WE ARE WRITING THIS COMPLAINT REGARDING THE BURST OF APOLLO TYRE IN RUNNING VEHICLE.THE CUSTOMER HAS REPLACED ALL NEW TYRES OF APOLLO.THE VEHICLE CAME FOR SERVICING, WE WENT FOR A TRAIL ON HIGHWAY, AT THE SPEED OF 80-90 KMPH THE TYRE BUSTED.WE HAD SEND THE TYRE FOR THE INSPECTION TO THE APOLLO ENGINEER IN VAPI(GUJARAT) NAMED MR.UMESH([protected]).HE PROMPLTY REPLIED ME THAT THIS TYRE COULD NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY AS THE TYRE BUSTED.WE ARE THE DEALER OF CHEVROLET IN VAPI, WE EXPLAINED THE EXACT SITUATION ABOUT HOW THE TYRE BUSTED, BUT HE SAID THAT BUSTED TYRE CANT COVER UNDER WARRANTY.THE TYRE HAS RUN ONLY 2000KMS AFTER THE PURCHASE.IS THAT OUR FAULT THAT THE TYRE BUSTED IN RUNNING VEHICLE.NO PROPER REPLY FROM THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT HEAD OF GUJARAT [protected].VERY DISSATISFYING AND BLUNT REPLY FROM MR.UMESH APOLLO ENGINEER IN VAPI TO US, TEMPER THE IMAGE OF APOLLO GROUP.KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL, SO THAT THE TRUST AND FAITH IN APOLLO REMAINS AND AS A DEALER SUGGEST THE CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE APOLLO TYRES. I have purchased four tyres with code no. 155/70/R13 APOLLO ACC TL from an authorised dealer viz. VALLUVAR 4 WHEEL POINT, Thirumazhisai, Chennai-600124 invoice no.25 dated 09.04.2014. I have run the car for only 1around 1500 km. Now I have noticed a small bulge in one of the tyres and I have replaced that wheel with the stephny. I kindly request the company to make arrangements to replace the defected tyre with new one so as to aviod possible accident due to burst of tyre and please treat this matter as most urgent and do the needful immediately. Dear Team, we have lodge a complaint agents our commercial vehicle rear left tyre problem on their customer care service on date 24.03.15 with reference no.569288 and there representative told us that they will revert in 48 hours still we have not received any revert from there team, due to the same our business is going to suffer.

Sir, I am having Mahendra Bolero Pickup. I have done with 35000KM, and having company fitted DURAMILES R
-15 TYRES, Which have the running cycle of 75000KM to 1, 00, 000KM - neatly maintained vehicle with company service station. we got the tyre cut on road while running. this was our spare wheel, which we hardly used.
when contacted service station, they denied the replacement.
I am looking for the solution to this problem, got it checked with local Apollo tyre dealer and there is problem in tyre. Please look into the same.

Sir i own a hyundai i20 in erode with reg no tn37 by 4882. I wautomatically d like to let you know vehicle i have replacementt 3350kms only and i was surprised to see that a piece of 2×2 cut by side of tyre automatically from the side of tyre not in the base and this low quality of tyre led to a minor accident and my vehicle hit a stone divider causing damage to the alloy and tyre Hereby i request the company to take this concern very serious as the speed was very less the circumstances were under control but if the speed was more than 100 the things would have gone worse causing damage to both men and material. This is due to the low quality of tyres by apollo. I made a complaint in hyundai and They forwarded the complaint to apollo tyre dealer in erode and i received a call from the comoany executive and he explained that these defects are common in apollo and this is not a big deal and after some discussions he told that the company would give us half claim for the replacement of new tyre. But i felt very risky to get a new one replaced without a proper quality checkup of all the 5 tyres and the company executive issued a no claim certificate. I wonder how come a tyre just get cut off in side with just run of 3350 kms.. hence i request you to see this matter seriously and request the company to replace all the 5 tyres as i feel very risky as it cut off at just 3350 kms so something worse would happen later so there is no gaurantee of quality of apollo Take necessary steps as soon as possible. friends be careful before buying apollo tyres

My Skoda Rapid car (8000kms, 1.5 yrs) came with Apollo Accelere tyres. The front right tyre burst due to a pothole on the road. Apollo offers 5 years warranty, and they refuse to replace my tyre saying that it has been cut externally and is not a manufacturing defect. Whereas it is clear that the side wall of the tyre couldn't take the pressure and burst on the bump and also damaged the rim of the car. They say that even after driving 1 km if the tyre bursts then the tyre wouldn't be considered under warranty.

I have sent it for investigation but they rejecting for giving full claim but they are saying they will give 50 % claim for this tyre.when i par chase it then they said they will give me full claim on air buble, but know they are refusing me .My complaint docket no is 71006.they are totally harasing me .dont know why ..i just want plz replace my tyre and give me with in 5 day new tyre. 1. Dear Sir/madam, I would like to inform you that i have purchased one new polo High line 1.2 Petrol 2014 car (Chassis No. - WVWH14600FT017872) from Vidyut motor, Pune. Within 184 Km my car had breakdown on the road side at 11.00 PM night & i have to struggle with road site assistant for whole night. Complaint docket no 39 . two days before i have received the SMS the message is (this not production complaint ), sir kindly request how to know the tyre condition without tyre knowledge sir. still no response your customer care. what about the my tyre complaint, the tyre purchase 20day before only, i need the new tyre are replace the money do the needful at the earliest.

I purchased new Wagon-r from Maruti Chowgule car dealer Pune in Sep 2012. My New tyre (Apollo make) is got balloons from its outer side in first month only when I purchased my car. From that day I have stopped using that tyre and kept as backup tyre. It new bran tyre but got balloons and I did used it for complete 500 km too. I did not knew about the tyre replacement method so I kept in as is. Dear friends i am using I20 Hyundai car have Apollo tyres only drive 3500 km the tyres have blush .i check with the serves station they say is not manufacturer fault they say the Road what i was drive is not good Road that mean Apollo tyres manufacture only for the high way road not in internal Road so they as me to change the tyres, one of the good and popular company is i20 Hyundai why they using very pour quality tyres .When they show the advertisement this tyres no problem you can go hills and any road but when you go for problem they tell as so Meany story so simply what they think people...

I purchased FIAT PUNTO EMOTION Diesel CAR on AUG 2012 in Chennai and it comes with Apollo tyres. So Far I ran 28000 KMS and four tyres are smoothen and it expected for 40K atleast. Mainly two tyres smoothen half of the circle and it seems to be abnormal. Fiat Service asked to replace the tyres and not reporting this to Apollo. I like to raise this complaints to Apollo through this forum to inspect the tyres and do the needful. Thanks, Mohan Raj.

I am Using Polo car which is having Apollo make tyre used in it. It is very bad experienced with this tyre, as it is puncturing frequently, till now 3 tyre has been punctured with 10 to 12nos & every time I need to replaced its valves, Quality of tyre is very very poor. I think this batch of tyre is not fully quality tested by Company, I need the complete test report of this tyre (should be compare with std tyre). I need FOC replacement

I had just been to Bangalore and back to Chennai, after reaching Bangalore I experienced puncture in the left rear on the tread area and on the sidewall. I fixed the puncture from a puncture shop and it has until now stayed. Yesterday(04th Sep 2014) in Chennai, I drove the car to office and while leaving the office at night, found the rear right puncture. I replaced the wheel with spare and drove home. Today(05th Sep 2014) I had to visit the fiat service station for some other reason. I asked them to fix the puncture. When they took wheel, they found the puncture on the sidewall again for the rear right. The vehicle is just a year and a half and has just done 17109 kms. If the sidewalls are going to damaged like this and if it cannot be fixed or even if fixed it might not stay, since the pressure is constantly applied to the sidewalls while driving, I really am concerned about the quality of the product. In my previous car I had GoodYear tyres and had not faced any such issues for 51000 kms. This is sheer cheating and taking the customers for a ride. I would certainly demand a complete replacement of all the 4 tyres from the company for giving such a poor quality product.

Dear sir/mam..well what else should I write to apollo...apollo tyres which comes with wagon r 2012 model are the worst tyre in the world...in just 20000 kms it's worned out...and last week one of my tyre bursted..abhi zinda hu..why can't u provide ur customers with good quality...see the price o[censored]r tyres and then see the quality...i will never suggest these tyres to any1...i don't want any compensation but I just want apollo to close there factories becoz making fool of others and playing with the life of others is the biggest sin...these faulty tyres can burst anytime..take lock from me apollo and close ur factories for a better world..thats all...
