I have the Optima Restore policy # [protected]-01. I am calling your customer care service people for last 6 months to add my new born baby to the policy. I have still not got anyone who can collect the money from me & renew the policy.

In last 4 months few people have called me & telling me that they will come to renew policy but after so many calls also noone came. My baby is already 7 months...

i have taken a health policy from apollo munich my policy no is [protected], i am payng aprox INR10000 per year from last three years, this year i claimed inr14000, i have submitted all the documents to their claim settling co.(family health plan tpa co ltd) lucknow office nd while submitting documents i asked them plz check any thing elese you require but they told no every thing is o.k. We sent the request in that respone they asked for some document which we send after recieving there request.

Again after getting those docment they asked for some other document when we sent that they asked for some other.

Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company has rejected my health insurance claim with out giving a valid explanation.
