I tired to withdraw an amount of ₹4500 from an sbi atm but the cash did not come out of the machine. And i received a message from my andhra bank that i have withdrawn 4500₹ from my savings account. I wrote a complaint letter to the bank. But they have not refunded my money yet. I want my money back.

    On 14th Oct 2019 at around 7pm tried withdrawal of 1500rs amount in SBI ATM(kamalapura branch, hospet(tq).) didnt come out of ATM but got SMS stating amount of 1500rs is debited from you amount. What the hell happening here..! I want my money back.!

      I haven't withdrawn any amount from my bank account i. E andhra bank but i got a message that i had withdrawn amount of rs.5000 from my account and after debition i waited for 4 days i. E more than 74 hours. Kindly ensure to credit my money back as soon as possible. Time around i had faced this issue is around 6:36 from indicash atm machine as there machine displayed as transaction failed and i haven't withdrawn any amount

      I did a transaction in manali ICICI with a dumb atm machine, i used it to debit 3000 i didn't got the money i didn't got the receipt and i waited for approximately 5mins but the screen is not responding it got stuck in a single frame and i cancelled the transaction my card is setted free to takeout, but my money is debited... Please help me out!

          I did 2 purchase through Amazon. I cancelled both and I got the refund of one product but didn't get the refund of second one so Amazon gave me reference number to be shared with bank which will help bank to locate the money but that will only happen if toll free number or any other customer care services replies me. Customer care number never connects. Nobody replies in Twitter and mail. I dont how will get the money.

          Similarly I am facing problems while withdrawing money from any other bank ATM. I tried customer care for that issue also but nobody replies and these customer cares are out of reach of Andhra Bank. I dont what to do with this bank

            I have submitted my aadhaar in my bank, but my bank account is not updated with npci as i can see at uidai website. My older account which was link is currently inactive. Due to which i am not recieving pm kisaan yogan money.

            The refund was initiated by the vendor and a reference number is also generated by them. unfortunately the amount is not reflected in the statement and the customer service number of Andhra bank is also not reachable. Please credit my refund amount into bank account.

                    This is an ongoing problem with a lots of andhra bank customers for the last week. Both andhra bank as well as other bank atm's have not dispensed the amount that was keyed in, but the s/b a/c has been debited the amount.in addition, transactions done at pos/merchants have been declined multiple times for multiple customers over the last week. Request you please look into the matter urgently to mitigate the trouble and act expeditiously to reverse the amounts to the respective bank accounts. Thanks!

                      I have using andhra bank debit card for withdraw cash to another atm, at that time transaction was failed but amount was debited from my account rs:9500, this was happened at october 4th 2019, i have raised the complaint also on that day, till there is no response. Whenever i call toll free number they simply raise new complaint and thy said wait for next three working days, later i waited for three days nothing is happened, later i reached toll free number to ask my complaint status, again they raised new complaint again they wait for 3 working days.
                      Can you please take action and do needful

                        I have been holding a account with andhra bank, nellore branch

                        On14/10/19 i was tried to withdraw cash of rs 5000 with my debit card. But i will use another bank atm not andhra bank atm. But the transaction proceed but the ammount did not come and also a message will come i have received the money

                        Immediately i contact toll free number he assured that if the amount will be credited automatically in seven working days but it was not done

                          An amount of rupees 500 (Five hundred) had been deduted from my account. I didn't even got a message from the andhra bank regarding that rs.500/- transaction. Please check it out and refund. I have checked out the phone pay and google pay transaction history and i have got nothing found about that.
                          Iam expecting my money, rs.500/- to be refund or atleast to get an information about the transaction that have made in the dates between sep 30 to oct 4, as that money have been deducted between those dates without a message.

                                        I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected] with axis bank. I recently checked my credit report wherein a bill of amount rs. 8083 is reflecting on the current balance and status showing as written-off status. I had requested a reply to my issue last month and it's already more than a month and I m still waiting for response from the Axis Bank

                                        This card was opened on 01/10/2010 in mumbai. Post expiry date of my card i had contacted nearest branch borivali branch, mumbai to know my outstanding but could not get the amount payable as the card had expired and bank personal were unable to fetch the details from credit card department of their bank and hence as per them paid the outstanding which they asked me as per the previous due they could figure out from their system since last 2years i have shifted to pune and one fine day in the month of feb 2018 got a call from the bank that an outstanding amount of rs 6000 had accumulated since my last payment made post card expiry. Although they still not sure of the exact amount i decided to pay the amount in 2 installment and paid rs 3000 on 23/02/2018 and requested them to check on appropriate outstanding and let me know before i pay my next installment and post which they never turned up with the requisite details after the month of feb.

                                        Now yesterday again when i checked my cibil report this amount has now again creeped up to rs 8083 at an interest rate of 35% and rs 900 interest is getting levied month on month since then till date.
                                        I have another hdfc credit card and if you check the history i had been very prompt in the payments. To maintain a good credit history i have always been prompt with payments.

                                        This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                        I can be able to give 25% of my debts i. E rs2000. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                        I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                        Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.
