Have submited all my documents 3 months back and my phone is picked up from me 2 months back and still not recieved my phone nor the claim we tried several time calling but no response from company. Once we got the information that they are not getting it's display, but it's been 2 months which is more than enough for a mobile to get repaired. Kindly provide me my phone's claim as soon as possible

    I register my claim on 08th march 2017... They declared my handset as total loss on 10th april 2017... Since then i am following up for claim amount but not receiving any payments nor any proper response from them.

    In there customer care no one is responding (Customer care number[protected]/[protected]. Infact they are not ready to provide their registered address as well.

    This is the pathetic service received from any insurance company.

    This is a fraud company.

      I claimed the insurance amount against the cin no-d[protected] for my samsung galaxy j7 (16) mobile phone since november-2016, but till now no action has taken you. It is rediculous to say that i have complained regularly (Complaint no-cn[protected], cn[protected], cn[protected] but every time i got nothing. I am tired of complaining. So to invest such kind of insurance company is just like wasting of money. Even the customer care also said we have no information regarding this, you can mail to our mail id. Such kind of fraud company i have not seen yet. I have already sent my handset with original box and other accessories also, but they are not at all ready to provide me my claimed amount. So i request please do something for which i can receive my payment as soon as possible.

      Have called the company atleast 30 times... No clear answer. Have put requests to revert on Facebook account & on the company website no solution.

        I am sunil khetawat i had an iphone se CIN NO PDMAY31919 which was badly damage and was given to apps you need on may 31 2017 from which it took the 15 days to pick up after that 7 days to reach them after that 3 days to reach the service center which is pathetic every time you call them the only answer the have for you is wait was 30 days as if we have time in abundance its be 38 days now since my phone was damaged and now its still and service center since 7 days no one picks up their line its always busy and there is no response on complaint seriously the ####### insurance company you can invest your money in for protection just a bunch of ####### making fool of you i am planing to sue them in court i wish i had a mad dog to get them #### i am seriously going to take you guys to the court for mental harassment you cant deal with consumers like this i would get your shutters down consider me as a threat you pieces of little #### and dare not point out my language as you g0t me to this stage and its all on you guy see you in court. adios

            I am just fed up with this company response.in the starting of the claim they said that the phone will be repaired in max 25 to 30 days.and after sending mobile there service providers saying one more month required after 37 days has alerady gone..this company is making fool of customers.I request everyone not to insure your mobile with this company. they are making fool of customers ...actually big fool...i request you to send me my phone unrepaired as soon as possible with my insurance money with intrest back.

            My phone under is in process from 3 April and today is 2 July it take nearly 4 month and don't return my phone and don't provide any information about it. It is insurance company it's policy Only 1 month please take some action about it.

                Appsyouneed has taken 98 days in total now to return me my Cheque amount back.
                For a phone with Screen damage they said it's a total loss first and then even though 45 days have been passed after this communication there is no Cheque recieved for the insured amount.
                I feel cheated.

                  . Dear sunil varma, Thank you for using Apps You Need Services. Your claim with CIN D[protected] has been found to be Beyond Economic Repair so it will not be repaired. As per the policy, you will get claim amount by cheque instead of repaired handset. Your damaged handset shall be a property of the insurer. Please pack the following items safely: 1. Mobile phone box 2. Original accessories 3. Original invoice Our pickup person shall pick it up within 24 hours. Note that claims will not be processed without the original invoice. If you don't send your accessories, 10% of the invoice value of your phone will be deducted from your claim amount.                         I received my phone with a fake display after 3months. I have sent the written proof from various Apple care to your email Id as well as an email id provided to me by you (hitesha.[protected]@zoning.com). One of your representatives named Kalpana also contacted me once and said I could call her up directly for further assistance, but guess what? That mobile number has been switched off since then. Such frauds.
                        I have now submitted my phone for service in authorized Apple care and I will provide you with the bill for refund of each and every Penny spent by me. How dare you cheat your customers like this? Is this why you don't provide people with original service center bills? If I don't get my money back within 15 days, I will file a civil suit in district court and a case under consumer protection act under section 12. I won't let you people breathe without paying me back.

                        Even I am facing issue with claim and they are taking unacceptable time to get my handset repaired on the grounds that the spare part i.e the screen which was broken is unavailable with the authorized service center, which is unacceptable because on approaching the handset manufacturer they claimed and assured that any spare part can be made available pan India within 24-48 working hour.

                        I suggest you mail your concern to the New India Assurance Co as Apps India is working as third party with New India .

                          My claim status is not there in the service centre. There is aprox 2 month has crossed but there is no status of my phone.
                          I had contact to the customer care but the customer care representative told that your phone is in service centre and when your phone will repaired it will be dilevered to you. But it has not dilevered to me till now it has been crossed 2 month.

The customer care representative are not giving me the proper status of my phone.they are telling that when will be repaired it will be dillevered to your adress but when..???????

                            I insured my phone from apps you need and 85 days back i had claimed for a physical damage which was accepted and i waited 35 days then i got my phone back which was not repaired properly. Again my phone was picked up around 20th may and todayit has been 23rd june i still did not get my phone back. The team is not communicating to my mails properly wrong information is given and customer care executives remain bussy. Please help

                              I send my j7 prime to the company for repair. They changed the display and puted a local into it.. Which have many scratches in it. I am complaining for the defects from several times.. But they ask me to send video.
                              Its not easy for me to take and send video to the company... They should compensate for this. Otherwise i am going to file a case against you in consumer court..

                                Apps you need has been cheating me from a long time and my claim amount has not been settled yet. It interesting 1000 of customers. I have submitted my claim in the month of march 2017 and still heartbroken to receive the same. This company should be banned and the customers amount should be distributed accordingly. I don't know how do you allow such company to operate. Please do the needful.

                                  Sir my phone (Iphone 6) was declared as total loss for no reason. Above 6 months passed and the fight with company continues. They said that we are giving you 21090 rs. So, please send your invoice box and accessories. So i was finally agreed to send my box and accessories.
                                  And after recieving the original box invoice, they are saying that aapko kisne kaha ki 21090 rs. Denge. Sir vese hi keh dia hoga. Aap check karo, aapko 17575 rs. Diye ja rahe hai. Or vese bhi mene pichle sal k may m phone lia tha or inhone 1 booklet dia tha jisme terms and conditions thi or usme likha h ki above 6 months ka 40% depreciation charge katega. To mere case m to vahi terms and conditions apply hongi na. Chuki ab inki terms and conditions badal chuki h jisme ye h ki above 6 months ka 55% depreciation katega. Is se humko kya matlab.
                                  Mera sabhi bhaio se niveden hai ki iss fraud company k chkkar m na pade or apne pese waste na kare.
                                  M to kehta hu inke office k aage strike krte h. Here is the photo which shows the terms and conditions depreciation charges.

                                  Apps you need is not a good company. My headset broked in april and i send the claim request in april. They approved my claim taked my broked fon on 19 april but they can't give my claim yet. They are delaying day by day. Now i am very angry on this company. My claim no is DAPR36001.

                                        They are not giving the valid reason for rejecting the complaints they just want money once and not giving the service
                                        they are just like as fake insuarer
                                        if i knew this before then i never takin the insuarance cover of this company.i just want to cancellation of the lisence of this company.they never worth our money
                                        They are just to make their profit.and the main thing is their customer care representative are not talking well.when I rays my voice to say that I am a engineer no need to tell the me the fake or invalid reason then the representative are disconnected my call and no one were recieving calls.and the customer care representatives don't have right to make.call to their senior executive.
