no cash received but money deducted from atm

Yesterday, I used an AndhraBank ATM for 5000 rs money withdrawal, but cash didn't come. Later a message came saying money is withdrawn. I'm really worried of this situation. I waited for longtime for money to come but didn't come only slip came and later i cancelled transaction and left.

My atm is SBI but used at andhra bank. Not sure what to do.
Kindly let me know what to do....

fraud call

I Shirisha.palai have got a call to my mobile provider airtel([protected]) saying that we are calling from Andhra bank from [protected] number saying that my card is blocked for today so say your date of expiry on card for verification.please place a police complain on that number

Sir/madam,
I am facing problem with internet banking since few days.
Whenever i log in to the internet banking website it shows some error like

"[userfg0011] [100205] the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime.."
I have tried multiple times

I have even sent a complaint mail to andhra bank customer care "[protected]@andhrabank.co.in"...

card transaction declined and amount debited from my account

I mr. Channaboina rakesh yadav used andhra bank atm card in a shop on 9 may 2019 but the debit card transaction declined and after that i paid the money in cash. But the issue is money is debited from my account after i went to andhra bank branch said u will get money with in 15 working days. Till now i did't get my money back.
I request a refund my amount please....

transaction declined by atm but amount deducted from my andhra bank account

Hi i am johnny mohan my andhra bank account no is [protected] branch sector 10 dwarka new delhi on 28th of june at around 12:00 pm at dinpur goyala road axis bank atm but it shows not able to disperse cash and after some time when i checked my andhra bank application tez app it shows your account was debited from 4500 rs. So please do the needful to keep faith on andhra bank as always....

atm related (atm transaction declined )

On dated 11.06.2019 i was trying to withdraw amount worth rupees 15000.00 at andhra bank, kachiguda branch atm with transaction id no s[protected]. But amount did not come from atm, but deducted from my a/c no:[protected] and on the same day i tried to withdraw amount worth rupees 10000.00 at andhra bank, vidyanagar branch atm amount came from the atm, again tried withdraw rupees 15000.00 there was message limit crossed for the day....

atm transaction error

Sir,
I have done transaction of withdrawing of rs.2000/- vide reference noatm. Txn # s55768481 on 30.06.2019, the transaction cancelled message displayed on screen and amount not disbursed. The amount is deducted from my account, till now i have not received the amount back. Kindly solve the issue at the earliest. My account no [protected].

refund issue with my bank

The month of june 19th 2019 i've cancelled a bus ticket. Regarding that 590/- has to be refunded to my andhra bank debit card. When i consulted phonepe customer care they told me that already transaction has done from their end they provided me the arn/rrn number:17203019172924866889639. When i called to andhra bank customer care they told me that they can't do anything with that transaction refund, have to ask either phonepe nor abhibus...

Sir

IRCTC refunded Rs. 740 against cancellation of ticket on 5 jun 2019 and today its 25 Jun 2019, but i did not got any refund into my account.

amount debited twice

Amount was debited 2 times for the same amount the same day, but the transaction was made only once. It's been one month and I have called the customer service department 6 times and they tell the amount will be credited today tomorrow and repeat the same thing. Even spoke to the higher person and still get the same reply. The amount is not returned yet. This is very frustrating....

I am g v chalapathi rao having ghpl policy BA32200 from andhra bank nadergul branch but without informing to the customers related to raise in premium and without giving sufficient time for change of plan if they are intd and sending the msg indicating that your premium was changed from 13000 to 40000 is objectionable why ghpl or andhra bank had not informed priorly why the concerned bank has given any option for change of plan this type...

imps failed transaction

I am UNDRAKONDA VENKATESWARA RAO, a customer of Andhra bank bearing account number:-[protected]. On 11/06/2019 I made a transaction to pay my sons college fees of RS.33, 670.00. But I was directed to page showing the transaction was failed .I did not even get a message regarding the debit of that amount. The details of the transaction are as follows

transaction failure - but no refund

I once booked my train ticket through "Goibibo" app. My money was deducted but my booking was not confirmed. I asked for the goibibo to refund my money. They said they completed their refund process. And said that bank should refund your money. It's been 4 days from[protected] to[protected]. But my refund from bank was not completed. Please clear my problem as soon as possible....

showing extra deduction of rs. 10,000/- from my account..

From my account they are showing deduction of 40, 000 rupees in four terms in one-day. There are limitation of 3 transactions per day and the amount should not exceed more than 25000 rupees. How should I access 4 transactions and 40000 . Please resolve this...

rude behavior of manager andhra bank alwar
