Hi my policy number is [protected]-04 and I submitted the pre with claim for initial cashless approval yesterday evening at 5pm approx.it was sent by ILS hospital salt lake kolkata.On calling today at customer care of apollo munich I was told that the email sent from hospital was not received but the hospital has received auto generated acceptance mail from your end.Today morning the hospital sent email again but again the customer care said it did not receive the mail but auto generated mail has come.this is utter harassment and I regret to say that a premium insurance company is behaving so irresponsibly.I am hospitalized and has to undergo this harassment.Kindly take quick action against this

    One of your employ alok gautam done fraud transaction with my a/c through amazon online purchaging. And at time he was posted at panipat location and his mob. No. Was [protected].

    After complaining fir and submitted it to amazon and the i get information from amazon. The details is below-

    I tried to catch but he left the house and switch off the mobile latter it on and the call diverted to another appolo munich employ mr. Sunil vishwakarma who is posted in chandigarh the no. Is [protected].
    Mr. Sunil is denied for any link with alok gautam even call is diverted to him three times.

    My concern is to inform to prestigious group appolo munich to aware this type people and i do not want to hurt anyone.

      Please note that it has been a month since there in no status of being covered under the policy or not.. Further the money towards the premium has been cleared a month back itself.

      It is hard to believe of the large and reputed organization especially in such an industry and sector like medical insurance.

      Not sure of the losses (Hope doesn't arises) especially on family floater policy that has been applied for.

      Look forward to a revert before the next logical step initiated as have almost lost patience.

      Dis-satisfied (Probable) client for apollo munich. This is the scenario where the corporate policy has been with the apollo and no benefit extended at all.

        Dear sir,

        I, b. Sunil kumar, s/o. B. Venkatesham, residence of kamareddy, nizamabad district.

        I met with the accident in 2012, my left leg was broken, fixed with a supporting rod. There after i got insured with apollo munich.In 2016 january i got removed my supporting rod with a surgery.

        But insurance was not claimed by apollo munich. I complained to the insurance company through a toll free number and also to a apollo munich agent. I paid all the expenses from myself.

        Since the insurance claim was forwarded through hospital, as i asked for insurance claim, i got a reply that my insurance claim has been cancelled by the insurance company.

          I sachin kumar mamber id [protected] my claim id 401651 i submit all the document that you reqiuerd but bymistak the hospital bill have software error that the total was wonge amount is 32300 i pay to hospital 12500 and 19800 rs are out standing in the total * (14700+7700) if you calculate the total 22400 but as per i say that was the software error i resubmit the origenal bill the amount is same but the total rectify and total is 22400 i calim 12500 rs and the remaing amount was discounted by the hospital in this bill i produse all the document you reqiue but your claim department raise the quiry of 19800 recipt i told befor that was the total mistake i alredy produse the original bill again what the claim departmet doing that they not check any kind of total of the bill i am alredy is apollopharmacy empli oyee if you nnot provide a good service to your co members why we recomend the coustmer to take a apollo munich policy for mentaly harasment i am afred to say that your service is third class i khow that you dont look any coustmer complent coustmer is usless to you please look after the your services please

            To whomsoever it may concern

            I am enjoying optima restore policy from your company from last 3 years and on 16th march2016 an executive from your company name aadesh kumar (Code no[protected] visited to collect the premium cheque for my existing policy, after receiving the cheque he asked for any reference for a new policy and also prompted me to get the same policy for my husband which i agreed upon. He explained me features of optima restore policy again and told me premium of rs.4598 for a cover of 5 lakh. When i asked why the premium is so less whereas my premium is high the he told me since it is a fresh policy that is why premium is low. After my approval he took my signatures on the proposal form and i on his good faith has signed the proposal form. As a layman customer i was not aware that different policy have different proposals form. He fraudulently took the signatures on form as the upper side of the form which mentions the name of the policy was folded. He has done a fraud by selling me a policy which i never asked for.
            It is further advised that after collecting the cheque mr. Adesh never responded to me to inform the status of the policy document. On my constant pursuance i could trace him out who then sent me the policy document on my mail on 6th april2016 whereas the cheque was debited from my account on 16th marc2016. I never received the hard copy of the policy and after my constant chase up i received the document on my mail. After going through policy document i found out that it was “easy health policy” instead of optima restore, i immediately contacted aadesh to confirm about this upon which he admitted his mistake and told me he did the mistake out of confusion (His calls may be tracked for confirmation). The i asked him to get the policy converted in to optima restore upon which he flatly refused that it cannot be converted, after that i called up customer care and asked them for solution and they also gave me same response that it cannot be converted so i told them to cancel my policy as this policy was mis-selled to me. After that i got several calls from customer care asking the reasons but no-body gave me the solution and finally they told me that i will be only getting 75% of the refund, i asked them the reason because as per irda if anybody cancels the policy with in free look period 100% amount is refunded then the customer care executive gave me a very vague reason that since i have admitted that this policy has been mis-selled therefore in this case they will not be refunding 100% amount.
            On 3rd may i again got a call from customer care and they told me that their sales head mr. Devendra singh rawat and aadesh kumar are also on line.In that conversation mr. Devendra singh rawat told me that 100 % money cannot be refunded and if i allow that they can now convert the policy into optima restore after taking deviation approval. If there is a process of taking deviation approval then why this step was not taken in the first instance. I never told mr. Rawat to convert the policy, i had asked him to give me day’s time to rethink over it and after that i get a message that my complaint has been resolved and closed.
            Fed up of such behavior i strongly instruct you to certainly cancel my policy and refund me 100% amount (Rs 4598) to avoid any legal complications otherwise i would be bound to knock the doors of higher ups/court of law.

              Hi,
              My policy no. is 110100/11001/[protected]-05. But your courier person said, your policy is dispatch is next week end. I have check the dispatch status is address is not complete. Last four year my policy deliver is same address without any disturbance...

              So, please provide the policy kit this week if any disturbance. Policy kit is dispatched on 25th May 2016. So, according to mail with in 10 days kit is handed over to policy holder. If any discrepancy, pls. call me [protected].

              You can not delivered the kit, so i can change the policy next year.

                This policy is not updated in there hyderabad office and they
                Reject my claim and same policy number we called chennai office and they says it is renewal till 2-4-2017. Now hospital send all details to hyderabad and they refuse to pass claim and says it has been expired on 2-4-2015 and where as i have proof with renewal kit from the company clear show it has been renewal till 2-4-2017. Tomorrow is the operation and patient is suffering a lot. So please take action immediately.

                  I have received a call for make the insurance adviser and after that a person named mr. Pradeep came to me to gather the documents. I have give him all the documents marksheet, address proof and cheque of 573 of bank of india. He has called me that the cheque has some issues. I told him to please return my cheque and the documents for now and collect some other time when my cheque will be ready. But even of many calls he always says he will be available tomorrow and not comming. It is now going to happen a month and i am not able to find a way how to deal with this guy. Sure this is my last attempt to get my document back in a gentle way. If you can help me to get my documents back that would be great. Otherwise i have to go to the legal process to get the documents back. I am sure you will help me to get back. Looking for your response. Thanks.

                    Hi,

                    I am having a policy with Apollo Munich having number "[protected]-03" which was due on 8th Mar, 2016.

                    The issue here is, our agent (Kunal Gulati[protected] has been continuously misbehaving with us from past few days (to meet personal targets or earning commission) not only in providing desired services, using harassing attitude, giving nasty comments (even blocked our contact number), but even willingly making it difficult for us to continue with Apollo Munich Services.

                    Having all the above said personal issues and such unacceptable nasty language, it is not possible to continue with such harassment.

                    So, I have requested the Apollo Munich customer care helpdesk to please get me rid of this agent and transfer my policy from under him to Direct Apollo Munich company, but somehow got no resolution even after chasing them for n number of times now (complaint number 2116664).

                    Would request you to please help me out of this situation and get my policy transferred from under that agent to direct Apollo Munich company.

                      Hello,

                      This is in regards to an eye treatment i had to undergo, i already had a insurance policy with apollo munich, i was surprised when the cashless approval and reimbursement got rejected by claims dept as this policy Optima Reinstore taken for me and for my family last year had promised too many benefits for consumers, and moreover the treatment costs were mere some thousand rupees for these people to insure.

                      I spoke to the customer care staff, as usual received an unsatisfactory response, contacted the branch office and the person from the claims department told me that they will not cover the treatment charges as the treatment is related to correcting the vision of the eye, well it proves clearly that they do not cover any insurance for treatment involved with human eye as every treatment is done to correct the vision of human eye.

                      It was a worst experience for me and for sure there is no chance of continuing with this sick company anymore in future.

                      I would suggest my fellow indians to ignore the advertisements by this company and calls from agents, don't get trapped, choose a better insurance company for you and your families as its a hopeless insurance firm and not worth for your money at all.

                        I had got admitted to hospital on 15th of January 2016 to get my gallbladder removed due to the existence of a huge stone. Got discharged on 21st. I made sure I got each and every tiny details and each and every small bit of documents provided by the hospital, including prescriptions - pre and post surgery. Inspite of sending all the necessary details with duly filled form so promptly, I have been getting emails stating few of my documents are missing. I am totally frustrated.

                          I bought apollo insurance for me even though I find it costly comparatively to other policy but just taking apollo as the brand leading insurance sector and who claims the best services. Now here is a very genuine case that is being treated like this. How easily you are announcing that you are dropping it for cashless. So that means Apollo only allow cases when they are fit to loose their lives... This is just not acceptable... It just sheer shocking for me as I am now lot concerned as if what treatment apollo munich insurance would normally do in other cases when they doing such a treatment in such a small and genuine case. If it is as such...where a customer is supposed to take things to the tribunal..then its better to go with low costing and low profile insurance company...as in both cases ..customer are made to run. And if i call the customer service they say only SORRY no other option for them

                            With the above mentioned subject I would like to draw you attention to the episode undergone by me To begin with, Last year in the month of January I took your company’s health insurance policy. As per telecom with the third party insurance seller (Policy bazar) I quoted EVERYTHING that was asked and EVEN disclosed my pre medical history. Here, during the conversation with the agent, I was informed that, since my age was 26 (during the inception of the policy, - Age in Approx.) I need not to undergo any medical checkup neither the past history is required. In the midst of the conversation I even revealed about my hospitalization during the year 2013 but again, he quoted that, it is not required to be mentioned. Now under the same scene, I received my policy wordings and they were in concern with guidance given by the third party insurance seller and I approved it by sending a concern via mail during the same clock I received the mail. Being very specific, though I quoted to the third party about the pre hospitalization, I was mis-leaded saying that, mentioning pre-history due to young age is not required and hence I sent my concern for accepting the same via mail With the pace of time I renewed it again in the month of January 2015. Unfortunately, in the month of June-July 2015 I got hospitalized on account of acute stomach pain. I took my initial treatment from WOCKHARDT hospital Rajkot. Here, as per rules all the papers were sent to the company but even though the cashless claim was rejected. I underwent treatment for GALL BLADDER under PHYSICIAN AND SURGON of the same hospital. At this junction I saw the policy wordings where it was mentioned that this treatment had waiting period of around 2 years and the rejection of the claim due to this reason was justifiable. Moreover, to clarify, doctors even mailed to the company that, my current hospitalization had nothing to do with my past hospitalization history To my surprise, I got a letter which stated that claim was rejected and policy was terminated due to non-revealing of the fact that I had G6PD deficiency wherein, I already mentioned about my past hospitalization to the agent during taking of the policy. Meanwhile, during the treatment, doctors mentioned I was having cancer spot (initial stage) in the gall bladder and due to which they made up the decision for removal of gall bladder and the connecting bile duct along with small part of wall of the leaver. Traumatic situation it was!. Fuel to the fire was added by the termination of policy Then on, after my surgery, I tried connecting to the company via mail but did not get any appropriate revert. On the 3rd of August 2015 received policy termination letter. Not stopping here, I kept on following the company officials via mail from the month of July onwards Secondly, I asked your company and the third party seller to provide the VOICE RECORDINGS taken during the time of taking the policy. But no one reverting on the same. On the other hand, they are charging time for no reason and are reverting very late. On this note, I would urge the company to look into the matter and re-enforce the policy and settle the claim as this surgery was done on the parameters of cancer Regards Nimit Jagdishbhai Ganatra

                              When we took policy we cleared everything that 20 yrs back I was having paralysis but naw everything is ok. Policy advisor said its ok . He took my document n signature on form and I got policy document .after few month I admitted in hospital due to normal weakness, headache, body pain and loss of appetite. I claim for my cashless policy but Appolo rejected and my advisor said I vl get reimbursement .after runing for 2 month they rejected my claim they r asking for 20 yrs back paralysis report .I don't have those report but all other required document I submitted.

                                Hi am rajesh chaurasia I have taken policy in month of January 2015 but I started by date 20th April 2015 before this I have I served 24 months in hdfc ergo. Your sales executive called me so many time to take policy of Apollo which is best in market so I trusted him and took policy of Apollo Munich at the time of policy acceptance and cheque given by me I asked so many time is my waiting period will also taken in consideration that I have already served for 24 months in HDfc ergo, he said you will be covered by day one for every disease become you are already served for 24 months in earlier company. And when after 1 months that is 16 May I had sevier pain in May abdomen I went to doctor and after diagnose I come to know there is stone that is ureteric calculus in mid ureter. Then I called to Apollo customer care that I have this problem is this covered in my policy they said yes it is covered become you have served for 24 months of waiting period.Then I submitte all documents related to that to Apollo Munich they said 5 documents are still pending become that is not in proper formate again I asked to hospital to provide documents so they prepared and in meanwhile a executive from you company collected the documents from hospital who come for verification. And when I told to Apollo about that they said we haven't received any doucments again I asked to hospital and requested for same documents and after long request they provided the documents third time in same formate as you required. But now today after so many efforts when the results comes they mailed me that your claim has rejected how simple for them to mail that it is rejected.                                   I have purchased a health policy from Apollo Munich in the year 2013 which was Optima Restore Family Floater. Best as stated in the policy was cashless treatment across India with good number of hospital network. But all this has changed when we apply for a claim. Best: I don't find any. Worst: They wont approve your claim, its a straight away rejection. Customer executives over the phone show so much pity on the consumer like "I am very sorry for the rejection". But when you ask for their superiors every one are busy all the time with other customers on the call. Will propose for a Call back from superiors which won't happen in this life time. Needed a document from previous illness from the year 2011, As if we or the local doctor maintain a database of illness and the paperwork.Explained the situation and gave a declaration when asked about previous illness but also got rejected for the claim.Don't fool your self for a cashless treatment from Apollo Munich Health Insurance, first of all don't buy the policy from Apollo Munich Insurance, try any other insurance company.

                                    Sir/Madam, This is a complaint against Mr Deepak Aggarwal, employee in Appollo chandigarh branch.I had a policy of optima restore, its renewal date was 15.4.2015. He did my policy in 2014, i called him for renewal, he kept us waiting & our grace period was gone.He lied about the approval from Appolo company for renewal, & kept us waiting that he will collect the cheque himself from us.I have the call recordings with this employee.Is this expected from such reputed companies.Kindly guide what is the future of our policy.                                       Dear all, I have taken family health insurance plan from your respective organization last two month I have given cheque to your broker/agent but he asked that my cheque returned from my bank an I have query from my bank no cheque returned from my account but your agent given me slip in which mentioned due insufficient balance my returned at same time I have gave whole amount to your agent in cash.after long time I haven't. Received any negotiable instrument from your's side.please provide us that particular instruments how would claimed

                                        I am unable to get the medical reimbursement although I have already submitted all the documents raised in the query letter. The most frustrating thing is that the query letter says the same document is missing which I have submitted more than 5 times. Even my insurance agent is not able to get proper answer after submitting all the proofs and documents related to submission of documents with their acknowledgment receipts. The total claim amount is more than Rs. 28, 687/- Please help. Thanking You.
