Dear sir, it is abt 75 days that my claim was approved and the set was picked up from your side on 8th march. But after that there is absolutely no response. Everytime your committed date has been elapsed we asked for delivery of my my phone you people came with a great idea that you need some more time. Better you close down your company and stop harassing consumer. Please reply why one should not go to consumer forum and take a legal action...

My name is pavan my cin no :10808 as my screen got accidentally damaged.. I registered a complaint and the took it for service and gave back after 50 days after replacing the screen... After it got returned i had a issue with screen so i went to apple authorised service centre to cheak the problem he took it after checking it he said it's not a apple genuine part and it's not been serviced at authorised centre and he told some screws r missing......

It's been 2 months after pickup, no clarity on status... And on web it's showing at service centre... What is the timeline of settling claim... No response from any of there helpline number... Al the calls with them are recorded.. Very soon i will be posting on social media to warn people not you get into any type of time up with them... I need to know when i am getting my phone back... Or you guys want a legal...

My phone was home picked on 2nd april and after that i have received no status update on the whereabouts of my phone.
1. Called the company on the company's number i. E.[protected] : it went through the ivr and ultimately they said that all representatives are busy and phone got disconnected.

2. Complaint on the email id: [protected]@appsyouneed.in : they said they dont provide support on claims.

Apps you need picked up my brand new iphone7 on 2nd february 2017. Imei no. Sd[protected]. On its website its showing that they will return the phone on 17th feb 2017. But 3 months have passed and there is no response from their side regarding the return of the phone. They don't even have a customer care number where we can call and check the status of the phone. Last year my phone was damaged by liquid and same day i registered complaint on aug 2016, still i didn't get any information about claim. Still calling for customer care no., visit for mobile shop. Big trouble. My brother told me that at mobile shop on purchase time, "don't insurance your mobile bcoz insurance company don't give you anything."? Now i am relaised, he was right.
