I had sent my mobile phone to apps you need for acquiring the claim with respect to damage(screen and back panel was broken from bottom side) to my phone. The official arranged a pick up for my mobile and took it away, handing over a receipt to me. After one month they said my phone is in PNA policy (Parts Not Available) Spare parts are Not available for my device. i will receive my unrepaired handset. they delivered the handset but they removed power, volume up and down keys and also changed my phone screen . now it is damaged from upper side. they are manuplating . now i even doubted that they may be stolen parts from inside of my device

My CLAIM ID CIN D[protected] is pending since long time. My constant follow up via email with your Support Team but i am getting bad and poor service. All my original accessories (Mobile Box, Mobile Invoice, Charger Adapter, Data Cable, Mobile Headset, Cancelled Cheque) are still pending with you and your support team is not returning back.get back

I am rahul farkya.my phone got damaged on 2 jan 2017. i upload my documents on 4th jan 2017. i didn't get approval till now everytime i called they misguiding me.CIN D[protected] they making fool to me everytime i complaint them or i call them. they have of policy of 21 days but in only approval of documents they take 20 days till now they didn't approve it.they customer care executives are worse then their services they only mislead me. i want my claim as early as possible so please solve that problem

My handset Mi note 3 screen is cracked as someone's bike handle hit my hand yesterday evening while holding my Mi handset IMEI [protected]. [protected]. purchased on 22.07.16 Invoice no. TI/1253/16-17. From Tirupati Infotech . my handset was also insured from Apps U Need dates on 31.07.16. Please arrange to resolve this and change the screen as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged.

I am Kumar Prashant, i will like to complain against this company that they fool there customer's. I claim on[protected] but till now my phone hasn't been repaired. Every time I call to customer they give useless excuses try to manupuilate the customer's . My phone delivery date was on[protected] but till now my phone isn't been delivered. So i will request you to take strict against such unproffesionalism shown by the company. And increase the problem of the customer.

I am Rajendra Singh Chauhan from Bhopal and my CIN no. is D[protected]. Now my problem is that my mobile was damaged which i claimed from the company and was done. I lodged a complaint in the month of november and my mobile was picked for repair on 24th of nov 2016 and was also informed that by 15th of dec i will get it back. But there was no no response from your side till 4th of jan 2017. And your customer care executives are even worse than your services only misguiding me and no proper answer and response.
It was on 4th jan i got a msg from the company that my mobile is beyond economic reparir hence you are issuing a cheque of rs 45520 which will be delivered on i send you the orignal box, accsories, invoice and a cancelled cheque .I courierd it on 6th by Ecom Express pvt ltd whose Airway bill number is[protected] and order number is YMS7815520.
On 7th i got a courier saying that its from apps you need carrying the repaired mobile which i had to entertain as your customer care executives forced me to do. Now the problem is that my orignal accesories, cheque, invoice, box are with you. Its already going to be 12 days and i am getting no information about it. Plz look into the matter and revert my belongings to me as soon as possible. You being a big company should work on some ethics and specially your customer executives should be taught to properly guide the customers

My name is Gurmeet SIngh reg mob no is [protected].. i have given all the document to your agent raman at lucknow regarding my htc mobile got broken due to accident.. i got the call from noida that your mobile will not repaired and for which company will pay you the claim amount to your address by cheque.
my case is registered in july from raman agent as per conversation with him he told me you will received the cheque within one month from kolkata...
i got a personal number from there agent who is preparing the cheque and courier from kolkata name vijay no is [protected].. he told me that we have send the cheque to sunil gupta(RSM) on 13 oct at branch address lucknow and cheque amt is rs 10640/- but when i talk to sunil gupta he told he didnt recieve any cheque as he left the company in august and that office is closed...

D[protected] i have called apple cutomer care regarding my phone that if it has been repaired in apple service centre i told them my imei number and they refused that your phone has not received in any authorised apple service centre in india so i would like to know that from where it has been repaired and still i have not got back my phone if it is fraud i will lodge a FIR against the company and take legal action against them
Is this the work company doing with customer. Please look into the matter and tell me the correct staus as soon as possible

They initially said that my phone was completely damaged and whole of the amount would be refunded but then they changed their words and said that they will get it repaired. I had been waiting since then, but no signs were seen. I tried to contact the officials many times but they denied to answer any of the queries. Recently I saw on their tracking site, and according to that tracking system, my phone has already been delivered to me on 7th Jan; however, I have not received my phone and it's 12th Jan already.
It's my request that you take strict action against this company. I need my property back, this is an open theft!

My name is gaurav pratap singh. Sir, I have purchase a Samsung Galaxy j7 on 4th March of 2016. My alternate registered mobile no. is [protected], my Invoice no. is 2432. IRN which is IRN325444. my CIN D[protected]. my phone was damaged on 4th of nov. and i claimed next day, case get approved on 24 nov, but nobody visits, after comlaining 2 dozen time, and complaining on this site, they arranged a pickup, a buddy visits on 30 december, i packed the mobile with claim form, and submitted my damaged mobile to pickup boy of ecom express pvt. ltd. my AWB no. is[protected]. and now my status is showing CASE DROPPED, because customer denied to give the phone to pickup boy. what the hell is going on, earlier you people delayed in pickup for more than 1 month, now doing fraud to me that i haven, t delivered the phone to pickup boy. i am having a receipt from pickup boy..if i didn't get my phone repaired an back to me as soon as possible then i will sue you people in consumer court and lodge a fraud F.I.R against you, update the status and give a call back on my alternate no. 3 months ago till now no solution
today i got one mail that they have dispatched my handset and i enquire about that they have dispatched mobile handset in same condition .They have not repaired
VERY GOOD comapany i think they are thinking that nobody can do anything on this company and this is true.
I asked my lawyer he told that this company is fake and false. They are cheating clients and in the name of insurance they are collecting huge amount from clients.So please dont do any insurance from this company. I am going to post all the matter to all social sites with evidence and proofs and gonna to file a case against this #### company and anybody can tell that how i can forward this matter to indian government.

The insurane company appssyouneed.in had been cheating mee from last 3 months ... My complain no. Is D[protected]...As they mentioned at time of insurance that if any damage will be there they will repair or give me cash back and only 5percent will b reduce and my phone is under liqui damage and now they have taken my phone since three month and after two month they are saying my phone is under parts not available and they will give only 40 percent of total invoice... And unrepaired phone and when i refused that i dont want unrepaired phone then now they are saying i have to wait again one month and in aapp they provided the wrong information that phone has been sent mee but on commincation with them they are saying i have to wait one month in every process they are making so complications ... Plz help mee out of this...

Myself naman yadav, about the damage of my handset i had uploaded my claim documents on 03/12/2015, my cin number is d[protected]. On 12/12/2016 i have submitted up my handset to mr. Narender negi at your office in noida sector-63. So 29 days has passed but i did not get my handset yet it is a long period may be you can understand my problem. Confirm me when i will get my phone back

Incident :- On 29 Nov 2016, at around 8 PM i was going to home from my office ( STRYKER, VATIKA BUSINESS PARK, SEC 49, GURGAON) while coming out of lift on ground floor, i was reading my e-mails on my handset ( Samsung S7 Edge) suddenly somebody pushed me from back and my handset fell on the floor. when i picked it only white screen was visible. i took it to the samsung care where they told me that screen is broken which they don't cover under warranty.

Complaint :-

I have submitted my claim on 30 Nev 2016 to repair my handset( 9 months old Samsung S7 Edge ), My claim got approved but it went under "TOTAL LOSS".

I don't know how come a screen broken handset can go to total loss and can't be repaired . anyways appsyouneed told me that they will issue a cheque less depreciation and salvage. so after paying 3K of insurance i will get half of my handset invoice on screen broken.

The worst part i am facing from appsyouneed is there is nobody to assist me for my queries, on there toll free no they will assist you for claim submission or claim status only. for any other query every time i need to raise complaint which will take 48 working hours or more to get response.

I request Appsyouneed to consider my complaint and help me in resolving my issues.
