Hi Team

I have a Geyser which I recently installed. From the day one it has some problems and I request service to resolve it. No one is able to resolve the problem and it has stopped working now. This is really pathetic experience. I am continously dropping emails and no response from the team. I am requesting for the replacement of this, but no one is helping me.

With reference to complaint matter, I wish to inform you that I had purchased a 6 ltr. Storage geyser on 19.12.2021 from Raipur electronics bansdroni Kolkata. Further on 20.12.2021 for installation and demo technician Mr. Tanmoy Mondal had been assigned with Installation request no. 15479265.
Mr. Mondal has visited and partially done his installation and demo job... and asking for job closure code with a assurance to revisited on 21.12.2021 for complete the installation and demo job.

But this is serious irresponsible behave of Mr. Mondal towards his job. he was not picking his phone while I have regularly called him and also sending a text message regarding the same.

In view of the above, I have also approached Raipur electronics but nothing happened. Please lodged a complaint against the said technician and resolve the pending issues as early as possible.

Not working. Showing e0 error.

I contacted AO SMITH CUSTOMER SERVICE for water purifier routine service on 6.11.2021. A person named Brijesh was appointed for the same . Mobile number -[protected]; [protected] . He without my permission changed parts charged me RS 5300 . I was surprised because I had never paid so much for services before . However to my disappointment the filter stopped working since the next day . And I have been trying to contact Brijesh . He just tells any time never comes . I am a doctor and have off only on few weekends . This weekend also till now I have been waiting for him . He is not answering calls

We have logged an interest for Servicing 6th December but no one from the team turned up for 4 days. We are following up and we have to request them to send someone.

The service executive arrived on 11th December. HE did not have any id card no proof tht he has come from AOSmith, We spoke to his senior before he started working.
He cleaned the tank and left, he seemed very young and new to this job and also seemed untrained. After he left by evening we got to know the tank was having leakage the outlet water pipe was continuously flowing despite of putting the purifier off.

We raised the complaint to the same Service person but he declined to revisit saying its is too late and will visit tomorrow and he said he will call back in the morning.

We had not received any call from anyone till evening we had to reach out to the senior team member after we did that the same person came down on 12th December 2021 and he said his byke was not functioning so he got delayed. And after he saw the tank he still he could no resolve the issue he said he will talk to the senior and send him. The Senior person Saurabh came and he said the pump has some issue and will take time and he does not have the pump. Will come tomorrow to resolve the issue.

No one call or inquired on 15th December also and no one from the service center is following up on what is the status. all giving rubbish reason.

I really regret buying AO Smith. this no acceptable The issue is still not resolved I am really dissapointed the service.

The water heater makes Noise during heating, Very unpleasant and feels that it may malfunction. Compare to other gysers not happy with the noise it comes during heating, so I raise a service request to fix this problem when I get a call from service manager Ritul Pakhali[protected] he ask me that didn't seller told you about this issue ?? I replied him no then he says I can't help you with this problem it's company fault and we raise this issue to company. Even company's service person raised product fault to company why they still selling this product? He even told me to make complaint to consumer forum. My opinion has completely changed about the AO Smith. No more "fit it forget it" As It make noise.

I have bought this ao smith water heater sds-015 from amazon, which was delivered on 8th of November for which I have booked a installation from 3rd party on 1 December due to my pincode-242001. Your services aren’t here.
Yesterday i just unbox the water heater for installation then i saw a broken/damaged near corner and taping with white same color tape which was totally unexpected. Amazon is saying that i have to contact manufacturer...

With great anguish and disaapointment I want to let you know that my AOsmith 25 litre capacity geyser has given poor quality performance and below par unaccepatable standard.

Your technician has visited the site 3 times this week itself each time for the same issue giving us absolute assurance that the product is repaired but the very next day we face the same problem again.

He has changed the wire, thermostat but the problem stands unresolved.

We urge you the replace the product with new one because of extremely poor quality standards.
Such sub standard performance bring disgrace to company.
Your service centre employee[protected] had placed technician visit for the repair but nobody has come up and we have been trying calls all day long to[protected] but nobody has answered .

It seems all aur complaints are in vain.

I feel highly disaapointed and regret our decision to buy your product.

I urge the product to be replaced.

I am disappointed by seeing these thing in a gyser of registered company . I had buyed this gyser but you are not using a good material for outer coating. Please check my photo below and give me service

More than a week lot of calls made my parcel has not been delivered. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send me the same.

I received product 5 days before no one came for installation such a useless customer service

No proper flow of hot water through shower.

Previous complaint not resolved yet.

When we on the water tap big sound of tak, tak observed

I purchased above geyser on 04/01/2021 in Gurugram and in that season it broke down not less than 5 times. Each time the technician would come and repair and it would then work for few days or a week and again it would develop a fault.
The second season has just started and again it has broken down. I have requested by sending several emails that there is inherent problem with this geyser and they should replace it.
i have not received a positive reply from A O Smith so far

Water heater complaint registered 2 days back but no support received yet. Calling incessantly

Hope you are doing well !

I'm really not satisfied with the service giving in my location -Kakinada- 533005. Last year I purchased z8 water purifier and due to issues it was replaced with other one by AO Smith company. I have checked with call support regarding warranty of replacement product, they said it is in warranty. Here, local technicians not accepting this warranty given by AOSmith company. They are calling and telling me this is paid service and I need to pay. They will visit to check the issue only if I confirm to pay .

Please update the below points and reply in the same email.

1) Please let me know replacement product will cover under warranty or not?

2) Why same technician visits to my house from past 1 year for all my requests, Is this really helpful to the customer and company to take any feedback?

3) Why AOSmith technical persons is asking to pay money in warranty also. I can see warranty status active but technical agents not able to see is big question mark.

4) Why my ticket closed#15072012 without proper justification?

5) Please let me know in warranty period what will be covered
including filters(candles). I need clear details.

6) I m not getting the taste water from purifier. Please resolve at free of cost.

@Team, I need update on all points.

I need permanent solution on these issues.

Just 20 days ago I bought x4+ water purifier now it is not working at all

Our water geyser has not been wrking since last one week.It is getting tripped when we on it .despite registering our complaint nobody is attending to the same causing us hardships .please attend to our complaint immeditely as the winter has set in .
