Hi, I bought a Maruti Suzuki Baleno Alpha Diesel (Reg No. MH31EU8686) on December 11, 2015.
At the time of first service my rear left Tyre had a cut, I had mentioned that on the service but nobody took it seriously, when I asked the dealer (Arya Cars) to look into the matter I was told to contact Apollo tyres, I told them it was the dealer I got the car through and I did not buy the tyres separately so I requested them to make appropriate arrangements. To which they agreed and said it will be done but after a day they refused saying we cannot do anything about it and you will have to deal with Apollo tyres directly.
I moved on. After 22000 kms one of the other tyres had an air bubble from outside for which I complained in another service, this time I got a call from Apollo tyres and they came to inspect the tyres. For the 2nd Tyre which had an air bubble they said they cannot do anything about it as its an external damage where in the tyres are not damaged externally it clearly looks to be a manufacturing defect. To which they said we cannot do anything about it.
About the 1st tyre they said we can give you partial claim and on the record sheet they mentioned the kms driven as 22000, I said it was during the first service that the Tyre was damaged(750kms approx.) They said this is what we can do. I requested them to do make the warranty terms clear as the car cannot only be driven on flat surfaces. I am very disappointed with the service and the product because of the service. I feel as if I have bought a local brand Tyre with no guarantee and no warranty.

I am using new hyundai made car with appolo tyres. Recently front tyre cracked in normal driving. I submitted tyre in hyundai dealer in kottayam district. (Popular hyundai palai). But they rejected tyre with silly matter. As your policy, it has two year warranty. I need new tyre instead of cracked one. Total running KM is 4500. Rejected letter received from hyundai palai dealers is attached with this. Kindly do needful.

Sir,
My tyre has center bolge & my tyre is in cguarantee. If the tyre mart on dwarka (Mr. Baljeet singh) says tyre center low is a bit to high and is caused by the chamber of the car, while my car is right. Please find me attach file & replaced a tyre as soon as possible.

Dear sir

KL 35F 3226 Grand i10 reported our workshop tyre damaged. On observation we notified the complaint.Furter detail inspection we could see the tyre side was broken .But the tyre was in under warranty. So the customer reported the service center .As per warranty protocol I try to infome the warranty division but still no one take the call form my number and my office .customer make issue for this complaint.kindly provide the service engineer number for warranty inspection

For my Renault lodgy after 30000 km I got 4 micro punctures at a time and was forced to changed the tyre.it was the first pair of tyres came with the car and was of very poor quality.this type of service will really affect your business and moreover i will not suggest anyone for apollo hereafter.companies are taking back cars for complaints but you don't have to pay that much in this case.But apollo tyres you are answerable for this if you value your customer.Daily i am running 100kms for the last 10 yrs and i was getting minimum 50000km/tyre.Expecting your reply.R.krishna kumar mob:[protected]

I have had the worst experience with appllo tyres authorised dealer, "swamy tyres" on bh road. I am british national visiting country for parents and relatives in bangalore. I was visiting subregisrar office near maranayakana halli. I wanted to get all tyres of my honda city replaced when i was getting my official works done, as i had very less time. I went enquired the quotation, the person in office gave final quote and said they can't accept card. I wanted to go finish my work draw money and came back. They did not trust that i am going to buy the tyres i am trying to get free parking i front of office and told me to take out the car unless you want to buy. I told them you should not mistrust your customers like this, if you see the tyre condition you will come to know i am here to buy. Asked them to treat customers with proper trust. Instead of saying sorry we made you upset he started argument and quarrel with me and attempted to hit me. He also shouted abusive words in public.

I want an immediate apology from the person concerned for this worst treatment. Otherwise i am going to raise police complaint against appolo tyres ltd, swamy tyres and its owner / employee who treated me this way.

As an nri we return to country with lot of hope about this country's culture. Also we quit jobs and secured future abroad to come and serve the country. I am a ceo of a company in london, i came back to country to help solve the farmer suicide issue which is wide spread. But treat foreign nationals this bad is shameful to the country's image and disgusting.

I am owner of maruti wagonr reg no: dl3cck-1906. i was facing problem in one tyre it has sidewall buldge. i took it to maruti service station and they called apollo tyre for this problem.

Apollo tyre send mr. bhupender singh his designation is pv. rse and his number is [protected] this person come without any employee id of apollo.

He told us that this was not tyre problem it was due to cut from outside the tyre but when it was inspected there was not cut from outside the tyre then he says it was an inner cut that was it has buldge in the tyre.

We request you to look in this matter and get us replaced tyre from apollo

I am the proud owner of hyundai grandi 10 magna done 3000km which i bought in october 2015 from hans hyundai moti nagar. Recently i had an incident in which my car's tyre bursted out and is having a two cuts on sides which looks manufacturing defect because tyre was having cut at two place.
I lodged my complaint (Compliant no. Cbgbk145) with apollo tyres and they sent an executive mr. Baljeet singh for inspection. He at first opportunity told me that company is not responsible for this and i cannot get anything out of it even he offered me a bargained offer as goodwill to resolve the matter. But i insisted if it is in warranty then the defective tyres to be replaced immediately. For that he completely said no. As it is their company policy not to entertain such cases as told by him. He is not willing to listen to me. He was just guessing that the tyre busted because of sharp item and got cut inspite of me telling him the whole story he is not ready to believe.
I urge hyundai india to take this matter with apollo tyre as it is their mfg defect in tyre that it got busted

Recently i bought the grandi10 car from kundan hyundaii bavdhan, car registration - mh12, mr5714- i never knew thiis is going to be my life time mistake, first of all i selected the kundan hyundai most hopeless support, second is hyundai car - where you dont have any guarantee of any parts,

To tell you briefly - my car has run about 3000km now, one day there was a sudden shock for me that the tyre got cut. If it was tyre shoulder cut, i wouldhave kept quite but it was the failure near to rim.

Later i contacted showromm guys - there was hopeless support later they started ignoring the call.

I visited the service centter and that guy took some images and sent to apollo i believe - apollo directly declined the request as it was the external failure.

Please note - i never expected this kind of worst service from hyundai. I need the direct replacement of the tyre - as i know it was not usual failure.

If i dont get the proper support - i may forward this email to korian team as well.

There is a bubble in tyre it has not even run 5000 k I bought in September 2015 . I have lost the bill and they refuse to take complain without bill. Some of their complaint numbers don't work at all if this is the service provided for high end car tyres I'll make sure every one buying Apollo should be carefull

I purchased tubeless tyre for my cheverolet spark car on 21.02.2015 tyre no.4714 for air leakage without puncture (Defective products) & complaint given as service engineer came & replaces tyre to another rim but as on date no response after several reminders tyre should be replaced at companies risk & cost. I am having VW vento Car (GJ12BF4444) recently i have fitted 4 new Apollo tyers . ones suddenly i was coming gandhidhma to bhuj my car's lest rear tyre has been broken . i have sent back for replace the car at patidar tyre dealer but they denied to replace with comments that your car has clash with stone or any external thing but same has not done .

i have already got same issue back to 3 months .

I purchased a new renault duster car on 4th feb 2016 with appolo tyres 2 tyres both on the left side within just 2 days gap has air leakage on the side wall

I had been to the main office to claim warranty but they denied my claim wih no practical reasons about the damage

I will go to the tv news channels and consumer court if the tyres are not replaced with new ones

I am using apolo tyres for my car from last year I bought them because apolo was giving guarantee for few year now I found because of one tyre my car is making noise and shaking the car when I changed the tyre car is perfect, I complained to the customer care and registered the complaint, they called me back after 15days and told me to contact dealer, I went to dealer and dealer send the tyre to the company, but the main thing is company gives the guarantee but when you approch them they will say this folt is not covered folt is there in but not covered, and after sales service is very bad from company as well as dealer they will not help you once you purchased the product, please be aware don't fall for guarantee and purchase apolo tyres because they dont mentioned what it covers and whatever you say they will say it is not covered.

Hi, My name is Jimmy charak. i stay in gurgaon. i purchased I20 last may and yesterday when i was coming back from office, front tyre got busted. somehow i was able to control the car and i was safe. i checked with Hyundai and they told me that i need to check with Apollo Tyres. i have been trying to reach Apollo tyres but there is no number on which i can get them. Please help me with this case as it would have cost my life if i would have not reacted wisely during this misshapenness. I will file a court case against company if replacement will not be made.

I have maruri ritz LDI model.
My car is in warranty.
I was driving fron pune to Aurangabad while driving my rear tyre got burst.
I showed that to punture wala he said ...due air bubble tyre got burst.

So i have submiitted my tyre in Automotive Aurangabad sevice center for claim he said i had lots of cases with apollo typres they dont accept such cases...better you purchase another tyre and got ahead with your journey...so accordingly i have submiited tyre for claim and purchased another tyre...now i have submitted tyre on 20 feb 2016 and today is 26 feb 2016 still there is no response from apollo people...
Can you please let me know that apollo doesnt accept manufacturing faulty tyres...they dont accept their mistakes...is it the way apollo do thr business...
I want status reply about my case.
I have already raised the complaint on email address of apollo tyres on feb 26 but still there is not reply on my case. I have tried to call Aurangabad Apollo division but they are replying ...and saying you are not the only customer we have lot of work ...so will check and let you know.

Dear sir we have purchase 4 nos Apollo tyre of waganoor car
from Apollo Car master shop ag bill no 3913 on dated 05.11.3015 warrenty no 264839 which was held in Udaipur .which was burst on 31.1.2016 at jodhpur the conclusion has come from shopkeeper that tube was given old and damage and said it was under warrenty and I have been gone to Apollo car master vendor name Rahul to change the tube but unfortunetly firstly he was denied to give us .then I enforce to change the tube then he says company was not providing tube to us .then after he has provide old and usable tube to us that it was new and charging amount us without providing any bill a and u have cross check the tube to different shop all are saying it was old and useable so your requested redressal my compliance asap .otherwise alt method to go consumer court which your company will get defame by very tiny issue

I have recently bought Hyundai Grand i10 CRDi fitted with Apollo Amazer 3G Maxx 165/65 R14 tyres and the vehicle has just run around 3500 kms. During the plain highway drive without interacting with any objects the rear right tyre got bursted. Myself and my family were lucky that no other vehicle or objects were closer during the incident but i am very much dissatisfied with the poor quality of the tyres.
