    I have hospitalized my child due to some chest infection, fever & cough & later on applied for reimbursement & came to know after almost 40days that my claim has been rejected & got mail reply that “we regret to inform you that your claim is not payable under the policy as per the submitted documents, the need for hospitalization is not established”
    I did not hospitalize my child intentionally, as per doctor’s recommendation we hospitalize the child. All required documents & medicines prescriptions already submitted to apollo munich which was provided by doctor. During all your reimbursement documentations we are suffered lots of time with lengthy process and formalities & now come to know that you are not considering our case for reimbursement. This is very harassment to me as your old customer. From last 3 years i am using apollo munich insurance but first time avail mediclaim for hospitalization & your response is very bad. I am very much disappointing with your way of responding. If your company is not able to pay such a small amount then how will be you able to manage our health issues in future. If you are not going to consider this case then i will not be able to continue with apollo munich. I personally recommend all people do not go with apollo munich health insurance. They are just making fool & charging very high premium but services are very pathetic.

      This is related to the insurance taken from pitampura branch by october for me and my family coverage in canada for which i have been harassed by the people from apollo and i would never ever suggest anyone to buy insurance from apollo because apollo is interested in minting the money and fooling down the customers.

      I took this insurance from amit gupta and deepak anand deepak. [protected]@apollomunichinsurance.com (Amit. [protected]@apollomunichinsurance.com) who sold me this travel insurance for my family for 90 days while i was moving to canada. I have had a surgery in canada for which first of all it was not covered in canada and i had to send in all the documents in india and then it took me 4 months to get it processed until i escalated to them and this guy amit does not even pick the phone and have no guts to even talk to customers. I am really shocked that this kind of people are working with organization like apollo and how they provide customer service to customers. Infect management from apollo also does not respond to the queries. If this complaint is being read by senior management i would really like to escalate this case. And in my case the claim was of rs 30000 which amit committed that i would be covered fully under the insurance taken however the insurance amount after 4-5 months to be 25000;. Still apollo is not able to give me the explanation about this charges and this guy does not even pick the phone at all.

      Is this the way that we trust the company like apollo. I would never ever advice anyone to go ahead with apollo. The agency code for apollo is 110101.

      Hi i am umesh ramesh borude staying in ahmednagar sir few days ago almost 10 days back i paid an amount of 7299 for apollo health insurance but till date i have not received the policy.Please advise and help me.

        I have written 5 to 6 mails from yesterday but there is no reply from apollo munich my mail is as under

        Dear sir/madam,

        The above policy number is on the name of my father-in-law shri hasmukhbhai r. Shah. He has a some problems of lever & kidney. For lever problem the doctor has advised for lever biopsy but before that biopsy doctor has advised for pt/inr and as per report the doctor told that he is not in a position for biopsy and he should be admitted for a day for give plasma.

        All the procedure will be in sardar patel hospital, maninagar, ahmedabad and the same hospital is cash less.

        Please let me know the same is allowed in mediclaim and what about pre-hopspitalization expenses like consultation/investigations and post-hospitalization.

        Also one complaint is there theat i have called yesterday (Sunday) mr. Maheshbhai who is representative of apollo munich and sitting at canara bank, maninagar branch, ahmedabad but he told me to talk on monday.in case of mediclaim procedure nobody can tell like this.

        If this type of service will be there then i have to shift the policy at other insurance company.

        Still the complaint is not resolved. I have not avail cashless facility though the hospital was cashless. I have paid the amount of hospital bill. Actually I have preferred Sardar Patel Hospital, Rambagh, Maninagar, Ahmedabad because of cashless hospital but at last moment I have made arrangement of cash and I have to paid the hospital bill. If this type of services will be there then nobody will trust.

        Still the complaints has not been resolved. They have rejected my father-in -law mediclaim though I have given the clarification and documents.

        Still I have not received a single claim after submission of two claims. Even before a month the company's two executives one at Gandhinagar when my father-in-law was living with his younger daughter and one at his permenant residence at Nadiad and both the executive has told us that now your verification is over and you will get your claim within a week. Apollo Munich is a bogus company and they are not believe in good service with the customer. Please take actions immediately.

          I have a health policy of apollo munich (Policy number is : aa[protected].

          After my first claim in 4 years, they have been not supporting me for a valid claim and in stead asking me the irrelevant documents of more than a year back. I can surely understand their mal-intensions but i am not going to stop fighting (Which i am doing since 2 months).

          The only thing i can say is apollo team is interested in gathering the yearly renewal but not to attend the claim.

            This is really surprising and ridiculous...

            Based on all previous / pre-hospitalisation, pre-operational documents and your initial approval (Assurance) only of inr 90, 000/- we have taken admissions in forties kolkata and undergone the treatment.

            Now at the time of releasing you outright cancel the claim and let me in a great trouble. Since i am not in a position to pay inr 1, 38, 000/- to the hospital and to release patient from hospital, request you to reconsider he case and approve the payment to enable me to release patient immediately.
            Hospital has also sent you a suitable reply in this support time and again.

            Expecting your soonest co-operation and approval."

                I have send a request for cancellation of my policy in the month of december 2017.but till date my refund has not been credited in my account.case id is 3654404.i have already lodge a complaint on 24 th jan 2018 but not get any response till now.complaint id 3759551.if i am not getting response within 2 days then i have to go on consumer forum.I had sent mail various time but dont get any response.Almost one and a half month gone but my credit has not been refunded.

                  I have purchased a health policy where the reserve benefit of rs. 5000 was assured, but when i go the final document, it was missing. I am writing/calling daily but not getting any response/solution for the same.
                  Policy purchased date is 15th jan 2018. The call center person (Employee id :[protected] has assured me the resolution by 17th jan 2018, but till now i have not received any feedback on mail (Have been writing at [protected]@apollomunichinsurance.com and [protected]@apollomunichinsurance.com - binay kumar tiwari), no response till date from their side.
                  Very unfortunate to get connected with apollo munich, will never refer this to anyone, pathetic customer handling. No response time

                    M ur customer n doctor in my profession. I was admitted in nulife hospital delhi wid c/o extreme severe headache, dehydration/vomitting/ i was unable to stand properly almost was getting unconcious n giddiness. But ur company didnt found it enough reason to get hospitalised. They said that it coud be treated on opd basis. So please tell me do somebody need to get in coma or accident to get insurance cashless etc.
                    My doctor clearly mentioned that patient is unable to stand itself but after so much request ur company denied cashless procedure.
                    I dont understand wat else urcomplamy want for serious illness. Patient can collapse also in severe headache n degydration, ur company needs to know this. I m a doctor even i advice admission on severe pain or degydration, sir i want its answer on very serious notice. I want to take it further n further as its big issue for me n other to come. Being a doctor i want to file case against it that severe headache n degydration is also need to b hospitalised, otherthan fever infact. I have been extremely disappointed n disrespected by ur company procedure n i know m exactly right on my place. Ur company can not btame me that i m admitted just for invesigations n coud have manages by opd. Dat only patient know wat she want through. No use of taking ur policy coz at the end they denied. But it has to be sorted out anyhow. Its a big big issue coz if doctor is staying patient is to b admitted then ur company do not helseright to disrespect doctor or btame doctors decision. Its a big disrespect n made fun n also btame on doctor who is treating patient in his own way.
                    I wanted to let u know. M extremely hurt by ur policy reply. They have to know how only headache can get severe n causes else.

                      Apollo Munich has raised the price by 5000 INR this year without any prior notice. On requesting for an explanation, they say the below.

                      In reference to your query regarding revision of your premium from 4th of October 2017 is due to the rising medical inflation and 4% increase in Rest Of India(ROI), change in age slab, GST @18%.

                      How can someone put GST as well as Rest of India charges, Medical inflation and Age all at once?

                      They are looting their customers and someone please take an action on them. This way no body will be able to buy insurance in their life

                          On 2 nov 17 to avail mediclaim for next term i have issued chaeques for my son rajshekhar rao. But on subsequent day a notice of"cancellation of policy" due to deferred signature was sent to me and cash was demanded. However thinking that 'dishonour of cheque i have given cash to the agent.
                          But as i have gone to bank to confirm defeered signature.. They stated there is no cheque debited of that no.
                          I have already sent by courier copy of cancellation & cash receipt.
                          It has already been sent to the office of gurgaon but with no response.

                            I am paramjeet singh. And my daughter is hargun kaur. She was suffering from a disease last two days. And she is admit in the icu of sehgal hospital. My daughter is 7 months and she is admit first time. When your executive come here for inspection then he used very cheap language exactly his words like that "aap amiro ke hi bache bimar kyu hote h, garibo ke toh nhi hote aur me government me job kar rha hu aur yaha wese hi time pass kar rha hu". My baby is already in the icu even then he replied in this way. After that i follow-up the request of the medical. And i have submitted all the reports of my baby to your department. And your employees tell me that submitted your previous reports and i replied to them if my baby has no any previous hospitalization records so how can i provide previous record. She is admit first time after birth. Her age is 7 months and she is ill and first time admit in this hospital and i have already provided all these reports.
                            I bought your apollo medical policy after check your goodwill in the market. I have no idea that you will give third class services at the time of claim.

                            So kindly give me the best solution for it so that i can recommend for your medical insurance to people

                              I have raised a death claim on on august 2017. And the claim i'd is : 3419768. The physical verification was completed two months back.
                              I will be forced to raise concern to insurance ombudsman, if i don't t get this sorted out asap. I need to know when the claim amount will be released, you cannot delay this further.

                                  I have recently bought policy for my father and as his age is above 50, he needs to go through medical check up in apollo hospital itself. As per checkup apollo health insurance company said that i need to pay 6000 rupees extra as my father’s medical report says that he is not fit as he is having high level of cholesterol. I paid 5000 rupees extra by trusting them. But my father did checkup in another hospital and reports are showing that his cholesterol level is ok. This is just big fraud and making me to pay my hard earned money for no reason. Strict action should be taken on this company. Even agent from whom i bought policy is not ready to answer my phone.

                                  Please take this seriously as 5000 is big amount for me.

                                      I have a health policy from apollomunich (Policy id 171100/11122/[protected]-02, member id no.-[protected] of ms vanshika garg)

                                      Recently on 23rd september saturday, 2017 my daughter ms vanshika garg was admitted to breach candy hospital, bombay due to left knee acl insufficiency that was due to an accident.

                                      As we have filled the form for claim in breach candy hospital but after few hours we got message from apollomunich that our cashless policy has declined. So we called and emailed many times to yours call centre but there was no adequate reply from yours side.
                                      At the moment you didn't provide financial assistance and i was not having any financial arrangement on my own at that time the scheduled operation of my daughter was cancelled there therefore she had to face enumerable pain needless to say that how apollo munich health insurance harassed us in a difficult situation.
                                      Now we have decided to shift her to sports med hospital, mumbai. And surgery will be performed by monday at my own expenses.

                                      Now i will submit my claim after completion of my daughter's surgery. I hope that what kind of difficulties i had faced will not bother me again.

                                        सर, पेहले भी आपको तीन वार कंप्लेंट कर चुका हूँ मगर आपकी तरफ़ से भी कोई action नही लिया जा रहा है insorence company कोई respond नही कर रही है और मेरी पॉलिसी भी बिना कोई सूचना के cancel kar दी है जबकि मेरे account से 4800 रूपये भी deduct कर लिये है, वार वार फोन, mail करके document कि requirnment करते थे लेकिन सभी document देने के बाद भी claim देने मैं आना कानी कर रहे है, 5 महीने हो गये है कृपया प्रकरण को जल्द से जल्द solve करवाये नही तो muche मजबूरन कोर्ट jaana पड़ेगा ।
