I purchased a tyre 9 months ago dealer give me 3 yrs warranty but now demanding 800 rs. While 1397 rs. Was mrp. Of tyre I think he give me local tyre but he saying that its original if it is than how in 9 months there is a crack he cheated on me so pls concern about that I m frusted this company for such a huge claim for me for this tyre pls give your comments otherwise I will go to consumer court

Apolo tyres company has many policies for employees and his family and one is that Medicalem policy in this policy employee can get medicalem for any injury or accident case but company not allow give benifits of policy to the mother & father of the employees.managment says they are not banificial only allow for wife & childerens. but there so many becholer employees whom are not satisfied to this rule of managment. if any employe take a stand againest this then managment gives the warning to keep quite.

My car was having jerk (bubbling) problem. So we inform to maruti Agency and they check and inform me that your one tyre is havining some problem and ther also inform to your costumer care center. After one week your person check my car tyre in vapi (not frunt of me) and they told that you may dick your cat in a pit and 02 wire mess of your tyre has broken. So we can not give warranty.
We only ask you that with in 22 month who this type of problem is occured. And Appolo gives unconditional two years Warranty of his product they why deny in my case.

I have purchased hyundai i20 active in july 2016 and my reading is just of 7000 kms and on nh4 (mumbai - pune) it got burst without any reason (no high speed, no damaged) and even apollo dealer confirmed the same but no warranty and replacement of by the dealer, why should then we purchase if no warranty for such a new one as well.

I brought 4 tyres of apollo 4 G size of 165 for my shift dezire car. Tyre got cut on road. So i want replacement .As my tyres are in given warranty period of 2, years.

I am using maruti suziki - swift vdi model - 2015. It completed 20000 km running from then it suddenly start experiencing tyre wobling and bulging when i running with 10 km - 15 km speed/hr. I given car in service centre they told all 4 wheels balancing and alignment is ok. And also buttons are not worned out. They conveyed there is a issue in tyre and they told us to approach apollo tyres i am requesting you to support for this.

I had purchased a grand i10 with company fitted apollo tyres.
While travelling from mumbai to pune left rear tyre suddenly got burst i got it fixed in a local puncher shop when he opened the tyre as it was tube less he found out the tyre had rusted or corroded from the indide pictures attached. I approach to dealer in the area, can i get replacement under warranty. As it is less than two years after purchased[protected]
.
Request for the replacement as the dealer guy said its not manufacturing defect.
Please find the attached pics i just want to say its from the inside how can it not be manufacturing defect.

I have purchased 4 tyers dated on 13/1/2017 for worth Rs.14200 from Sagar tyre Raigad Dist, Mumbai Pune Express highway.

As I confirmed with all dealers and also confirmed with your customer executive actual one tyre cost is Rs.2600*4= 10400 but he charged me Rs.14200 this totally fraud and cheated case I am totally fed up with you, I want my excess money which he charged

Also dealer denied for the bills he only given warranty card, for your reference please find the attached bank statement and warranty card and reverse the excess amount of Rs.3800 ASAP.

Purchased Polo a year back(Jan-16) and when I was about to start a long journey today i.e. on 5th Feb-17, I took my car for a air pressure checkup, and the mechanic told me that tyre is punctured, upon checking he told that there are multiple punctures and I got to know that there are 18 puntures in the same patch of the tyre. It is a manufacturing defect and I would request Appolo to replace my tyre.
I am surprised to find this, as I was thinking Appolo to best one of best tyre Co.
Had I not checked this before the journey I would have been a big trouble as I was traveling along with my family.

I had purchased a Skoda rapid with company fitted Apollo tyres.
Developed the bubbles on the side walls of the tyre and it just 10 months old car and I drove 10k km.
Observed the same issues on other cars with Apollo tyres.
Requested for the warranty and company has rejected with the reason of impact.

What's the quality that Apollo is providing if it is not sustainable with minor impacts.

Have purchased 4 new apollo acceller tyres 205 55 16 for my skoda superb in apr 2016. Two of them have got multiple bulges on the tires. Registered a complaint on there site 1 week ago, No one responded till date.

Is this the way apollo intends to keep a customer happy ..

I have registered a official compliant ref CCAAAA15, and recvd a message stating 48hrs would be resolved. 7 days and no reply !!

Dear Sir,

I had purchased two apollo tyres for my wagon R in April 2016. In jan-2017 i observed a bubble in one of the tyre. on contacting dealer from whom i purchased is not responding properly. My vechicle has run less the 200 kms with this new tyres.

I have buy new car 08.01.2015, Failure/cuts of new tyre before warranty. I have complaint to Apollo Depo., and Hundai workshop.Applo Depo give me failure tyre report as over loading.How its Possible? After this complain again after threee days one more tyre failure/cuts. This type of problem we have found more in this I10 model.Your depo excusive behaiver is not good. and pl. do neeedful for above matter.

I have taken skoda rapid in jan 2016 now total runing of car is 25000km i have noticied air bubble in driver side tyre and its incresing ...so i want to know about warranty as its only 11 months and 25000km running so it should b replaced as per policies waiting for ur reply

I have purchased Hyundai I20 active . It was having Apollo tyre alnac 4g . In one month only my two front tyres get completely damaged and when I complained for that they were saying we will change but there will be 50% depreciation. And the employees don't know even how to talk to their customers... they are go and complain wherever you want . Iam going to consumer court with my lawyer to complain let's see what will happen . I will not tolerate this and will put my whole effort to make them understand ... and everyone those who are reading please it's my request whenever you buy a car don't go for Apollo tyres .

I bought a new maruti suzuki ciaz, apollo tyre alnac 4g came installed on it, within 8 months o[censored]sage 2 of the front tires developed sidewall budges with one tyre bursted while running, when submitted to company for replacement, they given reason for 1 tyre sidewall cut (Buldge they didn't even mention) and other tyre under inflation. This is ridiculous and even their staff is noncooperative

My car was purchased on 16th january 2014 from Hare Krishna Motors in mulund mumbai.My car no is MH06 BE 6074 since last week the car used to vibrate when its speed touched 70km/hr. We showed to the service station they said that the front tyres are worn out . so the problem of vibration was because of the tyre. My car has run 18oookm only till date . The warranty on tyres is is 3yrs as told by the service station .They it is the defect of the tyre .I have been using car since 1989. but had never any problem with the tyre before 5yrs of running. I think they used to be bridgestone .The car runs in the city only. This time maruti has used apollo tyres.
I want replacement of my tyres as it has worn out before even completing it warranty period..
Kindly do it at the earliest. Waiting for your reply ASAP.

Bought a figo car on 15 oct. Tyre started loosing pressure. Even after filling multiple times kept loosing 2-3 psi every day. Eventually while driving, the tire went flat. Had to drive it home for some distance like that. Upon showing a shop, they said there is a small manufacturing defect. Submitted the tire for verification, got a reply that it's my fault. The reason was very vague. This is not sort of commitment expected out of company like apollo.
