On 26.09.2019 evening I having a saving a/c in Andhra bank ( [protected]) have done swap my ATM at my home branch of Andhra bank at Bhanur ‘0639’ for withdrawal of Rs. 3000/-
In first attempt for the withdrawal of Rs. 3000, the machine taken long delay for processing but Money did not dispersed however the same amount got deducted from my account.
In second attempt for the withdrawal of same Rs. 3000, processing was done and the money got received and in turn same amount again got deducted from my account.
Hence, total amount deducted from my account is Rs. 6000/- against successful received amount of Rs. 3000/- only.
It is herewith requested to look at the matter and make arrangement for reverting the un received amount of Rs. 3000 to my account at the earliest.
Please do the needful.

I contacted my branch they are doing very best services and they tried 5 times for activate request but problem has been not resolved.

      I have an account in andhra bank. Last week i registered for net banking. And i am able to login with my customer id (User id) and password. But i am unable to view or do anything there related to transaction even after successful login. Its never happened with any other bank.

      Also i have requested for update my registered mobile number but still not updated.

      I have already written to [protected]@andhrabank.co.in 4 days ago. But they are not responding.

      Therefore, request to kindly resolve this issue so that i can use

        Fraud transaction of rupees 5500 had happened through my debit card. I stay in bangalore and the card was with me then but the transaction had happened from an atm in delhi. I visited the bank immediately and they asked me to file a complaint in police station. I filed a complaint in cyber crime police station and had received an acknowledgement from the police stating the money to be refunded from the bank. But the bank was not cooperative and failed to return my money.

I am gone for andhrabank atm at boduppal, secunderabad.Atm operated for 12000.00 rupees of with drawl amount is not came but debited in account.So requisting sir credit amount of rupees 12000.00 in my account.I am given several complaints in customer care center, but not solved the problem.now already 27 days completed, simple ATM Transaction taking more time this is very bad .so kindly requesting sir please check and clear my amount and credit in my account.

            I have returned the product to amazon on sept1st 2019. Amazon claimed that they already did the refund amount ref#[protected]. But these amount not credited to my andhra bank account #[protected]. I called many timesto andhra bank customer care but i didnt get positive responce anytime.

            I have not yet got my refund back which was initiated on 14th sept 2020. Kindly provide the charge dispute form.
            I have ordered a product from amazon on sept 1st 2020. I had to return it for some issue. Due to some technical problems I had to reorder it. So they initiated the total amount of refund, i.e. #[₹720] to my bank account on 1st nov, 2020. Amazon claimed that they already did the refund amount ref#[720]. But these amount not credited to my andhra bank account #[[protected]]. I called many times to andhra bank customer care but I didnt get positive responce anytime.

            I would request you to resolve the above issue as soon as possibe.

                    I Andhra Bank customer used ICICI ATM at NVLN PLAZA ATM, Ashok Nagar, Vijayawada to withdraw the money. I didn't get money as the ATM denied the transaction. But money was debited from my account.

On 26.09.2019 while pay my electricity bill through paytm at 11.42 am using andhra bank atm card the transaction of Rs.660 failed but the amount got deducted from my account and immediately patym sent me that the amount has been refunded to my account but it has not reflecting in my account .

                        I have made an online transaction of 57, 500 on 16 sep 2019.
                        Tried reached customer care via phone call but no luck as the ivr says they are always busy. I somehow managed to raise a complaint but money is being refunded yet.
                        Whenever i call the customer care the minimum wait time is more than 10 mins. After waiting for more than 10 mins the customer care executive talks as if he is least bothered about my problem. He put me on hold and waiting for more than 5 mins. He just hung upon me.
                        When i called the next time the executive asked all my details and later stated that their servers very busy and they are not successful in retrieving the data and asked to me to call some other time during the day and hung up.
                        Today i called them again after waiting 10 mins more. The executive was still not able to solve my problem and at least was not able to communicate properly. The amount is huge and it is a loan amount.
                        I still didn't pay my college fee. And i'm likely getting detained from college.
                        I have all the call records with executives which show their inability to communicate with the customers and which casts the poor service provided by andhra bank.

                            Still since three months gone, i could not received the renewed card.
                            I have contacted my branch office medavakkam since 10 times and the reply is card not yet received.

                            I do not know where to complaint, whether, andhra bank, good health insurance or united india insurance c0. Ltd.

                            As i am old senior citizen at any time my health may give trouble for which i need the health insurance card immediately.

                            I will be helpfull if you could give a concrete reply to get my arogyadaan health insurance card,.

                                      This is to inform you that i have a health insurance policy under united india health insurance company through andhra bank kolkata branch munshibazar. My policy no is [protected]p[protected]
                                      Without any information my premium was increased and so they did not deduct any amount from my account. I also received a letter on 20th of august since then i am running for this matter. I don't recieve any messages or call regarding any changes. I was then asked to keep the balance then it will be deducted from my account as told by the bank. But that also did not happen. Now the bank says that they cannot help me in this matter so i was told to visit the united india insurance office gariahat branch. When i went there they saw the whole thing and said we don't know anything about it so you should visit park street regional office o[censored]nited india insurance company. I also visited there but till now i have not been able to renew my policy. When i am calling no one is bothered to see my issue. Please help me out.

                                        On[protected] i have visited andhra bank tohana branch ifsc andb[protected] times between 1.30 pm to 4 pm. The bank is locked... The gatekeeper said that there is no one authorized person in the bank and i can't allow anyone in the bank. He said you can willingly complain of our bank. There was approximate 14-15 customers standing outside the bank waiting for any authorized person. This happens often in this branch. This is not ist time.
