My phone was send on 19th march cin no is dmar21387 i phone 7 that time they said they will take 20 to 25 days for repairing and now more than 30 days has passed and on 19th of april they said we will update u the final status on 30th of april i will wait for only by 30th april after that i will send a legal notice to the company and go to the consumer court

    main company main jitna bar phone karta hu, mughe keheta hai complain box main complain karo. avi tak 20 bar se jada complaints kiya par kol responce nehi mila.

      i contacted national consumer forum also and raised a complaint with docket no.235618.
      kindly accept my claim and process further as soon as possible otherwise i should have to take legal action against your company...

        I registered claim on 16th march 2017. Cin - dmar66974.
        It got approved on 22nf march 2017, picked up on 24th march. Its been more than 1 month but still i am not received status whether my mobile repaired or not?
        I raised so many complaints, on last two coplaints i am getting same answer that next status will be updated in 5 working days. How could you answer the same again n again? What the hell are you doing with the phone since last 1 month.
        I want my phone back. Kindly send it back.

        When i talked to customer Care, They asked i will get back phone within 21-25 days .Its been 33 days and still i am not getting any update nor received back my phone.It seems you are doing fraud .This is the final msg else i am going to take legal action.

            Dear team,

            Please be informed, my father in law had lost his iphone 6s on 13 april 2017.

            1. On the very first day when cellphone has been stolen, he was under impression that someone is doing a prank with him & will return his cellphone back next day.
            2. As he was holding only one cellphone & that has been stolen, so he lost all his contact details & was not in position to contact any one till 14th april.
            3. We are also unable to reach him, hence next day (15th april 2017 @ 11:00 am) i call the neighbors in order to understand the situation & then he told me that someone has stolen his cellphone, hence i advise him to fill a police complain for insurance claim, duplicate sim & miss-use of cellphone.
            4. On the same day i call appsyouneed customer care in order to inform about this event & during the conversation your representative told me that i've to fill a theft police complain 1st & then with in 48hr, i've to fill a claim via your website.
            5. On 15th evening theft complain has been reported at nearest police station but due to the unavailability of police sho & they record the fir into their system on 16th of april & shared fir copy with my father-in-law on 17th morning.
            6. On 17th morning, when i tried to claim the insurance via portal, it doesn't allow me to select the day of event (13th of april), so i called your customer care in order to explain the problem but your representative is tell me some different story, as per him i should report this event on 13th or within 48hr, however as i mentioned earlier i came to know about this event on (15th april 2017 @ 11:00 am) & same day i called your customer care & they ask me to get the theft fir first.

            Now i'm so confused what to do now??, so i have selected 15th as event date & generate cin "dapr04188". (Please guide me, how i can proceed now).

            And your representative is very very rude with me while i'm explain the complete situation & instead of suggesting any alternative, he simply said i'm not gonna process your claim at all.

            I never came across such a pathetic response from customer care.

            Would you please look into this matter & suggest me some workaround.

            Note point : my father-in-law is sr. Citizen, please take this into consideration while deciding timelines.

              First they reply me it will take 20 days. After 20 days they said it will take 20 working day.. After 20 working days they said it will be updates on 20th april 2017 and last on 17 th april they said it will update on 30th april...

              What should i do, no one help me in this regard and also no govt authority want to help me..
              Still waiting for my phone and also very depressed that these type of insurance companies are registers in our country

Now its months gone but no money received till today. Also i checked with dealer.                       My cin dapr11666. I registered a claim regarding my damaged phone s7 edge. The company says that my discription does not match my pictures as i didnot mention in my description that glass is broken isntead i have written my display is broken.

                        My phone screen has broken and i have given it to repair 90 days ago to apps you need. I don't think that a screen replacement takes this much of time.
                        If it is not possible to do then kindly send me money i will repair it from else where because i am not thinking that it will be done with you.

                        You all dont give a second chance to a person to take your this service from next time.

                          This complaint is in regards to my Samsung handset which was declared as total loss. Details are as follow:

                          Today I have received an email stating that earphones have not been received by your team. However, I have send the packed earphones as they were not used even for once. If it has been lost by the courier boy that is not my problem.You need to check with them as I have send all the items in the packed handset box.

                          The service is highly apauling. Everytime I have to write to apps you need be it the status of my handset, status of cheque. If I give a call to the customer care, the only answer I get is please write to apps you need or register a complaint.why the hell they are hired for then if they can't do anything for the customer. I dont have this much time ..I would want someone senior to give me an apology call and would want to sort this lost earphones case. This is your problem. I would want my exact cost claim amount..No deductions please

                            I took a mobile insurance policy(insurance reference no. IRN853705) on January 5 through a mobile insurer in mobile shop at bhajanpura location(Mr. Irshaad). but when he entered the wrong information related to invoice no. while entering the details of invoice. All the details entered are correct except the invoice no.
                            Entered invoice no. is FOYOK[protected]
                            Correct invoice no. is F0YQK[protected]
                            Mistake is about O should be replaced with 0 and Q.
                            IMEI no. is correct [protected]
                            Model is correct: XT1635-02.
                            I need to correct this details to make my mobile insurance valid. but no one is ready to listen about it.

                                  I hv samsung galaxy s7 nd also done insurance with Apps u need nd in december its screen got cracked accidently.i gave it for repairing under insurance.before it i went to official samsung care centre and asked fr duration of repairing they said maximum 1 week.thn i gave my mobile phn to insurance company fr repairing..they received my mobile nd sent me status tht we got ur mobile nd it it will be repaired and sent to u by 30 january 2017...bt today is april 09, 2017 i hv no idea abt my mobile..everytime i asked they say tht it will take more time everytime...its about 3 nd half month..everytime they make excuses...last tym thry said tht sir your final status will be updated to u by 25 march 2017 finally nd whn i again contacted me they given me next date again as they did before..this tym they said tht final status will be updated by april 15, 2017...m really tired of waiting fr my mobile...

                                    Accidentally the screen of the phone got damaged slightly whereas other things were working fine so i claimed it. They collected on 24th feb & notified me that i'll get back on 17th. but it didn't come, so when i inquired they told me it has gone into total loss & they will pay me 45% of the value which i didnt agree. Then i contacted the local representatives here Mr. Gyanendra Nayak & Mr. Abhinash Panda but sadly they were of no help to me.
                                    My simple request is please explain me why my phone has been declared as "TOTAL LOSS". Before writing this complaint i went through some of the complaints in this very site and maximum people had the same issue and that means there is something wrong out there with your communication as none of your customers are happy.
                                    I need a clarification on this asap

                                        My phone screen was damaged it was picked up after 14 days of CIN, now after following the company on calls for about a month they replied that it is totally damaged, i want my un repaired handset back from the company, they are delaying the process, most horrible experience of insurance.poor customer services they don't know the information of process. now i am scared that they will not send back my phone
