I am a small investor investing of rupees 55400 in angel broking for intraday and keeping the P/L records in manually and generating the profit of rupees 4219 between 4 may 2022 to 1 June 2020. Angel broking is debiting the interest charges of rupees 111 and delivery settlement for the month of may 2020 of rupees 324.
Therefore total 435 rupees transitional deduction made by angel broking for the month of may 2020,
When I am going to withdraw my fund capital + earn profit from angel broking . I was surprised you can only withdrawal of rupees 54600 only.
But my total withdrawal should be 59225 after transactional deduction adjustment.
I am contacting many time to the angel broking customer care to explain the deposited amount and P/L, why it is not giving the correct amount to withdrawal from angel broking.
angel broking is just cheating to the small investors customers . Now a days I do not understand how to get my money. Therefore my friend please do not open demat account in angel broking. they are cheating to us and finally convert complete fund in zero.

    I tried to reset my password on angel broking app with the user id a17205, but it shows that user id is invalid. Request you to pls help me let me know my user id so that i can reset password.

        Hi Angel Broking i opened account 2 weeks ago. I added my all saving 10000 Rs. 30 June 2020 i received a call from Angel Broking from Number [protected] a Lady was talking She told me about my stocks after that she said your account details are not completed we sent you a mail plz complete the Submission i saw there is Angel Platinum Submit i said Madam i dont need Angel Platinum She said sir its just Submission to Complete your account details its free of cost i blindly trusted on her and submit the submission after that i received msg of 5000 Rs. Debit i sent mail to Angel Broking Support to cancel this before service activate But No Help. I lost my half of Savings without invest a single Rupee. Kindly please Cancel Angel Platinum and Refund My 5000 Rs.
        I already contacted on [protected]@angelbroking.com and On customer care No Response the one who manipulated me Blacklisted my Phone Number instead helping me

          I found there is unnecessary extra 18% has been charge from my account, for that query I have been reaching out to Angelbroking since last 1 month, but they are not responding
          No one picks up call on call center, sent more than 50 mail to [protected]@angelbroking.com since last 1 month, there is no response

          I registered complaint on SEBI as well, awaiting their reply

          I tried call multiple times on Angle broking call center...no one picks up call even after stays on call for more than 30mns
          There are more than 50 mails I sent on [protected]@angelbroking.com, no response
          You can check mail with my client ID, you will see lots of mail, every day I am sending couple of mail for reminder, no one response..

            V116243 angel broking customer executive manipulated me for the submission for angel platinum she asked me to complete my accout details i blindly trusted on her and she had submission for angel platinum to me and my 5000 rs debited. I dont want angel platinum kindly plz refund my 5000 rs. And cancel angel platinum. Still i didnt used this service for a single day and dont want to use. Maybe in future il buy this but currently i can afford

            Yesterday i got call And Customer Service Manipulated me for Angel Platinum Today my money got debited and i sent 2 mails yesterday and and one mail today Still they said they will fix it in 2 days in working day sat and sunday i s close so i have to wait

              I have accidentally enrolled for platinum membership on 27 may. 2020. I am a beginner in the share market and i have no idea about trading account or demet account. I was learning to run my account and accidentally took a platinum membership. Or i did not know that platinum membership would be charged from my trading account. Please deactivate my platinum membership and refund my money please. My client id is a218864

                Hello,

                This is vijayant kumar maharaj (Angel broking account number - v59583) was holding infosys ltd (110 shares) which i have recently sold out. However, i was going through my statement from last 2 years i am not receiving cash dividend from company. Details are below:

                Ex date - 23rd oct 2019 interim dividend 8 rs / share - (110*8= 880)
                Ex date - 13th june 2019 final dividend 10.50 rs / share - (110*10.50= 1155)
                Ex date - 24th jan 2019 special dividend 4 rs / share - (110*4= 440)
                Ex date 25th oct 2018 interim dividend 7 rs / share - (110*7= 770)
                Ex date 14th june 2018 special dividend 5 rs / share - (110*5= 550)
                Ex date 14th june 2018 final dividend 10.25 rs / share - (110*10.25= 1127.50)

                Total amount is pending from your side is 4922.50 yet to be received in my account.

                Kindly let me know why have i not received my dividends so far as well as by what date i will be receiving it???

                  Hi team,

                  I have bought 135 shares of bajaj finance @ 1877 avg price, after adding brokerage and taxes my average price is coming 1882 / share. However, in my portfolio, bajaj finance avg price is showing even more higher 1888.24 and my investment value is showing 254913 (Rs 1745) difference. However my actual investment value is 254080 around and avg buy price should be 1882 with brokerage and taxes.

                  Therefore, it is showing difference in day gain/day loss also.

                  Kindly make the correction on urgent basis.

                  Pls help me resolving this issue on high priority.

                    On saturday i recieved call from one representive he forced me to enroll the angel broking platinum service for 5000 inr. He told me that money will not debited now. But money was debited from my account on sunday. Three time i wrote to the customer care support but no response till now. Is this service? I have requested to cancel the service 3 times but no one pick my call no reply from who was called me to buy this service. I requested again to please refund my money to my ledger account. This is a big harrasment. Client id is k125459

                      Angel broking is not giving me any assistance regarding closure of my account. As on 23may 2020. My account has no pending balance. They are misleading me. They just want us to open account for that they can call 1000 times a day. Worst service i'll never recommend this broker to anyone. Please help me.

                        Hi my demat account in angel broking my client Is is A180097. Angel broking used my account in future and option without my knowledge they trading in future and option in March and April month by which my account is in negative 24000 rupees. Please take necessary action. Or I will go to take legal action.

                                Not able to withdraw the fund which is available in the ledger using angel broking app. Requesting you to deposit the ledger amount to the registered account.

                                I am following up on this issue with angel support for past 3 months. The customer support when i call them, the agree that fund is available to withdraw, but they were not able to withdraw for me because of technical issue. But, i don't get further update and i didn't get resolution for 3 months.

                                Please find few angel broking service reference no. Below for proof.

                                Apr 21, #:[protected], open the application click on three horizontal lines on left corner click on the funds section select withdrawal option fill the amount you wish to withdraw submit, didn't work
                                Apr 30, #:[protected], please note that you can only take payout of your settled funds. From your ledger account to your bank account.
                                Updated ledger statement has been sent on your registered mail id, it is a vague reply.
                                May 5, kindly note that as your ifsc code is not active in your account you are unable to withdraw funds. We request you to send a screen shot of your cancelled cheque to activate it, this is tried and didn't work - please check with veena. Kpandit, deepali. Sakinala for information.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have started trading and submitted my fund in angle brooking rs. 1 lakh dated 13th march. On 30th march the ledger balance was 157075.41. Next day dated 31st march i have purchased the share worth rs. 151437.81 and the balance was 5637.6. On the same day i have used margin and added more share worth rs. 151050 and the balance was -145412.4. Which angle has reported to you as on 31st march for which i have received a mail from nse alert on 4th of may 2020. On 1st of april i have added rs. 1 lakh and the balance became rs. -45412.4. On 1st of april i have purchased the share worth rs. 45506.8 (Used margin money for this.) and now the balance became rs. -258903 whereas it should be -91013.6. I have spoken to them multiple times but every one was giving me different story. Some was saying your money got stuck at exchange they cant do any thing. Some was saying it was auction then where is detail and when they have intimated me, some of their executive as teaching me balance sheet. I really don't understand how they behave like this with their customer. I got only rs. 71148 and my rs. 171676.96 is lost.

                                        I am attaching here the ledger shared by them on 3rd may 2020. I have marked cell in red where the balance showing -258903 and given my calculation in column "i"

                                        Also want to highlighted a report which they have shared me on 6th may where they are showing opening balance zero. Attaching here the pdf report which doesn't seems to be automated else they would have not missed the previous entry what they are showing in ledger.

                                        Request you to please help me to save my money.
