Dear Sir/Madam,

I own an Hyundai elite i20 since last 9 months. I got it with Apollo tyres when it was brand new. Its been only 20K kms running of my brand new car and both the front Tyre's are burst. I am not able to digest this, if car at 70 to 80 speed bangs on the speed breaker or pot holes, the Tyre burst. Is this the quality manufactured by Apollo. What is the risk they are calculating? if Tyre burst and car goes out of control, isn't it risk of life?

What a low level and 3rd class quality Tyre are getting manufactured. When we claim for the Tyre which comes under warranty, then company comes with so called reason. Bull **** !!!

I will make sure, all of my family, friends don't buy Apollo Tyre's.

This is what the common man gets service from Hyundai and Apollo. Once sold, don't expect anything from them.

Dear Team, I own a Hyundai I20 Asta hatchback car. Registration no.- OD-14A-0488. I had purchased this car in March 2013. Kilometers run:- 13589 Tyre Size- 185/65-R 14 / Accelere (Model of Apollo Tyres) Stencil no.- E[protected]S Recently I observed a bulge on front right side of the wheel of my car. I visited Koshala Hyundai showroom at Rourkela.The technician said it is a manufacturing defect and the company will replace the tyres. I had informed the technician Mr.Padhi of Hundai Rourkela. They again asked me to come to take pictures of my damaged Tyres. I visited and the pictures were taken by the service Manager and was sent to Apollo Tyres. Today I came to know from the Service Managaer of Apollo Mr.Dipak who did not even personally inspect the vehicle claimed that the warranty is not covered. He claimed he had seen the photograph and could make it out. Strange and contradicting is the statement given by Hyundai is that the tyre damaged and is defect. Please take it up. I have purchased a Renault duster on 25 April 2015. which was having Apollo tyres and on 10 December 2015, while driving its rear Tyre got busted with a blast(the tyres are in grantee period). i have complained twice at there service center as well as on toll free number each and every time they are saying that they are going to solve the problem but they are not doing so.

The company offering of drive in style offer for 4 passenger car tyre purchase was a huge fraud event. It should be dragged to consumer court for the same. On approaching the dealer (M/s Calicut Tyres), I was informed about my mates who felt the same.. Nearly 20 of the customers at this firm alone faced this fraudism. Kindly get this to their attention, since i intend to take it to the court if no compensation done. Contact [protected]

I bought apollo tyre with 5 year warranty but they damaged in 1 year. When I have complained apollo, there service engineer visited tyre and said that he will count warranty as per the tyre manufacturing date not as per bill and he refused to change tyre as per the warranty terms and condition. I am very disappointed and feeling help less.

I have got two Tyre fitted in my Car in March 2013, the tyres were soled with a warranty of 3 years, Car KMs after new tyre is aprox 18000 Km only. Recently while I was driving I noticed there is some problem in Right Front tyre which I thought is due to miss alignment, but when I Checked properly the tyre was in really bad shape bulged from one side and there were radial wires also coming out of the rubber in one other portion. I went to the dealer and lodged a complaint (#671965) on Sunday i.e. 04.10.15 and they fixed appointment for 3:00 PM on Monday i.e. 05.10.15. Surveyor called me and postponed his visit by one day and visited the dealer on 06.10.15 for inspection of tyre. He gave his observation as the tyre has bulged out because it is run without air, and bla bla bla but didn't agreed to accept that there is some manufacturing defect. Moreover he said as a goodwill I will recommend 25% discount.. I recalled customer care and explained my disagreement and they re-lodged complaint (#672516), but till then no one has turned up neither called me for any update. My problem is why should I get a 25% discount if it is not a manufacturing defect? & if it is so prove it. There is no one who can prove it that my car ran without air, I am very careful towards my cars tyre pressure etc always & I am sure there not a single minute the car ran without air. Why I should accept 25% reimbursement or discount? What about my safety and my Families safety?? How can a manufacturer simply deny their responsibility and say that the tyre ran w/o air?? I seems Apollo is worse than a local manufacturer, which they boost them self as very systematic organisation.

We take a delivery of Maruthi omni vehicle from Acer motors on 23/09/2015 from Tirumalgiri, Hyderabad and my Regd No. TS-10K-TR-0201 after a just 7 days i am going to my residence to from the main road at Uppal in the vehicle, suddenly the front left side tyre was blast with a small sound. we get down from the vehicle and checked and we surprised to see that the appollo tyre was blast from the sides of one inch. so i request you to Maruthi management to replace this tyre, as soon as possible.

Respected, Myself Vishakha Kuldipsinh Parmar (Mo.[protected], Res. Abhra Ta.Karjan Dist. Vadodara) purchased i20 Sport model on Nov-2014. I would like to complain regarding humming in Tyre. I noticed when the car get the speed of 40 to 50 its started like the humming or harsh contentiously. Further go to the Hyundai Service center and they confessed me that due to the abrasion of Tyre this was happened. I already complained once regarding this matter before 5-6 month (20000km). At that time an Engineer (Apollo Tyre) checked thoroughly and reported that Tyre was in good condition moreover he offered me to change one Tyre only by the complimentary as per as concern Company's Goodwill. But i refused his offered as i expect from the company to change my all Tyres with complimentary(without any charge) as problem arose only due to the weak quality of Tyre Eventually my problem does not solved till the date.(run 24700km). Apparently its proved that the problem arose due to the poor quality of Tyre only. Hence Company has liable for their quality of product. Further i would like to request you to take necessary steps and i resolve my issue as soon as possible. Regards

I purchased 2 apollo tyres for my swift VXi some 2 months back from Bankura, West Bengal. After 10 days I noticed the pressure on my wheels was gradually decreasing. On checking further in a span of few days i asked the dealer to open the tyre and check and we noticed an abrasion on the periphery of the tyre which was affecting my wheel pressure. I immediately reported to the dealer to which he said he would respond at the earliest. Already 60 days have passed and no response from them yet. My tyres are leaking frequently. I did not expect this service from apollo. Please resort to my complaint at the earliest failing which i shall be compelled to move the consumer court. ON 26-05-15 i had purchased 5 nos apollo tyre fromyour Trivandrum dealer M/S Popular Tyres ( Bill no SB[protected], registered the scratch card details in your mentioned site. Till not yet received your gift crad.

My name is pradeep singh bhati, i have purchased 4 new apollo tyres for my car hyundai verna fluidic from lalit auto tyres, tonk road, jaipur. Within !5 days i got a cut in front - left tyre. Tyre size was[protected] and its stencil number is 05 - 15. I have contacted both dealer and company for replacement but no appropriate response was given by them. I request an immediate response from apollo tyres and sort out the matter at earliest otherwise i have to file a complaint to indian consumer court. Thank you.

Dear Apollo, I bought a set of Tyres 145/80R12 on 28/04/2015 from your dealer Shakti Tyres Resole, Shop No 116/R, Tikona Park, N.I.T, Faridabad -121001( Mr Amit (owner)Mobile No [protected] shop phone No[protected] After a month i found a piece of rubber came of from the side of the Tyre causing a small role .This concerned me as to the safety of your product. On asking the dealer to replace the Tyre he instead of referring the defect to the company turned the Tyre inside so that the missing piece was not visible from outside. The dealer informed me that if i sent this Tyre to the company it would be replaced but i would have to pay 60% of the cost . I really don't understand if this is a form of grievance readdressal . I bought 4 tyres of brand apollo from national tyres, patiala on 20-5-15 for my loading jeep tata 207. The very next day after running 25 kms one of the rear tyre s tube burst out on 7:30 am near bhawanigarh. I call national tyres for giving me solution but they refused to come before 10 am. However on 10 am i got a tube & i went to the place where my jeep was. when the mechanic opened the new tube he found it inappropriate according to the tyre fitted by you. I immidietely call the dealer & ask them to come with the right tube as this was fully their responsibility but they again refuse. I was helpless but there was nothing way left for me except to go again to ur dealer. Now i come again & fitted the tube & tyre but this whole process had taken my valuable 4 hours. i got very very dissapointed by this kind of horrible poor service by such a reputated brand like apollo But misery story didnt ends here. After running more 115 kms front tyre s tube got bursted out . As i am writing this mail my jeep has not come back patiala yet. I am very worried & clueless about genuinity of the product i bought. Plz take serous action to this complaint. This is not good for reputation of apollo. I was very sure about the quality o[censored]r product bht now all my faith has been shakened up & i am ver disturbed by this

My July 2014 volkswagen POLO came with factory fitted Apollo Altnac tyres, very worst quality tyres. Never rely on them. I had trouble with them many times, regularly get punctured, very worst quality, it can't withstand any impact or hitting hard objects that we regularly see in country side/rural areas of india, any kind of sharp object can pierce it easily, within 12000km I changed two tyres, even I went to their Bangalore office and asked about the tyre's poor quality, then I understood that its not only with their tyres, their customer support also pathetic, they never really care about the customers. simply adverstise saying unconditional warranty, never believe them, they know very well how to run/grow a company with very low quality products in corrupt filled india.

Dear Sir, I bought Mahindra XUV5OO, vehicle on 30 Dec 2014 & got registered on 15 Jan 2015. My car has run only 3100 kms, yesterday while driving on pakki bituminous road due to some pabble/aggregate on road, my car's front wheel got puncture, which is a tubeless tyre. When sent for repair I was told my shop-keeper that it could not be repaired. But since the tyre has run only 3100 kms, moreover just because of some stones present on a good condition road, how can a tyre can get damaged so much that it's beyond repair now. Anyways when I replaced it with spare tyre, which is brand new also found to be punctured. How it can happen. Is the company Mahindra & Mahindra using bad quality tyres of Apollo company for their SUVs, which they claim is a sports vehicle good for even cross-country & rough terrai me that I w'd have to contact Apollo tyre company for this problem. When I conveyed them that I did not buy these trye from Apollo but were fitted by Mah & Mah Company, then why should I go to Apollo. Somehow, they listened to me a today they got my damaged tyre inspected by the person from Apollo Tyre, who has rejected to replace the tyre. My complain is why the trye got damaged due to some pabbles on road, moreover, now how can I trust these tyres whenever, I have to drive this car at 90 or 100 kmph speed along with my family. The company is neither replacing the tyres so fitted in the vehicle nor accepting the poor quality of pieces fitted in the car. Two tyres found like this when the car was bought just four months back & had run only 3100 kms can not be my bad luck or a coincidence. I wish to lodge complaint against not only Apollo Tyres but also against m/s Mahindra & Mahindra ltd.

Myself Dashrath Dabhi. [protected] Before few days my tyre got filled wid air . . While driving it was feeling of discomfort. It was danger. Dan i went to ur authorised store. Der instead of solving my problem ur employee was advising me to change my CAR. This was one of the stupid reply from one of the super multinational company. I want to get my issue resolved asap. Plz take it seriously or else i will for consumer court foe the issue.

We are not satisfied with your tyres because at the first time I got complaint in your tyre and ur company people rejected the tyre and showroom ppl suggested me to put tube and I did the same and now another tyre got the same problem now again the same thing giving the tyre for inspection and waiting for 10 days for result from apllo tyres and the again the same problem with other 3tyres please get me the final solution for this problem. Please don't allow me to go further step

WE ARE WRITING THIS COMPLAINT REGARDING THE BURST OF APOLLO TYRE IN RUNNING VEHICLE.THE CUSTOMER HAS REPLACED ALL NEW TYRES OF APOLLO.THE VEHICLE CAME FOR SERVICING, WE WENT FOR A TRAIL ON HIGHWAY, AT THE SPEED OF 80-90 KMPH THE TYRE BUSTED.WE HAD SEND THE TYRE FOR THE INSPECTION TO THE APOLLO ENGINEER IN VAPI(GUJARAT) NAMED MR.UMESH([protected]).HE PROMPLTY REPLIED ME THAT THIS TYRE COULD NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY AS THE TYRE BUSTED.WE ARE THE DEALER OF CHEVROLET IN VAPI, WE EXPLAINED THE EXACT SITUATION ABOUT HOW THE TYRE BUSTED, BUT HE SAID THAT BUSTED TYRE CANT COVER UNDER WARRANTY.THE TYRE HAS RUN ONLY 2000KMS AFTER THE PURCHASE.IS THAT OUR FAULT THAT THE TYRE BUSTED IN RUNNING VEHICLE.NO PROPER REPLY FROM THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT HEAD OF GUJARAT [protected].VERY DISSATISFYING AND BLUNT REPLY FROM MR.UMESH APOLLO ENGINEER IN VAPI TO US, TEMPER THE IMAGE OF APOLLO GROUP.KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL, SO THAT THE TRUST AND FAITH IN APOLLO REMAINS AND AS A DEALER SUGGEST THE CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE APOLLO TYRES.
