DEAR SIR,On sunday 04/07/2010 I have made online transaction of Rs.7721 /- from my sbi card to buy apollomunch easy health standard ploicy. the amount was debited from my sbi card . but apollomunich didnot respond to me neither policy number nor any contact have been made by those people I contact them today 7/7/2010 with full transaction deatails the person in call centre didnot even able to trace my name and proposal no.so my question is if the amount is debited from my credit card towards buying the policy and if insurance company didnt issue any policy then where the money goes actually

can any one will help me on this issue

First Of All You (APOLLO MUNICH INSURANCE) Can't Gave Me The Sufficient Answer Regarding About My Query
2. (Where Is The Bounce Cheque Of Which Amount) The False Statement From Hospital.

3. Hospital Want's Extra Without Reason Payment Of Luxury Expenses And Say,s We Can't Gave Me Any Receipt Against This.

Sir Now Please Tell Me Why I Pay Him (SARSWATI HOSPITAL AND CANCER CARE CENTER) Extra And Illegal Amount.

4. On A 1 1/2 Month Query What I Get Response From Apollo Munich The Attached Copy From Hospital (But Where Is My Concern Where Is The Response Just Thank's Giving Mail Nothing Else.

If This Is A Claim Of A Powerful Rich Man It Will Be Solved In 15 Days. But I Am A Poor Man That's Why Its Not Clear Till Yet.

I Just Claim For Only Rs 32,200/- Only.

Is This The Way For Providing Insurance Policy To Make People Fool

I Am Totally Helpless. What I Do?

I Have An Attack Of Appendix On 22 March. I Admitted In Saraswati Hospital And Cancer Care CentreOn 23 March And Discharge On 26 March. The Total Cost Of Treatment Is 32,200/-. I Paid 2 Payments1.10,000/-(adv) 2. 22,200/-.I Paid All Payment In Cash And I Have All The Paid Receipt N Stamped and signatured Document. I Submitted All The Document To Apollo-Munich Insurance Company For Claim. But After 18 Request And Mails Still Its Not Cleared.
In The Investigation Report Company Say I Pay Only 25000/- Cash Rest 7200/- In Cheque (Later On Cheque Has Been Bounced). I Complaint Several Times To Apollo Munich That I Cannot Gave Cheque To Anybody If You Have Any Cheque Return It To Me. I Cannot Claim For Single Rupee. I Take Treatment Amount On 5% Interest Rate. Every Time Company Gave Me A False Assurance That It Will Be Sort-Out Very Soon. But Still The Same No Response.
I Have All Hospital Document Paid Receipt With Signature And Stamped.

Sir Please Help Me And Please Tell What I Have To Do Because I Don’t Know What I Do.

I had approached Policy Bazar for my health Insurance. On advise of Ms Puja appropriate forms and a cheque for Rs 4002 (No.040986 drawn on HDFC Bank) was sent which was cleared on 13/04/2010 and medical examination was done within next 3 or 4 days.but till date I have not received the policy or any confirmation about the acceptance of proposal. you are requested to look into the matter and inform me about my Insurance
