Hi My Client id is S157605 i am trading from angelbroking, From past couple of months my money is missing in my account. i raised the tickets with no

luck. no one is there to give immediate support. totally irresponsible.

If we earn money fund value should increase, but my fund value is going to reverse direction (money is reducing from my money)

then where is this money going?

once money is gone, it is gone, angel is not at all giving any justification to my money.
why dont you take responsibility of client money? Dont you give imp to client?

        Dear sir,

        I have broking account with your company with client code j76643
        My account is debited by you as on june 01, 2020 for rs.94.40 and on july 01, 2020 for rs 354 with narration (Charges for settlement transaction).. However before account opening it was communicated by your executive that no charges will be levy except for intraday trade.

        Then why and on what basis these charges was debited, please refund it on immediate basis..

                This incident happens on 18-06-20 @ 10.33 am, just after account opening process. With angel broking :-

                • i opened my account with angel broking on 18-06-20 wil and my user id is - r194571.

                • after opening of account, one of angel broking agent call me at 10.34 am on 18-06-20 and told that “ i am appointed your relationship manager from angel broking and your account mapped with me”. After introduction talk he insisted me to join angel platinum service. I refused to join it in first instance but he told me that i am sending a mail link to you and you just opened the mail link and fill the questionnaire. That will be helpful to provide client centric support in future.

                • to believe on their word, i opened a mail link, and again said to him that this mail seems to related with angel platinum advisory service and i did not want to join this. But again he told me that you do not need to worry about it. I assure to you no amount will be deducted from your account. You just fill the questionnaire and submit it.

                • to believe on their word and assurance, i fill the questionnaire and submit it. During the entire process, angle broking agent were present on other side of phone call.

                • when i got message that 5000 rupees amount will be deducted from my account within 24 hours then immediately i contacted to angel broking customer support number. After several try, i did not able to contact angel broking customer support service.

                • instantly, i raise my 2 complains including one complain of their agent simultaneously to angel broking on their e-mail address ‘ [protected]@angelbroking.com’at 11.16 am on 18-06'20 after occurrence of this incident. And my lodged two complain no is :[protected]/[protected].

                • in a reply mail, angel broking assured to provide resolution with in 24 hours. But i did not get any reply from angel broking sidetill date.

                • angel broking debited 5000 rupees from my account on 19-06-20

                •. Again, i wrote a mail to angel broking on 19-06-20 and also raise my concern on twitter account. But till date, i did not get any resolution from angel broking and not any one contacted me in this regard.
                • it was unacceptable that angel broking agent doing a such a unprofessional behaviour and doing such a malpractices with newly joined client to earn money.
                • i also observe that after opening the account with angel broking, i am getting every day 10 calls from different angel broking agent and only purpose of this call is to force the client to join the angel platinum service. This is really a unethical practices of a brokerage company to force a client to join their services.
                • i want to tell other friends, who want to open account with angel broking to be careful about angel broking agent call and also note that their customer support is non-existent.
                • i strongly demand rs 5000 ruppes will be refunded to my account immediately without deduction of a single rupees.. If my entire money will be not refunded then i will also planning to lodge a complaint with sebi/ nse and other consumer forum sites.

                      I found there is unnecessary extra 18% has been charge from my account, for that query i have been reaching out to angelbroking since last 1 month, but they are not responding
                      No one picks up call on call center, sent more than 50 mail to [protected]@angelbroking.com since last 1 month, there is no response

                      I registered complaint on sebi as well, awaiting their reply

                      Couple of week back complaint was raised to consumer complaints, but it was marked as solved without resolution, i am not getting any help from angel broking, they are not picking up my phone, they are not responding on my mail... I request your support to escalate this to highest level of angel broking.

                        This incident happened on 9th june, 2020. That's when i noticed that rs.5, 000 has been dr. Towards platinum advisory services. I received a whatsapp message from the platinum advisor with his details after a few moments.
                        The thing is, i have not subscribed to or enrolled in any such additional services. I have not received any emails or calls regarding this either. I have every proof to show that i haven't authorized such a transaction. But on what right did angel broking charge me rs.5, 000 without my knowledge and consent?
                        This happened on june 9 and i raised a complaint with [protected]@angelbroking.com on june 9th itself. The very same day.
                        After having received no response, i took to social media to tweet it across. That's when i noticed several clients/customers are facing this similar issue.
                        What gives angel broking the right to charge their customers without their knowledge and consent?
                        I have been trying to reach on their customer support numbers and emails. But i am unable to get through.
                        This is unacceptable, they are even ignoring me. One of their advisors said that they are unauthorised to raise this complaint. If they could charge me without my permission and consent, isn't it basic etiquette to help their customer?
                        I demand rs.5, 000 be refunded back immediately, without a penny less. The entire sum of rs.5, 000.
                        Please be careful when you open an account with angel broking. Their customer support is non-existent.

                        It was time consuming. After having reached out to them on several occasions, I noticed that the same was refunded.
                        However, there was no official response to any of the emails I send.
                        I had also registered a complaint on SCORES, since there isn't a provision to withdraw the same, I hope @Angel Broking informs them that the same has been resolved.
                        I'm glad that the entire amount of Rs.5, 000 was refunded.

                            I am holding an account with Angel broking, today i.e., on 10.06.2020 I have taken BANKNIFTY 20600 PE in intraday, as per procedure it should be squared off after specific time but the same was not squared off. the same was showing in my account till this time.

                            Further, when I contacted customer care and came to know that due to server problem this happened, this is not the first time, during this year on several occasions the server strucked and unable to see the live price, the price not moving.

                              Worst broker service and platform. Due to their technical square off issue i lost my capital and profit. Even i raised complaint and called to technical support, no proper response. May-20-2020 issue raised till now no single reply.. They cheated... Don't invest in angel broking..

I requested on mail to open my account on but they do not did soo... No support was provided regarding trading and all... No training provided to me... No one was picking my calls... Really furstrated with this organisation...

                                Angel broking reply dega ki nahi kabhi 5-6 ho gaye user id suspended ka mail kiye hua koi reply nahi de raha hai... Aur call bhi nahi utha rahe bc... 10000 deposite kiya hua hai trading ac me waise hi fasa hua hai... Faltu hai saale.. Service bhi faltu..

                                    I am a small investor investing of rupees 55400 in angel broking for intraday and keeping the P/L records in manually and generating the profit of rupees 4219 between 4 may 2022 to 1 June 2020. Angel broking is debiting the interest charges of rupees 111 and delivery settlement for the month of may 2020 of rupees 324.
                                    Therefore total 435 rupees transitional deduction made by angel broking for the month of may 2020,
                                    When I am going to withdraw my fund capital + earn profit from angel broking . I was surprised you can only withdrawal of rupees 54600 only.
                                    But my total withdrawal should be 59225 after transactional deduction adjustment.
                                    I am contacting many time to the angel broking customer care to explain the deposited amount and P/L, why it is not giving the correct amount to withdrawal from angel broking.
                                    angel broking is just cheating to the small investors customers . Now a days I do not understand how to get my money. Therefore my friend please do not open demat account in angel broking. they are cheating to us and finally convert complete fund in zero.
