I have a new baleno alpha petrol bought from nexa in june 2017, now i see 2 holes in the from right side tyre, i checked with a tyre shop and they could see 2 small holes from where air is leaking, it is a unusual place where puncture could have happened (An external object could poke, since hole is in the side wall of the tyre towards disc), i had to get it repaired since i was away from home and traveling. Then i raised a complaint with apollo tyre customer care, they asked me to get the tyre checked with a dealer, who is now claiming that is a puncture and not a manufacture defect, and it will not be covered under warranty.
Dealer name: xtreme tire care bangalore (32033). I am really upset with apollo tyres, since even after repair air is leaking out after some days, and now dealer is saying air will be keep leaking even if i get repaired, what the hell!! Do i need to spend 6k to buy tyre what they mean?

Im gautam bhosle from goa. I purchased baleno zeta from nexa margaon on 30 september 2017. I recieved my car with all 4 tyres of apollo make. While driving on 10/12/17 we went through a small pothole on road. And both of my left side tyres bursted. We vr driving at speed of 60kmph. Im very much disppointed with the quality of tyres. As nexa n apollo speaks of safety of car owners as their prime moto n ppl are beging cheated by such poor quality of tyres. This could have been worst. If the tyres could not bare dis small impacta then how should we trust n we r safe on roads. Hw could tyres burst after just use of 2mnth n 2500km.. We pay high penny consider we could be safe with such high amount..

I brought belleno rs 6months back. Hardly 5000km i used that tyres. Week before i was driving and because of sudden impact tyre is teared and this bullshet applo tyre dealer refuse tu claim it. I[censored] guys can give claim then why the hell you say uncondishioner warranty. U fooling peoples by saying fake warranty. Ya i agree it was my mistake that i drive rash. But its doesent means it shoud blast on road.
As per me apollo tyre is worst tyre i used. So meni of roads i used to but not at all its blasted bcz of sudden impact. Appolo tyres after service is worst service i faced.

As per vehicle bearing reg no mho4 gz 8564, run km 23124, we found buldge in rr lh tyre & rr rh tyre worn out, as per our knowledge it should not wear out at so earlier km, even though maintaining tyre alignment & balancing on regular time period. As this is our md car mr jeevanjyot singh.
So we kindly request you to please exchange the tyres on foc basis.

I raise a complain before a week regarding my car's tyre. Before a week my father mahesh pathak (Car owner) was driving to banswara city from my village khodan and accidentally car tire damaged. We are now safe but we might be in a big accident. I did not belive the other 3 tyres now. I want inspection of other 3 tyres and damaged to be replaced as per your policy. I called up in customer support they raise a tikit. But still no solution given. I tried to reach 4 times but still tikit is under process and no body visited for inspection. And today i received call for feedback and the executive said that tikit is been closed. Is this how you support your customer? Without any visit or inspection how you can examine the problem and close the tikit i want your clarification and status of other three tyres in written. I request you to please look into this and do the needful.

I bought New Baleno on 30th of September, 2017 from NEXA - Sai Service, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra.. My Car ran only 3700kms. I have Noticed Air bubble at 2000km and Since then I am using Spare Wheel in place of defected Tyre. Local Dealer is also suggested that it is a Manufacturing Defect.
On 04/11/2017 - I had taken appointment at Maruti Workshop (Sai Service, Hinjawadi, Pune), There Apollo executive (Shashank Patil: +91 [protected]) inspected my Car Tyre.
According to him it wasn't manufacturing defect and it won't cover in warranty.
I don't understand how bigger the Bump can Impact Brand New Tyre, and specially when I was the only driver, and drove maximum speed at 80-100km/hr.
He suggested that he can help me to get Tyre in Goodwill terms(30% cost I have to pay-Oral communication). after all process on 17/11/2017, final amount he approve is 25% of total cost i.e. around 1500rs only (Total Price of tyre is 6500rs.).

I want full replacement of Tyre as it was not my fault.

I would like to take strict action towards Company and executive who are just working to avoid their product defect and get profit from customers instead of helping them to get solution for the bigger problems.
It could be dangerous for someone resulting accident due to Tyre Burst.

Please help me to get Solution for my Problem, as I invested 8lacs in purchasing new vehicle. Not to face such defected Product problems.
Please consider my request and take action against Tyre Manufacturer.

Dear sir /madam
Myself dr santosh kumar is using ford ecosports platinum edition since 12th may 2017. The tyre quality is worst.
This is fourth time i have complains of tyre. Three times tyres have been changed. Once on full payment and twice on partial payment.
This time tyre is neither punched nor burst as on previous occasions. This time tyre has taken air bubbles and fortunately i saw it on today's morning.
I want full refund of previous payments and replacement of tyre free of cost.
And stop using /supplying poor quality products.

Dear sir,
I have bought 4pc, vide model no-175/70-r13 amazer 4g tl tyres on dated 20-apr-2016, with unconditional guarantee two years but its seen that all tyres has been damaged before guarantee period and there are some cuts are spoted on that. I have made a complaint to the dealer for the change but the response was negative from his side and he denied to replace or change.

I request to you please look into the matter and solve earliest.

I have purchased new wagon r car just on 11-oct-2017 and on dated 23-oct-2017, within 300 km run my front right wheel tyre got cut though it is tubeless radial tyre. I am very much disappointed to have apollo tyres in my new car at this moment. I want it's replacement, hope for getting positive response from apollo.

Recently i have bought maruti suzuki new baleno alpha 1.2 car on 10/10/17 while driving on mumbai express way tyre got puncher on 197 km only first i thought its normal punctured but when i take it to fix it has got cut due to manufacture defect and after that i tried to contact apollo they are not responding properly and saying that it wont covered under warranty as its totally manufacturer defect i am complaining please help. I bought baleno in june 2017 with 4tyres apollo brand tubeless. As on date 3002kms driven. Front left tyre has a air leakage. So i taken to service center and i registered complaint as air leakage. They check and put patch on side wall of the tyre without asking me where the tyre is in warranty. I asked the concern to claim it in warranty. They asked apollo person to analysis the tyre. Apollo person analysed the patch worked tyre and given report as tyre hitted by sharp stone or object. My question is how they analysis the patch worked tyre...?? Herewith am attaching the photo of the tyre where no damage is found.

My name is jiyaur rahman recently purchased nexa boleno with fitted with 4 apollo tyres, while traveling to office one of my tyre come with a issue of sidewall buldge after that i have send a complaints to toll free number and i have receive a call from mr deepak (Service eng'r) he have rejected the tyre and explain about the issue and after requesting he have adjusted my tyre, i am very happy with the service and behaviours of mr deepak

I would like to bring this to your notice.

I bought brand new maruti vittara breeza car at bimal showroom mahadevapura in may 2017, with in 2 months i noticed there is bubble came in front tyre, i informed to bimal showroom and they sent it to apollo, apollo simply rejected saying its stone hit or external hit, again 3 days back one more tyre noticed bubble, i complained at bimal showroom... Need to see what story this time i get.

It means i hitted it wantedly to target apollo? Its indian roads sir, have you ppls ever seen bangalore roads how it is? I bought car to drive on roads, not to put at home for showcase right. For what are you giving warranty..

Simply rejecting saying over speed or stone hit or external damage.. Is these are reasons to reject? Its suv boss no where mentioned using this tyre should drive this much speed only. These silly silly reasons to cheat customers.

I have purchased a brand new hyundai's i10 grand car on 07aug. 2017 from hisar. There was applo company's fitted tyres on the car. On yesterday when i was coming from out of station suddenly both tyres of right side got punctured. When i looked both tyres there was cut in both tyres. I have to suffer a lot because it was late 1.30 am time and i was 60 kms away from home. I feel very panic and shocked by seeing such type of problems in such a reputed company.
I am old user of applo company and i used to buy applo tyres for my tractor and trolley for past 10 ten years.

I requested you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as earliest as possible. I hope earliest and better solutions fro. Your end.

Hi,

I have bought my hyundai i20 active just 5 months before, i went for munnar trip on poojai holidays (Sept 29 - oct 2) while returning from munnar, my tyre got punchered in highways, as soon as it got puncher we changed the stepney and came home, now they investigated the punchered tyre and saying that it is useless and it wont cover in warranty saying it has external damages. Basically in highways there wont be any big irregular roads with lots o[censored]ps and downs and i'm pretty sure that i didn't ran my wheels inside any big holes. So i am surprised how there will be an external damage with in the 5months and i drove only 2500km during it has happened. Now i'm afraid to buy apollo tyres because again within 2 or 3 months it will be useless.

There is a bubble observed on the left side rear apollo tyre of my baleno zeta car which is under valid company warranty. Registration number of my car is mh 12 pc 3238. The car purchase date is april 28, 2017 and it has been since 5 mnths then the car is used with on road kilometers of 3921. It because of this valid warranty and unnoticed physical damage to the tyre like dislocation of threads etc., the understanding was to replace tyre without any cost. But after the inspection carried by apollo executive (Mr. Ninad parkhe, looking under pune division) the remark given was negative and request for tyre replacement was disappointingly rejected. The conduct of the executive was rude and conversation held by him was pathetic.

Thus would again urge you to focus on the request of tyre replacement decision and help in definite manner to resolve the issue at earliest. Also would ask for the delivery of new tyre through any of your mumbai dealer if the procedure of replacement takes longer duration as i resides at mumbai, kurla east.

Attached is the copy of inspection report for your reference.

I purchased wangor 2 months back.. Having apollo tyre.. Every 2 nd i find puncture... And also 2 nd day of purchase whn brought home frm showroom found 3 puncture... And fem thr story started of same and now oncrease[censored]pto 10 puncture in each.. Every alternate punctute frm side, middle, valve cut.. I realy got disapointed with quality... And not running more only once went to ride of 1700 km... Now it 2400km.. Only.. Hav my old 4 and 2 wheeler in my home having mrf in 3 years of run found 4-5 times puncture... But time bought apollo realy suffering and if 1 having problem ok.. But both side of from wheel give problem 1 by 1... It pathetic and nvr expected this type poor quality frm apollo.. Really it made me decission to nvr choose apollo in future... Its disgusting exp... That i got apollo. Tyre in my new car...

I had a horrible experience with apollo tires fitted for baleno alpha version bought on august 30th. Within a month of the purchase, one of the tires got sidewall cut while running leading to puncture. The condition of the tire is worse and i doubt whether it is repairable. I badly doubt about the quality of the tires they manufacture and concerned about the life of other three tires. They charge premium but neglect on quality. At least they should consider the condition of the indian roads before launching them to the market. I want it to be replaced by company.

My car ciaz zdi+ is punchure regulary on side wheel, the car is only run near about 15000 km and its puncture is 10 -11tymes, and the maximum puncture is on side of wheel, and the right side back wheel is puncture 5-6 times, according my privious experince these is to poor quality tyres, because the car is not puncture near about its run[protected] km you may sure about your quality

Its for your your kind information that such a huge reputed company like apollo tyre have sold such a disputed product. Its my huge grievance to the company that how its possible to sold a disputed products and the most important thing nobody is taking care of that and not even giving any solution. Within ten days of purchase one problem arise and when i tried to rectify it, seen one whole just edge of the tyre. I was tried to clarify the issue with the franchise to whom i bought that tyre but he was behaving very roughly.

I want prompt solution otherwise i will move to consumer forum because its happened only 10 days...
