Took apollo munich insurance through citibank joint agreement plan. Had the below queries and tried to reach them by all possible means through email, local no, online chat with no luck... No one cares to support or even local agents based out of kerala is not willing to help as they claim its not sold directly and thru an associate bank. My policy has renewed without my confirmation. How they renew my policy without customer confirmation. Please refund my amount otherwise i will raise this issue. This member addition request was registered almost 6 months back. All the asked formalities were fulfilled then and time by time whenever it was asked.

We went to maharaj agrasen hospital at 4.20 am in morning of 3rd november 2018, because of the reason that the the patient was restless due to severe pains in the chest, and was not able to stand properly. And even not able to breath properly and she is having pain like hell
Patient was in emergency doctor gave her many injections and medicinices but nothing worked it out so doctor piyush jindal adviced us to that...

My policy id ea00325052 was due for renewal in july. I had already pay the premium before the expiry day in canara bank, jagat farm gamma 2 branch, greater noida as i was instructed by concerned person of apollo munich, mr. Abhijheet (Area manager of canara bank apollo munich insurance).
