I bought New Baleno on 30th of September, 2017 from NEXA - Sai Service, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra.. My Car ran only 3700kms. I have Noticed Air bubble at 2000km and Since then I am using Spare Wheel in place of defected Tyre. Local Dealer is also suggested that it is a Manufacturing Defect.
On 04/11/2017 - I had taken appointment at Maruti Workshop (Sai Service, Hinjawadi, Pune), There Apollo executive (Shashank Patil: +91 [protected]) inspected my Car Tyre.
According to him it wasn't manufacturing defect and it won't cover in warranty.
I don't understand how bigger the Bump can Impact Brand New Tyre, and specially when I was the only driver, and drove maximum speed at 80-100km/hr.
He suggested that he can help me to get Tyre in Goodwill terms(30% cost I have to pay-Oral communication). after all process on 17/11/2017, final amount he approve is 25% of total cost i.e. around 1500rs only (Total Price of tyre is 6500rs.).
I want full replacement of Tyre as it was not my fault.
I would like to take strict action towards Company and executive who are just working to avoid their product defect and get profit from customers instead of helping them to get solution for the bigger problems.
It could be dangerous for someone resulting accident due to Tyre Burst.
Please help me to get Solution for my Problem, as I invested 8lacs in purchasing new vehicle. Not to face such defected Product problems.
Please consider my request and take action against Tyre Manufacturer.
