MY cin no is : D[protected].I am very disappointed by the service .My Claim was approved on 20th January 2016.Its almost 2 months and i have not received my handset.At every step there was no information provided to me.Everytime i enquired and answers were not satisfactory.On site it is displayed that my handset is repaired on 28th Jan 2017 and i will get it on 3rd Feb 2017 but till now i have not recived my handset and everytime...
