After opening of account, one of angel broking agent call me and told that “ i am appointed your relationship manager from angel broking and your account mapped with me”. After introduction talk he insisted me to join angel platinum service. I refused to join it in first instance but he told me that i am sending a mail link to you and you just opened the mail link and fill the questionnaire. That will be helpful to provide client centric support in future.

• to believe on their word, i opened a mail link, and again said to him that this mail seems to related with angel platinum advisory service and i did not want to join this. But again he told me that you do not need to worry about it. I assure to you no amount will be deducted from your account. You just fill the questionnaire and submit it.

•then the amount of rs 5000 have bin deducted from my fund after 1 day.
The person who called me told me that if you will be unsatisfied from this service you can get refund before 90 days, and till now i am very much unsatisfied from this service. I did not get proper calls from them and calls are not based on any technical studies.
I strongly demand rs 5000 ruppes will be refunded to my account immediately without deduction of a single rupees.. If my entire money will be not refunded then i will also planning to lodge a complaint with sebi/ nse and other consumer forum sites.

I am deepti mishra my customer id is d118930. During the opening of my account process, angle broking executive promised me for an instant free coupon of amazon of ₹750.00. It is more than 15 days now and since then i am following with the lady but still, there is no response from their end.

During customer call executing i informed voucher is sent but not yet received on my mail as it seems intermediary has taken up the privilege of my voucher. Also, there customer service number changes frequently and did not work a max of the time. I am really fed-up with angle broking as irrespective of several reminder emails and calls no action taken up by them. Even all mails regarding trading has been coming but except that voucher. I would prefer to say its a worst app due to weak in handling of customer grievances.

Yesterday i called you’re angel broking member from you’re call and trade option.. And i asked her in platinum pack will an agent will guide me?? She said yes an agent will guide you through call and whatsapp but there’s nothing like thatt.. Today when i called one more time to you’re people from call and trade option in your app she said there’s nothing like thatt..
Reply as fast as possible and refund me my money pleasee. I have been mislead by you’re memberss.. Refund me my money

I am forget my user id and password

Problem - forgot password
To reset it i need otp or a link to set new password. I am in usa now and my jio phone number is not active here.

I can not get otp or reset password to access and trade my account. Support group or it is not fixing the problem.

Hello my client i'd is n115485, yesterday my trade manager called me and scammed me without even telling about the plan, he said go to your mail and click on enroll me now i thought it was something survey type but the last message popped out that, you're registered for angel platinum rs 5000 will be deducted from your ledger! I don't want your services i want my refund immediately of 5000₹ cancel my subscription.

I didn't received my login details after opening my demat account like username and account number.

Sir, i got a call from suraj pandey mobile number [protected] on 15/7/2020 at 5.19pm he called himself angel broking agent and filled the online quiz (Angel broking platinum services) via gmail and deducted 5000 rupees from my demat account (M176374). I was told nothing of the first scheme and the scheme was started without my consent but not this scheme. Want to take but they are not closing this scheme please resolve my complain

I didn't get any user id and details to login

Hi. My name is dhiraj kumar singh. My customer id is d87437. I have been trading in angel broking from past 4 month. I have tried to withdraw my fund to my hdfc bank. It is showing as releasable ammount as zero but i have rs, 35503. I don't know when it will be credited. I want the money as soon as possible. Also whenever, i want to withdraw money it shows in negative. I don't know why it is like that. Please help me...

My client ID is P103254 and my account has been suspended without any prior notice. I have call customer care services of angel broking may be like 500 times by now but not a single call has been answered. I tried to seek help through all means but still issue is not resolved. There was no issue while adding funds to my account but now due to account suspension I am not able to withdraw my money.

I want to close cnbc 1002 and please transfer my sare to another demat account.in 2018 my one month transaction was near about one corer and due to poor language and poor services i slowly move my whole business to another broker still today when i tried to again starts and think about activating my account by purchasing new share still their language is poor and abusive

Today one of your angel representative uses abusive language with me and he said "sala mujhe app pe hassi atti ha ki app ko app nahi chalani atti"

I want to lodge complaint vide cnbc 1002 against [protected], [protected] one is manager representing angel and another is his staff they both are talking like gundde and maximum of person whom i know had already left angel due to their bad behaviour.

Please take serious action against both of them

Hi my id is s157605 i am trading from angelbroking, From past couple of months my money is missing in my account. i raised the tickets with no luck. no one is there to give immediate support. totally irresponsible.
If we earn money fund value should increase, but my fund value is going to reverse direction (money is reducing from my money)
then where is this money going?
once money is gone, it is gone, angel is not at all giving any justification to my money.
