to us not the bank. What kind of a manager he is? Is that the respect that is being shown to a customer of that designated person? When he was asked for explanation, he said that he didn't know anything and keep on telling us that the system is showing like that and we need to pay. As he is a helpless person who cannot resolve or even find the issue; we started to zonal office with the help of another branch manager of andhra bank who recently retired from his services and wanted to know what's happening with our account!! The only reason we cleared the overdue amount in 2013 is to keep the emi amount original. Now what is the point in increasing the emi by andhra bank without prior intimation?

                                        - its been almost 9 and half years that we started paying towards housing loan amounting to more than inr 14 lakhs and to our surprise, not even inr 1.5 lakh is being adjusted to principle amount. When we asked on this, the zonal manager has helped us in possible ways. Took the print of interest details inquiry rates, which can be seen that also in attachment of this email; to our surprise, the roi is changed from 9.75% in 2010 to 12.25% during aug -2011 and reducing at intervals to 11.5% till jun-2015. I would like to know when did the housing loans roi went to more than 12%? Are these interest rates correct or not?

                                        - also, when we took the report of interest calculations of about 70 pages or so; we found that there is a difference of approx inr 3.00 lakhs that needs to be adjusted to principle amount as per our calculations. We would like to hear from the higher authority of andhra bank who is responsible to be taken care of about our account totally and give us complete clarification & explanation showing us the exact outstanding amount along with the exact emi that needs to be paid for the rest of the period, as soon as possible. Hereby, i would like to approach this is in a judicial manner with official notices from our advocate, if not responded at the earliest. Also, we are going to banking ombudsmen on this if its found guilty from andhra bank in a very short time. We would like to register a complaint against the current branch manager (Madhura nagar, vijayawada) for his attitude and behaviour. Immediate action needs to be taken by andhra bank on him. Infact, he is the one who said like to give complaint whenever and wherever we want to. And he is ready to face that as none can do anything, marking his word of mouth.

                                        My father is being ill for the past couple of months. Even after payment of emi's without stopping, the branch manager is calling my father every couple of weeks and telling us to clear the overdue amount and make the payments as per new emi. Why should we have to pay when the mistake or error is done from your end (Andhra bank)? Those who have housing loans of our other friends & family with different banks; none of them been facing any issues at any time. We were totally vexed with andhra bank & the management. This is our last and final hope to make sure that we still believe & support andhra bank with a proper resolution at the earliest.
