Dear Sir, Name :- Prajyot kadam, E-mail Id :- [protected]@gmail.com Vehicle No :- MH 46 Z 1118, Model :- Ford Figo, Date Of Porches :- 12.12.2013. Hardly 6 TO 7 Month old vehicle getting some Tyre-ware problem, all service & vehicle wheel alignment done by Bhavna Ford, Navi Mumbai, Panvel. Tyre photograph are attached, kindly look in to.

I am driving I20 sportz 2011 August Model. Now i have found one huge bulge in tyre. When i moved to nearby apollo agency for the claim of manufacturing defect, they refused to accept my complaint stated that company is not accepting claim particularly for i20 only.

I purchased 4 tyres of apollo from wheelmart gurgaon on[protected], Thy provided me warranty for 3 years when i visit to replace it after a puncture found and i found there is a bulge in the tyre.They started arguing and saying that you have drive after puncture and you got an accident which damage the tyre.I was using MRF tyre from last 5 and half years and never happens any problem to me but purchasing tyres of apollo with so bad quality and the person Mr prince(Apollo Representive) who visited are just fighting and saying that they will not change the tyre if you want then pay a bribe to get a new tyre.I dont understand apollo is so cheap in behavior and never want consumer satisfaction charging the tyre at high cost and not providing the service as promisied.I am just writing this as i am a simple man i don't understand why this corruption is going on please provide me solution and help.This is creating a very bad name for apollo.

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Xcent car fitted with Apollo Tyres. Within 10 days of purchase, I noticed that one of its front tyre (passenger seat) has developed a crack. Normally with a new tyre it should not happen and also the fact I travelled only 100-120 kms with car at that time. I registered my complaint with the customer care number and i was asked to inspect the car with the nearby Apollo tyre dealer. My husband took the car to the tyre dealer and the customer care executive there told him that crack in tyres are not covered under the warranty policy. He tried to tell that this is new car and a new tyre and how it can develop crack like this keeping in view the fact that car was for used locally and it was not taken for a long journey. He took the example of the previous car tyres of other company and told the executive that there was no compliant with the tyre even after seven years of purchase baring normal wear and tear. The executive out rightly refused to do anything and told my husband that since he (husband) took the example of other tyre and by doing this the Good will has been lost, he (executive) will not do anything anymore. He also told that he would have done something, if my husband had not mentioned the name of any other tyre. But it is a common thing for a customer to try and persuade the executive to correctly respond to the queries. Such an arrogance from the executive is totally unacceptable. Dear Sir, I have bought a Apollo tyre (tyre no. 175/70 R14 84T) for my Volkswagon Vento car on 7-08-14. There is a manufacturing defect found in the tyre within a week i.e. a wooden piece is found embedded in the tyre. There is a sign of manufacturing defect as attached in the photo with a proof of stored defected tyre. Please look into the matter with earliest response otherwise we have to file a legal proceedings against the company.

Apollo tyre the international esteem company of producing world class tyre . Even I thought the same before buying the tyre now its completely changed you believe it or not .I bought a tubeless Tyre for My maruti Ritz. And you won't believe me if I say it came for me only 15 days and that too less then 300 km ran I didn't take to any Drag racing .just normal roads .and tyre got a scratch at the side and when I showed to it Tyre Repairers he said this tyre is waste it can't be punctured .and the only thing we can do is to Make it tubeless tyre . I have a Apollo - 175/70 R14 84T Acelere tyres, came along with Volkswagen polo, they are manufacturing year is 2011, i checked it was with 5 year warranty, one of my tyre now have small leakages that lead not to stable the air inside and when every i put 33 point air it came back to 11 point, i have checked it many times but still have the same situation . looking for replacement.

i have a apollo tyre in my car purchased last month after 1300kms a tyre has a sidwall problem but apollo engeneer mr paras tomer has said that this is not manufacturing fault even without any inspection by hand...so i have registered the complaints but there is no any satisfactory answer given by them...so please gimme the solution

I bought 4 tyres form authorised dealer. Two of them inflated swelled partially after running about 12000 Km. The representative offer me to replace the same for which I have to pay Rs 1700 for each of the replacement. when I tried to argue that how can it be a compensatory replacement by the company since for every 12000Km if I have to pay Rs 1700 then for expected life (of say 50000 Km) each tyre would cost Rs 6800. The answer came "this is the company policy if you like to accept fine otherwise do what ever you like. Dont Bore me by calling over phone"

we have purchased two tyres from tyre plaza, ( a unit of Vee Gee square products PVT. LTD) behind tara chand saluja petrol pump NIT Faridabad -121001 as on[protected] but at the time of changing the tyre, the dealer install the four years old tyres ( manufacturing in the year of 2010) in my car.Both the two tyres damaged on[protected] but the dealer is not ready to listen anything. i have hyundai i20 car purchased on august 2013, which is runned 15000/- kms approx. i was driving the car on natioanl high way(delhi-ambala). sudden, the car got unbalanced. it was night time & i was with family. i stopped the car on side & checked that the tyre got cut from side.i made the car on side 100 metre ahead & replaced the tyre. next day on 17/04/2014 i made complaint to appolo direct about the compaint of tyre. they given me complaint no. 504863.they sent representative to the dealer of city. the company representative told that i cant prove to my head office about this issue that hows car tyre cut from side. so claim will not pass. its not a specific reason. please replace my tyre. i shall be thankful to you for this. deepak garg[protected]

Last bill copy I have received through mail but this time I have not received current bill copy through net till today. Our office No is[protected]. Dear Sir,
I found buble in front left and right rear tyre of the car (i20). My car was at service station. I have book an inspection.
Tyre got inspected without informing me by Mr Vikas Kumar ( Inspection Supervisor ).
He was very rude to me when I try to contact him regarding this matter.
And he has rejected. He said that is not under company warranty and will not be replaced.
They even did not inform me even after completion of inspection.

I got a new car swift vdi from Sandhu moters ludhiana , two rear tyers got bulging in tyres. i have just run this car just 8900 km . no one is listening apollo says there is no defect . just keep on driving , and no one is listining
They have even given me ok report for this , these low quality tyres can bust any time . please do some thing soon

Sir, i purchased a apollo tyre for my i20 car 185-65-R14 86H, serial no 3211 E4 0230207 C[protected], DA-4250 CA 3805 MK-L13B. During its running of 2000 kms the said tyre starts showing abnormal sweeling. I gave this tyre to the local dealer M/s Aggarwal Tyres, Bus stand Road, Charkhi Dadri but he refused to replace the tyre on some flimsy grounds and also said that the company had refused to accept the claim. I am a regular user of Apollo Tyres but this time i got tyres changed under exchange in December 2011 from manimajra dealer when the meter reading was 54,000 kms appox. iam shocked to see that vehicle CH03X7271 has not even run 16,0000 kms more when the grip rubber has gone. i feel the company needs to look in to the quality standard for which the company must compensate since even the avg. life of the tyre is 45,000 kms. where as in Chandigarh it is 50,000 kms due to better roads. I once again request you to compensate the damage of the tyres or i shall be forced to move to the consumer forum.

Dear sir/madam,

I bought a new car Maruthi Suzuki Swift VD-i, registration no: TN07 BT 4889. It has Apollo Amazer 3G tyres, These new tyres has got dent and i didnt notice it at the time of purchase, but recently one of the tyre got punctured, so i took it to the puncture repair shop and the puncture guy said he cant do the puncture because the tyre got dent and its not advisible to put puncture and drive, it is not safe.
Since it is a new car and it has warranty i took it to the showroom and complained to the customer service guy that the tyre has got dent and it had to be replaced. The customer service guy in the maruthi show room said that, go and meet the apollo tyres showroom and they will resolve your problem. Over there in the apollo tyres showroom, they said it is a design and all the tyres are being manufactured like this only and your tyre can't be replaced...

So i need to bring it to ur notice and get my problem resolved... What can be done... Kindly advise...
