After my claim aproval my phone has been taken from my adress to the apps you need service centre, it has been 45 days after aproval and pickup, i have called several times to customer care but the customer care representatives are saying that your phone is in service centre and it will be dilevered shortly when your phone will repair, but no responce is there of my phone, i want to know why my phone is coming and when it will be dilevered...

Apps you need company is fraud company. They are not giving claim and closing claim request by saying documents not submitted within time limit.
