Please let me know that how you complete damaged without my knowledge. If that is damaged then inform me through mail what will be the amount i will receive for this.

My name is aashik kumar shah i'm from kolkata, my cin:d[protected] i have lots of time complaint about my handset and no reply or action tacken by your side, i have also complaint to near police station so i have remained you that when will be my handset come and if you not given action this time i have go to your office with police and as you know what happened next, so provied me a my handset back within 2 working days otherwise i have go to office with cops
This is ridiculous service provide by your company i will never suggest anyone to claim with your company...

I am sending my Lava x12 Handset for repairing at date 14 februrary 2017 after pickup my handset some day later i will check online status i.e show my handset will deliver at 06 march 2017 but now at till date i.e 15 march 2017 i will never receive my Lava X12 handset and there is no status shown my handset will repair or not. I will online complain at 8 march 2017 but till date my complain is pending today i am again complain. And there is very poor response by customer service they will tell me they can't give any information again my mobile if you will not able to repair my handset please return or reply this e-mail i.e satisfied me. If you will never do this also so send me any authorized person contact no that person will able to answer my question and satisfied me. If you cannot do this also so give me contact no of Service center.

I am writing to complain about my i-phone insurance claim being rejected.

On 21st december 2016, i bought an i phone 7 from lajpat nagar and at the same day bought insurance from ‘apps you need insurance company’ whose employee was present in the apple store at the same time.

On 27th february 2017, i was traveling from lajpat nagar to igi airport for indonesia for nine days. During the start of my journey from lajpat nagar to igi airport my phone was stolen. As i was in a hurry to catch my flight, i wasn’t able to file an fir on same day, and as also i was not carrying any document of phone purchase and insurance, that`s why i was not able to inform the insurance company.

On 8th march 2017, i returned back at 1.30 am in the night and then next day after speaking to your company representative i filed an fir at lajpat nagar police station for the mobile theft. And after getting my fir i have uploaded all the documents required by your company on your website.

Next day after uploading of the documents we have received a mail from your official email id that our claim is rejected.

I am sure that you made a mistake by not understanding my situation. I would like you to investigate this matter and pay the claim.

I am abhishek from delhi. My cin-[protected]. My phone display was cracked thats why i send my phone to your service centre. I handover my phone on 16/02/2017 to pickup boy. I want to know on which date i can get my phone. On appsyouneed site i saw status that is ("received at service centre detail 20/02/2017 01:43 pm
Your device has been received at service centre. It shall be repaired and sent to you by 08/03/2017") but today is 14/03/2017 even i don't know my phone is repair or not. Regarding this i wrote complaint multiple times on appsyouneed site on 7/3/2017, 8/03/2017 and 09/03/2017 and i get reply on 10/03/2017 but reply was not helpful for me. They don't mention any date on which i can get my phone that's why i wrote again complaint on 10/03/2017. I want my phone. Please sir take immediate strict action and help me to come out from this problem. I hope you understand my problem and reply me as soon as possible.

My iphone 7 is under repair since 14th feb. there is no update. since then. i want my phone back in a proper condition. we have paid for this service. There customer care is so poor. They do not help at all.
I have been following up since a long now, one one tries to help.. What kind of insurance is this. I would never suggest anyone to take this insurance. The website says u will get it 30 days, but i see no revert. My claim was submitted on 23th jan.

I am hereby to draw your attention that your agent named 'Gufran' collected my handset on[protected] and got approved when i tracked claim status. Its been more than 5 months and everytime i tracked claim status and shows "ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY UPDATED SOON" ! I have complain about this and wait for response but i didn't get any replies from your side.

When i talked to your agent Gufran he said, your phone has been despatched and delivered to unknown place by DTDC courier (see attached clicks) and your handset has been misplaced.

Please take action from this regard as soon as possible.

You guys always do thae same thing. At first you guys told me your case will e close within 1 month as per writeen on your website. Guys plz just stay on your words. If you can't repare my mobile on time then return back to me. I dont want wait any more. Really you are working very slowly. When i was checking the satus of mobile, there was written that your handset has been recived at service centre and it shall be sent to you on 28/01/2017. And again i am checking this, there is written that your device has been recived at service centre on date 9/02/2017. And also written that your device shall be sent to you on 16/02/2017.
Guys what is hell with you. Just write the correct information on your website. At lest dont make fool to the customer.

My phone was collected on 6th of January and was supposed to be delivered by 30th of Jan.. but I m yet to receive my handset. I have launched several complaints. If I donot receive handset immediately I l take legal actions against the company. I am facing huge trouble for this delay. I want my phone to be delivered as soon as possible.

I have received my unrepaired handset before 20 days, and PNA already declared on 24 JAN 2017. Requesting you to please process my cheque for unrepaired handset ASAP.. so I can repair my handset in market.. Hi, I am Neeraj Kashyap and I was using an IPhone 6 for about 6 months without any challenges. Last month accidentally I had a screen damage due to liquid spillage. I submitted my claim and provided my handset to the company almost a month ago. I haven't been receiving any updates or information about my phone and the status of my claim chick is ridiculous. Now when I checked it on the website it says that it's a total loss which I fail to understand. I don't wish to get a cheque of any xyz amount. Mera phone repair/replace to kya karvana tha, TOTAL LOSS declared kar diya jab ki vo bilkul thik tha sirf display screen tuti thi. Jesa ki aap niche photos mai dekh sakte hai ki handset bilkul ache se chal raha hai..both cameras, sim slot, charging slot...everything was working..so how they can declared it as total loss..
please do something against this fraud insurance company.
