We received tax invoice call up notice for 3631-sme-j/b3-0103 in invoice not attached photograph for completion of plaster and plumbing work. I visited site plaster work not completed in unit till 25 july 2019., toilets are still pending. I purchased this plot in 2010 from ansal builder thinking that such a big builder might be genuine builder. Initially they keep on making excuse of dumping ground but as it has shifted i am still waiting for my plot possession in which i invested every single penny i got after retirement. I am in mental trauma as my health and finances are deteriorating each day. I am worried that if i would be able to get this plot in my life. I am shocked that how these frauds take place. Is government also involved in these frauds because how a company can cheat people of crores without govt support. Shame to our country cheaters.

I had booked a flat in paradise diamond 2 sushant golf city, ansals api in 2010 and has paid periodical instalments for some time. However inspite of frequent inquiries and personal contact the builder has not given any reason of delay in construction or handing over of flats till date. Even i had requested for refund and have deposited necessary documents more than six months back to the company but no action has been taken by the company till date.
Uprera number for the project is also not available to lodge the complaint with rera.
Kindly help and advice.

In october 2013 i booked a flat with ansal api infrastructure. Later on till august 2015 they took around 22 lacs from me in terms of 5% contribution in 6 installment. At the time of booking they told that project will start in august 2015 but its been almost 4 years since their said date and still in june 2019 they have not started the project nor they have given my money back.

I have made my application for refund of my money which I have paid for my Project at Ansal Sushant megapolis Greater Noida E202F 515-AAsra(EWS).kindly look into the matter. Company have stopped the project but we have chose to withdraw from project and asked for refund. last time in on telephonic conversation with company it told that you have no status for any refund .kindly look into the matter and help us to get back our hard earned money.

I had purchase flat in ansal api tower orchid country threw their future estates tower no 5 and flat no 202. At the time of commitment manager at site commit me price is 2325 and payment 25 per at the time of booking and rest of the amount at the time of possession.
I had paid 25 per cent amount and after that they ask for 75per cent portion to be paid threw bank loan on my name. At that time i was denied for bank loan.
If the tower and flat is ready i am ready to take posertikn otherwise refund my paid amount with interest.

Please help me to refund my amount back or pojessiin of this flat

I have taken a possession of my house on 10th may 2019. There are couple of things are pending at time of possession like ac are not tested, guest bathroom tiles, key not provided for child room.

Now nobody is looking into this. I have visit couple of time to ansal esencia office but nobody providing a solution.

Please solve my issue asap.

I had requested for a car park in ansal api @ ajmer apropos my house # d-162 to praveen. Instead i was asked to purchase extra land adjoining d162 for which i paid plc too measuring around 50 sq yards or so. Mr vishal gave the following advice :

Dear sir,

As discussed there is an extra land area which is adjoining to your house towards road side, which was not demarked at the time of registration, now the same is demarked and the final area of the extra land in approx 42 sq. Mtr (. E. 50.23 sq. Yrd.), as per the agreement between us any change id area of plot and buildup increases or decreases will be adjusted as per the rates at the time of booking.

Detail as follows :-

Extra area – 50.23 sq. Yrd.

Plot rate at the time of booking (I. E.)– 3200 per sq. Yrd

Net payment to be payment – rs. 160736/-

Mr vishal was given my antecedents but in a hurry he could not put forth and upon my verbal request, requested rebate in view of the following as undermail will reveal. Mr vishal has already approached the ansal hq and assured me that reply will follow in 2 hours. This has not yet come. The mail to vishal is as under:

Dear vishal,
Based on the loyalty n the following antecedents please get maximum rebate at the earliest.
Request rebate in view of:
1. Commonwealth gold medalist.
2. Siachen awardee
3. Former army officer
4. Advisor to the government of jharkhand in higher n technical education at ranchi.
5. Senior citizen.
6. Known to ansal since his days at mes delhi.

I have not yet received the quarterly interest cheques till date for the periods of october - december, 2018 & january - march, 2019 for the extended/f. D. R. Nos. 1278236 & 5178236 as per the nclt order. I haven’t also yet received the refund of the maturity amount of inr 506662.00 for one of the extended fds which matured on 18th april, 2019. The fact that there is a deafening silence from the said company in reference inspite of repeated reminders it proves how the said company has the gumption of violating the orders of the honourable nclt with impunity over & over again.

I am a senior citizen & my husband of 65+ years old is a retired person & a non pensioner.in view of our limited source of income being senior citizens, interest we earn through such investments takes care of our sustenance.

Non - payment of the interest & principal on maturity in reference is not only causing us lot of hardship meeting our basic needs in life but also a direct contravention of the order of the honourable nclt.

I would, therefore, request you to do the needful & dispense this case at the earliest.

I have booked a flat in s3b tower in february 2012. Flat was to be given to me within 3 yrs. Not handed over to me till date. Almost all money has been paid to them. They are cheaters. We have applied for the aasra and bharosa. Scheme and after that i have cancelled that but still i didn't get my refund. We have paid 18550. And the form number was 0284. Raseed number 1151

It's being more then 5 years i haven't get the refund. And i have complaint about this lots of time. So please refund my money otherwise i will go and file a complaint against you guys

Ansals are not maintaining roads it is in worse condition lots discomfort for elderly people, pregnant women and patients. Whole area of c block, c2 blick of sushant lok 1 gurgaon needs proper roads for residents. We had been observing it from last 4 years no repairing had done. Conditions are getting worse please take action so that basic amenities should be provided to the residents.

I would, therefore, request you to do the needful & dispense this case at the earliest.
Furthermore, i would further remind & request you thereof to dispense our case for also remitting the interest for the quarter of january - march 2019 which has already fallen due for payment.

I have transferred a plot on re sell basis and plot no k2- 86 in octobet 2011 and it was told by ansal that possession of plot will be given within 2 years but after 7 years i am not getting any reply. This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked a flat in ansal api’s project named “basera enclave” on 17/03/2012 unit name - 3611-k-c2/0206 sector - k, lucknow but even after 6 years till now there has been no sign of construction happening there. I even dropped an application to ansal api on 16/01/2018 requesting for the refund of my money with interest. I gave a cheque amounting to rs. 95000/- (Cheque no. 335604 - pnb) on 17th march, 2012 as downpayment and took a loan of rs 15, 00, 000 from lichfl.

It is getting very difficult for me to pay the emi’s to you as neither i am getting the flat of my own to stay nor there seems to be any progress in it. So please provide me the money back as soon as possible

The buyer flat agreement dated 31.12.2013 between buyer and developer company (Ansals) was signed. Clause 5.1 regarding possession of flat stipulated that ansals would complete the development within 36 months from the execution of this agreement.

But to utter surprise, even after 4 years, ansals could not even start the construction of t5d whereas all other towers were near completion.

In the month of july 2017, i had cancelled the allotment which was well accepted and approved by ansals. Now, ansals are not responding to any queries neither to whatsapp messages nor taking the telephone calls reg. Their schedule of repayment of deposited money to tem as per above schedule. Even e-mails remain unanswered. Within the last two years they have just paid rs.1, 00, 000 in two instalments of rs.50, 000 each without any communication. They do not respond about the further repayment of deposited money. Only lingering on to say we shall pay but not paying.

I request the consumer forum to help me in getting my money refunded from ansals immediately.

Hi,
It all stated when i purchased a land in api ansal (Sushant taj city) agra.in 2012, we are allocated a plot number b-81 after a long waiting of 2 years. We were so happy that it would be dream land and we would be able to construct a house.

I personally spoke to manger of api ansal sandeep jain, where i was guided that as soon as i get the plot, i would be able to do registration and construction work in 2013-14.

However, the concern is from the last 7 years the property still under developed. It means there is no sign of any construction in all b - block.

We are looking to build our property from last 7 years. Due to this, we paid unnecessary rent living at different property. I tried to contact ansal api delhi office through phone, which is nightmare. It has never been connected from last 3 years.

I have contacted the consumer court, and ready to file a case but i was guided to put a file complain as a proof and notified to ansal which would be helpful in court case.

I would like to resolve the issue, relocation of my plot to different property in ansal properties in india, where people are currently living. I don't mind if its different state.
Or, relocation of land at different company, like api ansal housing,.in the end, its belongs to same mutual owners.
Or, relocation of land in ansal sushant taj city with compensation due to loss in renting.
Or, refund the money to me., which would be favourable from both parties.

I booked a flat in paradise diamond-2- ansal api-lucknow (Golf city) in 2010. At the time of booking, they assured to give possession with in 36 months (3 years). But after 8 years, construction of the project is not started. I am calling in his office and some mobile numbers, which i have, they are not picking my phone. I contacted him in the office, many time and got same message that " construction will start with in 2-3 months.
It is surprising that such a big company is not responding.
Please suggest me for further action.
