I Approached to ANDHRA Bank RCB, SRIKAKULAM, 0711 for my son's Educational Loan for Higher Studies as a part of RIGHT to EDUCATION as a democratic Right as per Honble Govt of India.We submitted all our documents, Joint Account, as per Bank Direction on 12th May.From that day to 3rd week of July we visited daily to the Bank.They always post phoned the Job for Tomorrow, Mean while we lost Our time, Earned leave of my Husband, My son's Classes, Also Health, And now they are telling that our DOCUMENT'S Are Lost.They chested us and wasted our Time, Money, Health, Leave.Neighter they process our loan, nor Return our DOCUMENTS .Even we can't proceed to Another Bank due to our Documents are with the BANK and not RETURNED us.It seems to be intentionally done to spoil a GOOD STUDENT FUTURE., not giving study loan &Mis use our Documents.There is a doubt that DOCUMENT'S may be in the hands of Any ANTI SOCIAL ELEMENTS, with the help of BANK Staff.Hence I Requested to Direct the BANK to hand over our Documents, and the Loss of our time for 03 months physically, Mentally, Financially may be Recovered with the Bank.

Still Not Addressed any type of solution and Attitude towards the serious complaint is anti Federal and Anti Democratic.Still we believe that the sensitive Documents submitted by us are in the hands of Anti Social Elements by the help of any Bank Staff only.If any thing happens to us in this regard the Bank Authorities are Responsible and Matter will be viewed Seriously.

    In[protected], at 9:47am i went to withdraw my amount 3000rs from andhra bank located at sindhi colony. And i have all the process to withdraw my amount from machine, the machine displayed that your transaction is in process then i have waited for nearly 5min, then directly slip came from the machine that your transaction is declined. Immediately i checked my account balance my account is debited with 3000rs without any transaction done. I went to the andhra bank branch located side by atm, i said about my problem, they said that money will refunded in a week gap or you can go to sbi branch and u have to give complaint. Then i went to sbi branch and said about issue. They said that u have to give complaint from the branch which u have lost ur money.
    This is the issue. Please refund my money back, the amount is my clg fees.

      Today i tried logged into my account with my online credentials and i got the error message as below.

        On 22nd July around 12:10am i tried to withdraw Rs. 500 from ATM at atthapur but I didn't received money but amount debited from my account and also on that same day I tried to add money to my paytm wallet Is RS.280 two times it is failed but money debited from my bank account and also on that same I tried to swipe the ATM card for RS.280 it is declined but money debited from my bank account

          Yesterday i placed an food order and tried to pay through amazon pay.in amazon pay i tried 4 times to add money. I has rs. 220 balance in my account. My transaction got failed. And when i checked the account balance it showed rs. 72. I got a mail from amazon that they haven't charged. I got rs. 148. How i lost. Why i haven't refunded i want to know. Iam so needy person and all this happening with me. So please do check. My account no is [protected]

            Hi,
            Myself deepthi. Kandula having an account in your bank. I have tried to withdraw money from axis bank atm on[protected] at +old hafeezpet sainaga atm and transaction no is txn# s[protected]. Actually my home branch is prakash nagar, rajahmundry. That atm i went consists of two machines. At first i tried withdraw from one machine and it showed money couldn't be dispensed minimum should be 500. So i tried to withdraw rs. 500 and still i didn't receive cash. After that i tried in second machine rs. 500 then i got a message saying that cash deducted. And again still i didn't any cash. Total money they deducted from my account was rs. 1000

            I Paid in a Shop using paytm and money was deducted from bank account and not added in wallet. so paytm showing confirmation waiting. I Messaged to paytm helpline and they told me that awaiting reason. they told me that bank is not sending the money to paytm wallet. deley is from bank.

              I have taken the arogdhan medical policy from andhra bank, faridabad branch sec 17 taken in 2018 in approx amount 12000 inr but last week in 2019 amount deducted 32000 inr without any notice or information. Now want to cancel this policy and already put the written request to bank branch but no body is replying either from tpa or bank.

                This is rahman ali khan here from aligarh, up. I hold a a/c ([protected]) in andhra bank, aligarh branch.
                I would like to tell you that i am unable to use the new international visa platinum card for transaction in abroad. I have tried it in many atm's and online sites here but every time i am trying the transaction but the atm is showing "transaction failed.. Please contact the branch"

                I have around 75 thousand rupees in my account and when i needed money for emergency the card did not work. Is this how andhra bank treats its customers. I am very very disappointed with the andhra bank international visa platinum card ([protected]).
                I want a immediate action from the bank.
                I do not wish to continue further services with your bank. I will inform my dad to withdraw all the money and deposit in other bank.

                If your bank does not provide one single working card for emergency for people like me then what is the use of running the bank with many staff there. And branch manager dont even try to listen my issues.

Venkatesh, an account holder in your bank and yesterday i tried to withdraw rs.3, 000.00 from few atm's and i could not withdraw amount as there was no cash in the atm's, when i returned to my house and checked the mobile i got an sms that 3, 000 has been debited from my account but i did not received cash from any of atm's.

                      So kindly please credit refund the amount to my account.

                          I (K. SAI BABA) am the account holder in Kendriya Sadan branch with A/c. No. [protected] and on 07.07.2019 around 10.40 AM when I used debit card at Bagh Amberpet ATM for withdrawal of Rs. 15000/-, I have not received the amount and it was informed on the screen with caption “unable to dispense the money”, but I have received SMS to my registered cell phone stating that Rs.15, 000/- is debited from my account. (Txn. No.S76766547 – 20190708 at +Bagh Amberpet, RR, AP ATM). I have made three withdrawals on 07.07.2019 and for 1st withdrawals which I made at Bagh Amberpet ATM, I have not received the amount.

                          So far, the amount is not credited into my account.

                          Therefore, it is requested to kindly look into matter and credit the amount of Rs.15000/- into my account immediately.

                          I tried to withdraw rupees 1000 from my andhra bank account in SBI ATM villivakkam. In ATM screen I got message "SORRY, COULDN'T COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION" but money got debited from my account, I didn't get the money.
                          So, please credit the money (Rs.1000) back to my account.

                                This is to bring to your kind attention that due to sudden increase in insurance renewal payable amount and due to deducting RS.4700.00/- without intimating us regarding the increase in price in prior, we wrote a cancellation request letter and submitted to ANDHRA BANK, Bapatla team to cancel the policy and credit back the amount in to our account, they confirmed that they cancelled the policy in their systems but didn't credited the deducted amount. Andhra bank Manager informed us to check with customer care of insurance company. Insurance company people informed us to contact marketing department of Andhra bank, we tried to call to your marketing team for three days but nobody picked the call and not responded.

                                      Dear sir. The staff of andrabank, branch of vemulakonda, in yadadri district, telangana were very arrogant with the people who are coming for services. An account process will take week to one month over there either the base of staff interest. The manager is very incoperative person in providing loans to mahila groups. Plz take the action. Either we will submit this complaint to rbi. People living in far places has to loss there jobs and roam around the banks for loans. Very very bad services. Village services has to be more cooperative than the city services as the people over there will be illiterate. But here it is like the kingdom is king's so we need to obey all the rules as they said. Ridiculous

                                        I have applied for education loan of 7.5 lakh In VidyaLakshmi. According to the scheme, there is no need of collateral security upto 7.5 lakh but the bank seemed to submit the collateral security for the loan of 7.5 lakh..It seems like poor people are no way eligible for education loan to pursuie higher studies.. I'm way losing time and colleges are going to start . Please resolve this as soon
